Natalie and her team were excellent the entire stay. They remained in communication and were very responsive if needed. The unit itself (the Fendi Suite) was beautiful with a perfect balcony (including a table with chairs and a daybed that directly views the ocean on a high floor). As someone who has stayed at this hotel before, renting at 1 Homes with Natalie has much better benefits than just the hotel on its own. As a resident you will have your own private lobby, private valet (you can call and your car is brought right to the front of a private driveway for you), and you also get private seating at the popular rooftop pool. Normally I do not take the time to leave reviews, but this was my first time with Natalie/VRBO and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I cannot stress enough what a gem this place is. The best part of this entire process is after you check in you can just sit back and enjoy your vacation in a luxurious condo, for a price much cheaper than a similar hotel suite. The 1 Hotel property/amenities are the best on south beach, and also this location is perfect because it avoids a lot of traffic with easy access to the highway and shops. Stayed here for my bachelorette and had such an amazing experience. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with dishes, kitchen and bathroom amenities, beautiful interior design features and fantastic balcony with view. Looks exactly like the 1 hotel guest rooms. Owner and property manager were lovely and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at Natalies apartment, everything exactly as described, even better than we hoped for. Lovely view very clean spacious apartment, with everything thing you might need and a full size kitchen. Communication was great from start to finish and check in easy. The 1 Hotel is amazing with great pools and friendly staff, we cant wait to come back!

Amazing location and views, great hosts lots of information sent before arrival and easy check in and out, the apartment is immaculately clean and very nicely furnished. Exactly as described a beautiful clean apartment with everything you might need great location with amazing views. The check in process easy the staff and Host Natalie were very accommodating and friendly, sending lots of information before arrival. The actual 1 Hotel is amazing plenty of pools sun loungers etc, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back soon great experience exceeded expectations.

We asked before checking in to see if we can ask for a late check out since we had limited time in Florida. Keep in mind we were only asking for an hour late check out. The owner never responded to my message and two other people who helps out the owner could not give us a definitive answer. Come check out date, we were basically ambushed from two guys calling me asking to leave. It was apology like a harassment they were blowing up my phone. Our family were late checking out and we were out by 12pm. Berry bad experience. The place smells and they need a new HVAC. Do not stay. It’s not worth the money.

Really enjoyed the stay; really needed the time away. Communication with property management team was top notch/smooth. And of course 1 Hotel is just a gorgeous place to be.

This is my 2nd time renting a unit from Natalie and it was beautiful just like the first time. The views of this unit overlook the resort pools and has a great ocean view that is as good as oceanfront. The unit is exactly like the online pictures and does not disappoint. A bottle of wine and water bottles were provided upon check in which was a wonderful welcome gift. Checking in was also very smooth and you are allowed to use all resident/hotel amenities until your room is ready. Even After checkout, we stayed at the rooftop pool for the remainder of the day. Natalie will be my go to for all my 1Hotel stays. Book now!! You will not be disappointed.

Myself and my partner booked this apartment for our stay in Miami and weren't disappointed. A fantastic property located in a great area allowing us to explore Miami and it's attractions. Most important to us was that the apartment was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us both. Also have to make special mention to Natalie the apartment owner, and Robinson our meet and greet when we arried, as they were in constant contact to ensure our arrival and stay was hassle free, so when back in Miami I will definitely be looking to hire this apartment again.

This property was better than expected. Clean, spacious and luxurious. The bedding and sofa beds were very comfortable and everything was so easy. Thank you Natalie for everything. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had the most wonderful and relaxing spring break in Natalie's Fendi suite. Natalie was very nice and prompt with correspondance about the rental. There was also great onsite people to help with any questions as well. Great hospitality over all. The room as well as the amenities were top notch and very luxurious. There were gorgeous pools and a beautiful beach. Plus healthy eating options all over the hotel. I can't say enough good things. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for a family trip or a couples get away.

This place is simply put... Amazing. Pictures of this immaculate condo do NOT do it justice. If you want to be at the ideal place in South Beach, look no further. This is the place to be. This is a perfectly appointed place from the living room, bedroom, 2 Bathrooms! (Was a huge selling point for my wife) This place also has the perfect balcony for breakfast! I think for me is the constant communication from not only the owner but the property manager as well. They make sure they get every last detail to you before you arrive. So there are no surprises. Please take care of this place as I will be returning very soon!!

The property is beautiful and first rate with a great selection of restaurants on site, Tulum style beach club and amazing rooftop restaurant/pool/bar. The host was very helpful, punctual, accommodating with great communication response time. The unit itself was meticulously clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and going back.

The fendi suite was beyond our expectations. As was Florida itself. We were so pleased with the beauty and cleanliness of this apartment. The location couldn’t be better. The amenities are incredible. Similar to Ibiza or Cabo San Lucas. Unmatched service by ALL hotel staff. Highly recommend this rental, this location, this state, this beach. Unbelievable experience. More than we could have ever asked for! You won’t regret booking this suite!! Just incredible!

The property was fabulous! The 1 is an amazing place to stay for the location, service and amenities. The suite was lovely and the perfect amount of room for our family. Having a kitchen/washer/dryer/ 2 bathrooms on the resort property was key. Natalie’s crew could not have been easier or more helpful to deal with. We will definitely be back!

I took my wife to Miami Beach for her 40th birthday, and we stayed here for 3 nights. The place is amazing! We are already talking about going back next year.
