Great time, the weather was perfect and the property was as stated.

We spent a relaxing week at this property and we were really sad to leave. The house is very clean, beautifully appointed, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. My husband enjoyed twice daily walks on the beach and we both enjoyed dinners from Surf’s Up Grill and coffee and donuts from Flip Flops Donut Shop. Very friendly people in Emerald Isle! We loved every minute and will be back again to this great house.

My family spent a restorative and relaxing month at Paige's house. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved spending time in the house and we especially enjoyed the view from the kitchen and living room areas. We cooked in most nights and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. And we took full advantage of the ice machine! We had 3 generations of family stay with us, including grandparents and a 9 year old child. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. We spent most days at the beach, which is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the house. The beach was relaxing and not over-crowded at all! The week of Fourth of July was the busiest while we were there and even then, there was plenty of space to spread out. There were a few very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys in the garage that we enjoyed using during our stay. Communication with Paige was outstanding. She is by far the best host we've worked with! We are still talking about how great our vacation was and wishing that we were still at Paige's beach house! If you're on the fence about renting this property - do it! You won't be disappointed!

Great property, great neighborhood, very clean. Our only negatives- the number of people the listing shows doesn't match allowed space- the bedrooms are small- use of the roll-away beds or the trundle bed would not be comfortable/possible. Also, the picture of the downstairs couch area on the website gives the impression that it is living or cooled space- it is actually the garage and not an area you would spend any time.

Each year our school leadership team goes on retreat to plan for the next school year. We hit the jackpot with this home. The long dining table was our home for hours with planning and decision making, but the view of the ocean made it so much better! The home was SO clean and inviting. The kitchen easily the most well stock of any vacation home we had been in. The home was bright and decor was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. So close to the beach access , you felt like you were almost ocean front. Easy walk to local coffee shops, restaurant & more. Centrally located so you are a short drive to many things. We plan to be back again ! We appreciate your hospitality!

Property is very clean, up to date and the photos are accurate. Great location, easy walk to beach. Towels are well stocked in each room and super clean. Had every amenity we needed.

We recently spent a week with another couple in this well appointed home. We really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the living area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, if you are so inclined. We made good use of the separate ice maker - something I have never seen in any other vacation rental property. While we were there, a new outdoor shower was installed. The property owner was a delight to communicate with. I have only good things to say about the property and owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with Paige was excellent, so friendly and welcoming. The pictures don’t do the house justice. From the spacious rooms and well appointed decor, fabulous view and excellent location, one of our best rentals in years. Will definitely return.

My sisters and I like to have “Girl’s weekends” from time to time but decided to drag the husbands with us this time. This house was the perfect place! Beautifully appointed yet incredibly comfortable, with more than enough room for 6 adults. Great location with amazing views. We plan to come back to this spot in the future. Through a series of unusual circumstances, the house was not clean when we arrived, but Paige handled the situation perfectly and all was made right. Truly enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed here for Christmas...not only was the property beautiful, the views of the beach fantastic, the home was decorated for Christmas. It was an unexpected treat. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots & baking sheets I needed to cook a full Christmas dinner. The property was clean, the linens, & towels were high end. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Will absolutely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Very short walk to the beach with access just across from the house. Tons of games and puzzles for rainy days, lots of outdoor toys as well which the kids were excited about. Clean, nice updates, great kitchen, and a short walk to several neat stores and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions. 10/10, would stay again!

This property has been completely redone inside. The furnishings are all top of the line along with the appliances. The bedding is gorgeous and so very comfortable. The master shower with 2 separate shower heads is amazing. Every attention to detail and comfort has been provided. The gourmet kitchen is set up to cook any meal you could imagine. But several good restaurants from Beaufort to Morehead to Atlantic Beach to E.I. Paige was a delight to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. But her detailed information covered everything. The view from the bedrooms and decks is beautiful. We were just here for 4 nights but perfect weather in October. Will stay longer next time. Beautiful home perfect for our family! While the mama’s ran the Emerald Isle 1/2 marathon the kiddos had space to play, rest and even cheer us on as we ran by the house twice!! The impressive upgrades of this house by far exceeded our expectations, while we were so grateful to find a place with two king beds! We can’t say enough good things about this house.

Our stay from the first moments was wonderful. The home is just as pictured, clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and easy driving anywhere. Paige was amazing to chat with about any question. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely family home.

This was by far our favorite rental ever! The owner was very nice, and we loved the location and the layout of the house. We loved the views and the privacy, and the quiet street it was on was very relaxing. Everything looked just as it did in the photos and the house was immaculate. This house is CLEAN! We have major allergies in our family and I was in love with this house from the moment we walked in because it was so clean. We will absolutely be returning next year for sure!

This home was beautiful on the inside and had amazing views and only a short walk to the beach. The home was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and hated to leave. Thank you Paige and family. We had a great week in North Carolina.

This is such a beautifully renovated and well appointed home, so inviting and comfortable! It was sooo nice to have freshly made beds upon our arrival. We absolutely loved the amazing ocean view and the location is perfect! This house was amazing! We knew it was being renovated when we booked, but it still exceeded our expectations! The views from the living room, and the top deck were awesome. We saw fireworks without leaving the house! The sheets and towels were great quality and everything just felt clean. Paige was a great communicator!

We had a wonderful week in Emerald Isle. The property was recently updated and well stocked. The kitchen had all needed appliances and utensils and the owners include beach chairs, bikes and sand toys. The walkway to the beach is right across the street and the views are wonderful.

I cannot say enough great things about this house. Highly recommend for a small family. Love the remodel. Every inch of the house is well used. Thanks for a great week!

Home was perfect for our family! We usually stay ocean front but this was close enough to feel like we didn’t miss out. Beach access was so close, almost right across the street. Views were great as well. Home was recently updated and looked fabulous. Would definitely stay here again!

Completely newly renovated home, tastefully decorated and a fully equipped kitchen to handle all your cooking needs, down to the toothpicks. Comfortable beds and great views from both levels. There are 3 levels from the garage level to the top kitchen level, the stairs are very manageable. There are 2 decks one off the 2 ocean facing bedrooms. The other off the top living area. The local area has a great breakfast lunch resturants one is in walking distance and the other a very short drive. There is a defined bike path that runs north and south. We took the north route for 7 miles it then goes from the path to a bike lane along the road. Fort Malcom and aquarium are nice to visit about a 15 min drive since the island speed limit is most 35 mph, a few areas do jump to 45 mph. Beach access is right across the road from the house. And great to take an early morning walk on. Great host, very responsive to all our needs and inquires. You won't be disappointed staying here. It really felt like our 2nd home. We're definitely planning our next visit here soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of space with 2 grandparents, me and my husband, and our two kids (5 and 3). The house is stocked with everything you need! The views are amazing too!
