I booked this property to host a co-ed baby shower for my best friends. This property allowed most of the guests to stay on site. Lots of space and the extra bathrooms provided just the right amount of privacy. The heated pool and game room provided the entertainment, when the weather didn’t cooperate for the beach. You could see and hear the ocean from the property and the public walkway was literally across the street. The open floor plan was perfect for the more formal part of the shower and for feeding the group. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this location and will go back if the opportunity ever presents itself.

This property had everything you could possibly want. Right across street from beach, pool, game room, projection screen, fire pit, outdoor covered barbecue area. It does have a guest house with 3 bedrooms which would be great for teenagers, we didn’t use it because there was only 6 of us. We did a golf cart rental which I highly recommend. It is easy way to get around as well as just fun. They had everything you need to go to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella’s, sand toys, and beach towels. I would definitely stay here again.

This was probably our best vacation we've had with our family. Although access to the beach was right across the street, which was awesome, we spent most of our time at the pool, gameroom and outdoor gazebo and kitchen. We did have minor problems that were handled promptly by the property manager, but overall I would rent this property again.

Our whole family loved the out door area as well as the gameroom. Any problem we had was promply addressed.

Overall, loved the property! Would highly recommend! Had one issue with the internet in the main house, but the maintenance team tried there best to keep us running each and every day! Theatre room and the pool were big hits! Kids would live this property for those looking to bring families along! Thanks again Michael and team!

Overall our family had a great experience and enjoyed having the 2 separate houses and recreation amenities. Kitchen was amply supplied and beds were comfortable. Lots of beach supplies although we brought our own. Location is perfect with easy access to beach. Cons - Wi-Fi in the main house was not working, refrigerator is not large enough to accommodate food for # of guests, ping pong paddles were broken, registration on golf cart was expired. Biggest issue and major safety concern is bottom step on stairs of main house which is not lighted and hard to see in the dark. Three of us had almost mishaps but my husband totally missed the step and landed flat out on the pavers, scraping up both knees and left elbow. Luckily no broken bones.

Our stay in Destin was awesome. The house fit our needs very well and it was in an awesome location. The teenagers loved the game room!

We enjoyed a wonderful week with our four children and their families. We had 16 in our group and this property was perfect with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We all were able to enjoy meals at the kitchen table together. The game room was awesome. The pool was great for enjoying at night and when we returned from the ocean. The location is great for walking to the beach and there was a wagon and beach chairs that we were able to use. Thank you for a great week of family fun. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation.

Overall, the property was perfect for our family. Two houses separated by courtyard is a great set up for outdoor activities. This house was located directly across from a beach access. We were able to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. The only issue that we had was that the house did not cool very well.

We had a group of 17 and this property was absolutely perfect! The game room was a huge hit with the teens and saved the day when we got rained out. The private pool and outdoor games were obviously used everyday and night! There’s nothing you will need in the kitchen because it has everything, I mean everything! The property owners are amazing to work with. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. If you are thinking about booking this property for your family/friends vacation… DO IT NOW! You won’t regret it!! 😊👙🏝️

My fiancé (now husband) and I booked this property because we thought it would be perfect for our two families to stay in for our wedding. It was perfect for us! We had 4 children there 3 and under, our moms and dads 3 sisters and their families and there was plenty of room! We LOVED that our families stayed in separate houses but then had the outdoor area where everyone could mingle and the game room was awesome for the kids and adults. This is one reason we went with this property and it did not disappoint. It was nice having things to do at the house if it rained or if someone got too much sun the day before. We even had our families gather out at the pool for a first dance song and cake after the wedding and there was plenty of seating! It was beautiful and we would highly recommend. We loved the outdoor grill with gazebo over top and the fire pit for a he evening! The beach was so much closer than we originally expected, literally right across the street! We thought a golf cart would have been nice prior to renting but to be honest we didn’t need it because the beach was so close! If you’re thinking about booking this property, you should just go for it! For the price, amenities and being so close to the beach it is worth every penny! We are definitely going to be looking into renting one of Michael’s other properties for next year because of our experience here. We won’t be needing quite so much room so hoping to find something similar !!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our large group of 4 families, with kids ranging from 8 years old to 18! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms between the two houses, was fantastic that we had two washers/dryers, the game room was awesome for late night/rainy day activities, the heated pool and courtyard area were perfect for outdoor fun during the day and at night. Loved that it was so close to the beach!! Plenty of room for 5 vehicles to park. So many kitchen gadgets/plates/cookware/glassware/utensils- never had so many in any other rental we've stayed in- huge table/dining area in the main house as well as the patio area to accommodate us all at mealtimes. Only things that were missing- another fridge would be awesome (could one be added to the game room?) and the "back yard" behind the main house was essentially unusable- corn hole and can jam games were out there but the yard needed some TLC so we never ventured that way. But we didn't need to, because all of the other amenities were so perfect for our group! We would definitely consider renting this house again when we are in the area!!

We stayed a week at This property with our kids and grandchildren. The game room was awesome. Kept everybody busy for hours all week. I don’t know if we can stay at another property without the gameroom. The outdoor space was perfect for our family. The house just needs a little updating and kitchen items to make it perfect. The heated pool was a plus. Miguel the property manager was awesome and responded quickly. The outdoor fire pit was not working and he actually went and bought a brand new one and delivered it the very next day. We would definitely stay at this property again or one owned by Michael!!

Easy Beach Access
We loved being just a short , easy walk to the beach. It was nice having the wagon to carry our chairs & coolers. We enjoyed the pool each day & had plenty of outdoor chairs. Teens enjoyed the game room.

Pool was heated and very nice. Screened porch was nice. Definitely needs new furniture in both houses. Couldn’t use dining table due to ant infestation. Disappointed in not having the beach chair and umbrella set up on the beach as promised when booked.
