The hotel was right on the beach, great views! The restaurant on the second floor called Bananas was very good. It was close to stores and restaurants.

I thought that for the price we paid I would get at least what the hotel advertised on their website. Most days the coffee in the lobby was gone by about 8 or 8:30 am, you were lucky to get a mug to drink from. The beer from the bar was not cold. The common areas were not as clean as they should have been. The first week we were there they had us in a room with an adjoining room, where we could hear everything going on next door. The room had not been looked after, the mirrors were fading and spotty where the finish wore off. The curtains had holds in them. The dresser draw had a knob missing. Over all shabby. When I complained we did get some thing better, but I still had a bad feeling about the hotel.

The staff are welcoming and inviting. They are very understanding and patient when we are trying to order food in Spanish. The food is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. The menu is in both English and Spanish. The view is wonderful when sitting outside and inside it is nice and airy.

I enjoyed my stay however very dissapointed because I was robbed! I left quite a bit of money in my eye glasses case an the case disappeared!! I don't accuse the cleaning lady but SOMEONE came into my room while I was gone and took it!! Although I realize I should have been more cautious and less trusting It did ruin my stay!! Lock up your $$$$

Everything was perfect, the beach, good places for dinner with sea food.

We like the pool area a lot. The location is great.

There wasn’t shampoo in the bathroom. We also saw cockroaches.

Breakfast was good something new i never tried before like molletes. Room was perfect beach view. We all love it.

Wifi we had to find a right spot to get wifi. Hopefully soon this issue can be improve

The breakfast was very very simple, not to much to choose from. I would of liked a buffet or a better choice of food. Hopefully later we could get a better selection and more food.

We couldn’t eat food from other places in the lobby or pool area. When I made the reservations online I wasn’t offered a bungaló or upgrades.

The AC did not work correctly in living roon in the suite even if they tried to fix it

The furniture needs to be updated. it’s very old.

Location, room, bed, bathroom and shower, view, courtyard garden, housekeeper Martha, pool, Bananas (when it was open).

Wifi was weak to non-existent in our room but worked well in the lobby. Bananas only open for breakfast - disappointing.

Breakfast vouchers were across the street for Ramones.... BEST BLTs IN BARRA. If you want the best breakfast view get to Bananas early before 10, Bananas has great food and service!

The mattress and bed sheets could be a bit better quality but all in all a great stay.

Our expectations were exceeded at this accommodation. Fantastic location, comfortable room, and really good restaurant on site. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the birds.
