The home was clean and comfortable. I do have a few suggestions that would make me want to rent again however. There is no light at the front door, only a keypad which you cannot see in the dark making it difficult to get inside without a light on your phone. Owner makes mention of " NO shoes in the house " multiple times in multiple places throughout the home, otherwise you face a fine. I thought this was a bit excessive, especially since there isn't even a single rug in this house. Not even at the entry way to collect dirt from the outside coming into the home. There is no carpet in the home so not sure why this is such a big concern. Just leave a swiffer and let us clean the floors before we leave. There is no ice maker on the fridge, so bring your own bag for the freezer. No place to put your clothes other than hanging in the master bedroom closet. No backyard setting to relax in, this was a real negative for us as it is beautiful weather and would be nice to have something but broken branches to look at. Even a nice fire pit and a cleaned up space to sit would have been nice. Overall a very basic rental with very basic amenities/space. Otherwise a very basic home with very basic amenities.

We are very disappointed in our stay. While the sleeping arrangements were acceptable, it has two beds in the master BR. The refrigerator didn’t work appropriately and no one let us know that before arrival, and they were already aware there was a problem. The air conditioner, while keeping the home cool, did not control humidity well and the house always felt damp. There walls were not finished being painted. There were lots of curtain rods with no curtains at all in the home. There was also no where to put clothes or to un pack suitcases. It was as if the home wasn’t completely renovated before renting it to guests. With all of that, the house wasn’t even clean! There was so much dirt and food inside the couch cushions and under the couch; this was the most unacceptable thing to me. They may need a new house keeping crew.

Stay was nice. Place was very clean. Could have used a few more blankets but overall it was a very good experience. Was there for a golf tournament so was only there to sleep.
