This was a beautiful little apartment. We went to Vegas to visit my daughter and son in law. There was room for us to sit and talk and play games.
The property was just as described it was clean all linens werw provided. And kitchen was stacked with your basic needs. I would stay again!

My daughter and I were visiting Vegas for a concert. This location was perfect for staying off of the strip. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and about a ten minute drive to downtown. The room was as pictured/described, very clean and modern. We felt very safe and would definitely stay again.
Check in was easy and the communication was prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I needed a place that was outside The Strip. This studio was easy in many ways--in location, access, and communication with the property manager. The bed was very comfortable, which was a big plus.

This was my second stay at this property. I am a senior citizen traveling alone. I felt very comfortable and very safe at the cozy and welcoming property. I needed nothing extra- just a few food items. I hope to stay again as it is not far from my family and calling for Uber transportation was so easy and never a problem.

The studio was clean and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. My only suggestion would be for fluffier pillows. Overall a 5-Star stay.

It worked for us! Not too far from PIR! the room itself was great except for bed up against the wall! hard for older people to crawl in & out of. was very clean though!

My stay at the property was perfect: location, safety, comfort, amenities. All were wonderful. The room was so spacious and had everything one could want. I especially liked the natural light from the large window. I walked the neighborhood every day and felt very safe. Thanks for the ideal mini vacation. I will definitely stay again if I am in town.

Marisela has a beautiful and private owned studio, which makes it a really nice when visiting the chaos in Las Vegas Blvd. to come back and get a little piece of relaxation away from the strip. I couldn’t be more content. Wonderful place.

Thank you very much our stay was great the place was perfect for what we needed. Location was great easy to get to all the thing we did. The bed was comfortable. Only bad thing that I would have to say was the smoke detector was very sensitive. We felt bad for setting it off every time we made toast. But I’m sure there’s not much you can do about that other than have a plugin directly under the hood fan. Thanks

We came for the Taylor swift concert and arrived a bit earlier than expected- Marisela was so accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour earlier! She replied immediately when I asked. The studio was clean, well organized and functional for the small space and very homey. It’s in a very nice area with a quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!!

Nice compact but anyone sensitive to fragrances should ask host to unplug the three fragrance machines. Also all towels, sheets & blankets are quite fragrant. Great little place to stay for a couple.

I had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO for only a short amount of time on my way out of Vegas. Great communication from host and a very private and cozy spot in a cute and safe neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back one day!

Efficient Studio
I enjoyed our brief stay at the studio. We checked in late and had issues operating the AC unit. The host was very responsive and came to assist. Although the instructions were listed, maybe more details on how to operate the features of the unit would be helpful. My only issue was the AC unit being directly over the bed. We had to turn it off the first night due to the air blowing directly on our heads. The bathroom was a little tight, but functional. Took the decorative pillow covers off, would have preferred regular pillow cases.

This place felt fresh and modern - lots of light streaming through the windows. The air cooling unit above the bed worked well for us. The blue light in the unit can be a bit bright while you’re sleeping. Great stay - perfect for our needs.
