This property was perfect for our 5 day stay on the north shore! It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed! the owners anticipated everything. The air conditioner also worked very well however we didn’t use it after the first day because the trade winds created cool breezes while we slept. The location was also perfect!

North shore is where you want to be on Oahu. This listing is perfect for our family of 4. Safe, beautiful and fully stocked it's totally setup for family's with young kids.

We booked a last minute getaway and found this great condo located minutes away from the beach. Loved it!

My husband and I have stayed at several vacation properties. This one was the best stocked with needed extras. The only thing I would recommend is having true beach chairs. There are two camping chairs but not easy to carry to the beach. Overall great experience.

We loved our stay at Mike and Maria's place! It's in a quiet area, right on the golf course and walking distance to Turtle Bay. Also just down the street from dozens of great places to eat! We would stay again for sure.

This listing is exactly as described. It is a ten minute walk from Kuilima Cove, where we snorkeled every day. The screened in porch is a plus, we enjoyed each meal there. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Very underwhelming stay. Condo was not very clean, but not filthy. It needs a few things repaired (toilet seat, washer, coffee maker). The furniture is low grade and should be arranged to take in the outside view. It needs a few rugs as the floor feels sticky and dusty all the time. Basically, don’t come here for a romantic getaway, as we did. Lol.

We have a family of three and found the condo to be the perfect size for us. We loved the location and staying on the north shore. We appreciated the quiet, loved the pools and found that we had them to ourselves often. We had a question about the washer and the manager was prompt to reply. All in all it was a great stay.

The property is well maintained in a good location. The owner’s manager is responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo, clean although there were many little bugs, a centipede as well. Great breeze through the apartment. Loved the location. And the screened lanai Would be nice to have a place outside to wash feet outside the pool. Parking good

We truly enjoyed the Turtle Bay area! Condo contained everything we needed, awesome views, and close to many activities.

We had a wonderful time staying a week in the condo! Great location within a 10 minute walk from resort and beach. Great home base for exploring the north shore and beyond. Quiet, safe, and well maintained condo complex surrounded by beautiful golf course. Easy to communicate with very nice owners and property manager. Kulima Estates at Turtle Bay- wonderful condo on the golf course. So economical; very quiet; loved hearing the birds and ocean- better than staying at a hotel! The only drawback was that the washing machine wasnt working, and I was really counting on being able to wash clothes, which is one reason why I like getting condos when I visit Hawaii- had to hand-wash some items- lol. The condo was neatly arranged and clean, too, with room for 3! Would stay there again.

Our place was a great location .It was very clean.and we enjoyed our pool and close to turtle bay and Ted’s bakery.We we’re able to cook our meals here which was nice and we had nice trade winds .We understand that things break down and our washing machine was not working our entire stay however we were accommodated to do our washing at another unit. I was not able to do a load before I left and would have like to not put my dirty clothes in my suitcase and we normally wash our sheets and towels to help out the cleaner.We would definitely stay here again and Thankyou for your hospitality.

A perfect fit for our short stay on Oahu. We loved the windward breeze and sitting in the lanai watching the sunrise.

Great place!

Your condo was very nice and in a great location! It was the perfect size for us and absolutely met our needs. Loved the pool area. Just a short walk to the beach which was beautiful; and also to the Turtle Bay Resort frequented for gorgeous sunsets, shopping and dinners. The 4 of us had an awesome time exploring the island doing tours, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, cliff jumping, swimming with sharks, sunset cruise and more. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous Oahu is. We hope to return! Nancy and family

To be inside this amazing resort and stay at a place that doesn’t break the bank is great ! Quiet place to go back to from the resort crowd! Loved it but just time for some more modern up grades on furniture and decor! Beds were comfortable! breeze great !

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 adults. The check in process was simple and Sarah, the property manager answered all my questions via text or message on the Vrbo app. The photos on the website didn’t do it justice as to how lovely it was. We rarely used the A/C because of the trade winds that brought in cool air throughout the house. Master bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms really was convenient. The kitchen had all the supplies that you would need. I spent a lot of time on the lanai and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy tea or coffee in the mornings. The walk to Turtle Bay resort was short and we enjoyed going to the beach there. I would love to come back and stay again.

This condo was perfect! Great location on the North Shore! Quick drive to all the beautiful beaches. It was also nice to have access to the Turtle Bay bars, restaurants and beach. I highly recommend this condo when staying in the North Shore. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Overall I’m very happy I chose this condo. It was perfect being close to turtle bay and walking distance to the beach. The breeze in the condo was amazing so no need for AC. The only problem was communication with the host. We tried twice to communicate and both times it took days for a reply. I would still suggest you stay here. My whole family loved it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We were out a lot so didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo but it had everything we needed while we were there!

Great location, amenities, cleanliness. The murphy bed is super comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall this was an okay condo. We have stayed in other condos within the same complex before and they were booked for our family of 4 coming over from the Big Island, so we took the chance knowing that this one looked a bit “funkier”. We have two daughters who are very flexible and well traveled, so funky is fine, but there were MANY simple fixes that this condo needs. A few changes could make it a 5 star. We can’t help but wonder if the property manager isn’t communicating with the owners (who appear to live on the mainland)? - dirty dishes and tongs in cupboards - plenty of pillows, but all of them were less than an inch thick…and no extra pillow cases/sheets anywhere! - broken kitchen light held up by duct tape that kept falling down - loose shower head in master- turned on water and it almost fell on my husband’s head -the “house binder” with instructions etc. was falling apart and outdated- tv instructions were wrong We send aloha and hope these changes are made, but we will stay elsewhere next time we visit Oahu.

We loved our stay here! It felt like a home away from home the moment we stepped in. Location was great and ideal for us wanting to be away from the tourist-y places. Turtle Bay is beautiful and a great spot for snorkeling. The home itself was clean and tidy. It had all the amenities we needed...fully equipped kitchen, laundry, beach towels, etc. The beds and sofa were comfortable! We all slept so well. We didn't need the air con on at all. The sea breeze through the condo was amazing. It's hard to find a place like this (2 bathrooms!) at such a reasonable price! Owner and property manager were communicative and left detailed instructions which we appreciated. There were some beach gear that we used and thank goodness for the sand toys because I forgot to pack some for my little one! I would definitely stay here again.

We were close to the hotel for lve music in evenings, beach was wonderful. We rented a car and did much sightseeing & shopping. Loved the North Shore Historic town area!

We had a great stay at this property. Great location and property. The property manager was awesome also, very helpful. Will stay again.
