Everything about this house was great!! Took a bunch of guys on a golfing trip and we all loved the house. Plenty of beds and places to sleep. great big room downstairs. Awesome deck to spend the evenings. Check in/check out was super easy. Had a guy with a Tesla and loved having a charge port in the garage. Only thing I would give a heads up to: if you have more than three cars you will have to pay a $55/ extra car fee that I was unaware of (my fault) but it wasnt a big deal.

The property was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 golfing buddies. The house was in great condition and matched the pictures/description. The location was ideal and we are definitely planning a return trip. Thank you!!

We celebrated our sister’s birthday who wanted to experience a winter wonderland to include snow, and winter activities . The house was located within minutes of all activities and she experienced it all. The house is as pictured and described. Rooms were spacious and accommodated all 14 ladies comfortably. The kitchen was spacious and the eating accommodates were perfect. The extras like the additional tables, towels, and bedding was really appreciated. The additional refrigerator was also a welcomed and needed amenity. As for the Owner he was accommodating and very responsive especially when it snowed and we needed to be plowed out for all guest to exit safely. We had two chefs prepare meals for us : NEIDA from Fl5E and Sara from CHEF for the NIGHT both were OUTSTANDING! This was an extremely cold weekend (4 degrees) the lower bedroom and Den was extremely cold and the heaters provided didn’t keep the sleeping areas warm enough. Additional insulation on the windows would help but, the gas fireplace kept the lower area warm enough for guests to be comfortable. Lastly, the house was centrally located to every market place , eateries, and restaurants. We give this rental and the owner 5 stars ! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to next year!

My golfing buddies and I have been renting houses in the Poconos for 30 years. This house exceeded our expectations. I am not even sure where to start. First, check in was great. Custom code for door lock, all car passes and temp membership ID's. Second, the house had everything from coffee pots, to blenders, to cookware. Two fridges were plenty for all our food and adult beverages. Next, beds were incredibly comfortable. Our crew ranges from 50 - 64 years old. Comfy beds are essential!!! A great porch and fire pit. Great view of the 5th hole on the golf course. Golf course was pristine for middle of October. Very challenging!!! House is on cul-de-sac and is incredibly quiet. Inside the house, HUGE TV in the living room. We were able to stream football and baseball games all weekend. Finally, the place was great. If the dates work for us next year, we will be back!!!
