The house was perfect for our family and friends. Enough bedrooms and the living area was large enough for us to enjoy all being together. The pool was awesome, kept us cool in the hill country heat. The owner was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great weekend. The lake was dry at the end where our house was located, but it did not stop us from enjoying the pool.

Great getaway. Fun weekend with family to relax and catch up. Pool was nice and refreshing and good kitchen for preparing meals together. Plenty of space too stretch out. Great communication with owners. Accidentally threw out our clothes in trash bin and called owner and he is working to get them and return them.

Good place to go with kids to have pool time. Only downfall with the pool is the light goes off around 930pm. So little ones couldn't swim anymore. Was gonna swim for a long time since we only had for the weekend. Took the kayaks out for a bit but its a long drag to the water. House was great. Beds good. Crazy Gals cafe in kingsland is a must.

The house was a great size for our party of 11. We spent most of our time in the amazing pool. The kitchen and dining were big enough to accommodate all of us. So many wonderful memories.

We looked for a place that was relaxing and peaceful for the adults, and had outside fun for the kids. We found it in this home. There was something for everyone here. We enjoyed how open the house felt. The backyard and pool was amazing and refreshing. We enjoyed the kayaks, and fishing in the river as well. There were a couple of things about the home I wanted the owners to know when we got there, and they responded right way. Great communication. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location for short trips to Marble Falls, Fredericksburg and even Austin. We went to the Texas Longhorn Caverns, Marble Falls for shopping and Bluebonnet Cafe pies, easy few minute drive to the lakeside burger restaurant and groceries. The house had storage for days and a well stocked kitchen with all tools/pans needed. The kids finished every night in the hot tub and we always enjoyed the sunset off the back patio. Hosts were east to get a hold of and answer any questions. Overall a great trip!

Perfect home to get away to for my family. Enjoyed thanksgiving and had plenty of activities. Big yard for some family football . Definitely coming back

We had THE best fall break here with our family. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and had all we needed and more for cooking. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen with our family! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out comfortably and our toddlers LOVED the bunk beds. All the baby gear was super helpful as well. We spent our evenings playing games and watched dear pass by from the river. Our teens enjoyed taking the kayaks out to check out a better view of the river area. We had such a wonderful weekend and made so many great memories with our family!

Home owner worked with our family so my grandma could stay at the house she built a long time ago one more time she said it was the best birthday present

Sandy Feet Retreat was the perfect place for my family and I to chill, relax and catch up. Everything promised in the listing was exactly as the owners said it would be. The owners are very generous in their paper products, trash bags and cleaning products. We had two little ones with us and this home allowed the kids to run and play while we could still relax. We definitely appreciated the laundry room and extra towels for the pool. The pool was our favorite place! It is deep, beautiful and shaded in the evening. We choose to cook all our meals and enjoy the huge beautiful kitchen. We never felt crowded and had plenty of refrigerator space. We definitely would enjoy renting this property again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece is heaven for a few days!

We had a nice quick getaway and the property was comfortable for the 10 of us. Peaceful and relaxing.

Step out onto back deck and what a beautiful view. The house layout was great, never felt crowded even in the kitchen which is large and open and a super sized island. Every appliance, dishware, cutlery, cooking items you'll need. Count them, 2 large fridges, 2 small plus a wine fridge. TV's all work off satellite so have your amazon, roko, hulu or netflex pass-codes. Master Bedroom has a automated bed which made reading in bed a plus. House is laid out one side living, kitchen, dining with the other side bedrooms with a long hallway which the crawler and toddler used as their Jetway. Don't forget the outside, pool, hot tub and decks. Kids and adults had a great time. Texas is in a middle of a drought so river levels are very low so except for early mornings sitting down by the kayak stand didn't spend much time at the river. Even visited the Slab area and also very dry. Lake area's were all fine and don't forget to visit the Texas Longhorn cavern's. Local HEB and Dollar Store within 5 miles and Walmart under 15 miles. Had a great stay and will come back again. Thanks again to Molly and Steve.

This was a great place for 3 families to get together on the 4th of July weekend! Plenty of space, and something to entertain everyone. The beds were comfortable and there was tons of fridge space. The path down to the river was really nice and the pool umbrellas were a lifesaver.

No problems at all with reservations. Questions were answered promptly. Check in was easy.

This property is great for families with several generations. Our group ranged from 6 years to 72 years of age. Plenty of space. The pool area was large and privacy was no problem. Would recommend to family and friends.

We came to Kingsland for the Texas 4A Girls State Golf Championships. I wanted to give my players an experience they would remember. They enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day on the golf course. They really enjoyed the sunsets both nights we were there. We also got to enjoy the lunar eclipse. No better place to see stars and a lunar eclipse than in the country. The house was very nice and clean.

The house is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Everything possible was provided - beyond most VRBOs. The kitchen appliances are top notch. The pool is clean, full size and great. It also has a nice hot tub to enjoy. The location on the river was great for play and exploration with the kids. The owners, Steve and Molly, were extremely responsive to questions. All-around, a fabulous place we’d highly recommend! BTW Angels Pizza delivers great pizza and garlic cheese bread, as well as lots of other selections.

It is a beautiful home on an amazing property. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and use of kayaks for the river access to the lake. It is a quiet location where amazing memories were made. Working with amicable hosts who respond quickly is always a bonus! Thank you for sharing your home.

Awesome views, quiet neighbors, very peaceful. Too cold for pool but it looks awesome and clean. Hot tub was nice, like room for 4 and there were cup holders. WiFi was perfect, tvs in every room was a huge plus. Lots of food storage and appliances. Loved the kayaking, you do need to carry them to a non shallow area of the lake so bring some water shoes to avoid stickers. House is about 20-minutes to 3 different towns Llano, marble falls, and Burnet. Each have some interesting museums and restaurants. Had a fun time and Very responsive owners if you do have questions

The owners were absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating and communicated everything we needed to know in advance. The home was very warm and inviting, plenty of storage and refrigeration. All the amenities we needed were provided. Would definitely stay again!
