My husband and I brought our 4 kids (3 of put kids are adults), 2 have significant others and 2 grandkids. The place is very spacious and clean. Typically when we rent a place that sleeps 10 or 12 there is not pots and pans to be able to cook for 10. This place definitely had it all. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need from cookware to serveware. We even got to see a launch from the front of the home! Great vacation!

Our family of 9 spent the week here and had a great time. We really enjoyed the game room, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and appliances, and we loved the hot tub. Gibbs was always quick to respond to inquiries. There was easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. However, we would not recommend the beach right down the road since it is rocky, the boardwalk to the beach was dirty, and there was a small homeless population camped out by the entrance. However, there are so many other beach access points nearby that you would have no problem finding the beach for you. The pool was very tiny. Our party of 5 was easily crowded by the other 5 swimmers so we only used it once. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels provided which was very nice. The house was clean and there were a lot of extras such as shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, and clothes detergent which lasted our entire trip. It is close to Cocoa Beach (30 minutes) and Melbourne (15 minutes) which we traveled to on numerous occasions. We all had a great experience and would recommend it to other travelers.

We had such a fun trip the week we stayed here. We had everything we could possibly need. There were two books left by the owner for points of interest, places to shop or eat, places to visit etc. I went back for recommendations several times to these.
In the kitchen we had everything we could need before heading to the store Keurig, food processor, even a mixer. Each person had a set of bathroom towels left clean and out on the dressers. The beds were comfortable. It was spacious, we were not on top of each other at all. The hot tub was used everyday and so was the game room. They even had beach towels to bring down to the pool or beach. A pleasant surprise!
You are 15 min away from Cocoa Beach, 15 min away from Melbourne and about 45 min away from Kennedy Space Center. We made the trip out to Jetty Park to catch a launch. Very Cool.

The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the house was beautiful. There was everything we needed and so much to do. This is the best rental we’ve had.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of beach and pool things,kitchen well stocked. Had to take down 4 pieces of creepy art upstairs-skeleton face of girl and creepy cartoon girls with large eyes scared my 4 young granddaughters. Rest of decor was tasteful and beachy. Tried 5 times to get hot tub working-it never worked. We planned to enjoy it in the evenings -so that was a huge disappointment after paying so much to rent this house. Toilet paper wall mount was broken upstairs upon arrival. Only 1 roll of paper towels provided in kitchen for 10 people! Good hospitality is important to us and we felt disappointed,overall.
Pool was very nice however, the Walk to the beach is on a very busy street-very loud… Not a nice walk.
House itself was nice and spacious -but we would not stay here again.

We all had an amazing stay! The house was very well kept and clean. Home owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Kids ranged in age from 8-15 and all had a great time and stayed entertained. Close to the beaches. Would recommend this house.

The property was very clean and Gibbs was extremely accommodating. The game room and back yard were fun. The hot tub did not work when we got there, but we called Gibbs and he got on it immediately to try and have it fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed until our last day there, but he gave us some money off our rental because of that. The house was located in an extremely busy area and although it was advertised as gated, the gates were broken and part of the fence was down. The 1/2 mile walk to the beach was along an extremely busy highway.
Over all the house was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our stay before our cruise! We just stayed there mid-February 2023. It was so nice for us all to stay together - 2 grandparents and 2 families with 2 kids each.
Our favorite things about the house: the game room for kids and adults was so much fun and had something for all ages, great easy walk to the beach, and lots of amenities nearby - restaurants (be sure to head 700 ft to Senor Loco for delicious, authentic Mexican food and beverages) grocery, etc. We were able to see the SpaceX night launch from the driveway!
It’s a quick 15 min or so drive from Melbourne International Airport and a quick 30 mins to Port Canaveral where we boarded for our cruise.
And the host - prompt, helpful, courteous and truly concerned about ensuring we had the best experience possible.
Beautiful home (outrageously comfortable beds), great location and wonderful host! So happy with our discovery of this precious gem. Thank you!!

We rented side by side properties and it was wonderful for our group of 20 adults plus 3 under the age of 4. Lots of great amenities for play both at the property and for the beach 6

Stayed over a long weekend for a large family gathering. The house was great. The bedrooms were very large, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that it was opened to the living room so people could be in the kitchen and talk to those in the living room.
An additional bonus was the garage that has been converted to a game room with a pool table, foosball table, darts, and old-time gaming center. That was very useful, especially at night when it was cold during our weekend stay.
The location was good - just off of the main road leading from the intercoastal. Half a mile from the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet.
Communcation with Gibbs the owner couldn't have been better. He always responded within minutes with the information was asked for. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are in the Melbourne area.

Great location close to everything. House was really nice. beds and bathrooms were excellent. tv in every room. back yard outdoor area was very nice. putting green outdoor fire pit grill etc.

Great home, lots of room for family of 7! Well appointed, and location was perfect - close to everything yet quiet. Listing was right on and accurate - pics too! Owner was very responsive which we appreciated. House could use a little TLC which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars, but otherwise it was great house.

We loved the house! Our family stayed over thanksgiving and cooked the entire meal in the well stocked kitchen. The house is spacious and beautiful and close to beach stores and restaurants. We loved the game room! Would stay here again and recommend it to others

Numerous minor things needed repairs. Garage used as gameroom which creates a parking problem! Closet in bedroom above kitchen not accessible to guest, so no place to hang clothes and no hooks or shelves. TVs difficult to operate.

We had the best experience from the initial inquiry about the property all the way through to our departure. The owner is incredibly kind and very responsive; literally responding within minutes. The home was awesome and more than exceeded our expectations for the week. We were traveling with 4 kids, ages 10-15, who all agreed this makes the list of our favorite vacation homes. The home was clean and well furnished. You can tell the homeowner pays attention to all of the details, selecting furniture that is cozy, comfortable mattresses, and modern decor. The game room, multiple TV’s, outdoor area, and pool within walking distance were highlights for our crew. The kitchen is spacious and has all of the extras you need, including a few pantry staples and a full sized refrigerator, which we found handy since we cooked in for many meals. Being in a gated community gave us peace of mind when the kids wanted to go back and forth to the pool. And the beach is just a short drive! If you’re considering this property don’t hesitate!

We had a family wedding in Malabar and rented the house for the week. Huge house with plenty of room for everyone. Loved being able to walk to the Mexican Restaurant from the house, maybe a 4 minute walk. Game room in the garage was great! House is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Overall a wonderful experience!

Family Vacation
We brought 10 adults and 2 teens. It was a great experience. Plenty of room for all of us. Everyone loved the game room and hot tub! Beach is just minutes away! We were there everyday! Host was great. Thanks again for the stay!

Teenagers wanted to stay inside all day!
Our family and friends ranging in age from 12-72 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was very easy to communicate with both before, during and after our stay. The teenagers (and dads) enjoyed the game room! There were TVs in all the rooms. The large screen TV in the game room was very nice. There were beach towels, chairs, noodles and beach games available. The owner provided recommendations on beaches and dining in the area. We enjoyed the 2nd floor balconies in the evening. The property is large enough for 2 families. There are 3 washer and dryers. Would definitely recommend this property! We would rent again if in the area.

Superior Vacation Rental
What a wonderful townhome!!! An end unit, it has a large backyard with mini golf, hot tub, and other games. It is a surprisingly large home, with a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom suite upstairs, both with balconies, plus another bedroom. The downstairs bedroom is huge! Every room has a huge, high quality tv. Washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs. The garage is set up as a game room with a pool table, darts, an arcade video console with 400 game choices. Honestly, our family and friends preferred staying at home to going out to the beach. The location is great - a gated community with easy access, but close enough to walk to a bagel place for breakfast, or a mexican restaurant for lunch/dinner. And many of our family members walked to the beach to see the morning sunrise. This was a perfect Christmas vacation home for our 9 adult, 2 kid group. We'll definitely be reserving again. 5 stars plus!!!

Great house and great location!
This house had plenty of room for the 10 adults in our family. The backyard was great for hanging out and the game room in the garage saved our vacation when it rained for 2 days straight. The beds were comfortable and the towels plush! Everything we needed was there in the house. Great place and we would rent again next time in the area.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway
We enjoyed our time at IHB. We loved the house which had plenty of activities for our large group. We took a walk to Gleason Park and enjoyed watching the turtles. The house was comfortable with plenty of rooms and baths. This is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends without really going anywhere.

Top Notch Rental
What a beautiful home! It is so comfortable and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable with luxurious linens and comforters. Everything you need in the kitchen is at your disposal. We enjoyed the new video game too! Great communucation and quick response by property management company if we had a question. There is nothing in this home that disappoints. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay in this beautiful house was incredibly comfortable, enjoyable & memorable. I can’t say enough about the comfort and amenities available in this home. Excellent vacation home
Beds that are comfortable, big tvs in rooms, two living rooms, games in the garage. We had six adults and all were comfortable staying there. Owner is adding more things in back yard. Good stay for our family.

Great amenities, better host!
Our first time staying in the area and we already can't wait to visit again. The kids loved the foosball and pool tables, and the adults loved the separate living rooms. Towels and linens are luxury hotel nice and a smart TV in every bedroom is a nice touch. Proximity to several beaches make beach days easy, and nearby Gleason Park is relaxing and fun for the kids. Best of all, the host is friendly and helpful, and was always available for any questions we had. Great house, convenient location, excellent host. Thanks Gibbs!
