The house is beautiful with lots of great view. Despite the leaking window, due to the rain, and a field mouse in the house, our stay was great. The owners had great communication. Loved the welcome snacks. It has lots of room and great amenities for a large group of people.

The property was big enough for all our family members to enjoy time together and alone. It was very clean and had all items we need to stay. Location and view were awesome as well. Property manager was prompt in resolving our issues.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with our 2 kids and 2 of the grandparents. Our hosts were nice enough to let us have some family over for the big day, and to say there's plenty of space for the 14 of us would be an understatement- it's huge!! In case you're traveling with infants, the master bed closet is big enough for a pack n play (or full blow-up mattress, honestly), and there's almost a 7th bedroom for a young kid, as the private sitting room off the master has doors. So much space, inside and out. We really enjoyed how everything (light switches, drawers, keys, etc) is labeled. And our communication with hosts was consistent but never intrusive. I will mention that it's a huge pool. We paid for heating and even after 3 full days of heating the pool, it never got warm enough for any of the adults to get in (the kids did for a short while)- granted, it was late November, but just to warn others not to pay for pool heat in winter, as you'll likely only be able to use the spa (which was lovely!). We'd definitely return. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed a magnificent 5 days with friends celebrating some birthdays. The view from the house is AWESOME! The house is spacious, well stocked and has so many fun amenities for a group. We will be back with our family.

We invited our family members to join us to celebrate my birthday. This property is so perfect for large groups. The attention to detail and cleanliness is exceptional. The contact with the property manager is outstanding. The views are awesome. You don't want to leave the property because there is so much to do with all the outdoor activities available. Tons of room, clean, abundant amenities. Whether you want to relax in the pool and enjoy the amazing views, or have fun playing foosball, shuffle board or the putting green, this house has it all. Plenty of rooms and a large and well stocked kitchen to entertain large parties. Set in a very quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, you are still close enough to town and plenty of local golf courses and wineries. An overall great property.

The home was beautiful and fit our needs well. Unfortunately the pool heater wasn’t working. The hosts sent a repair person, but they were not able to repair it during our stay.

We had 4 families fit comfortably in this place. Besides a few errands, we never left the property for 3 days! We kept busy with all the games: shuffle board, pickleball, foosball, pool, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, overlooking the amazing view. There were plenty of dishes, towels, supplies and everything was easy to find. Communications were clear and efficient. We want to go back....highly recommend!

We were a group of friends who rented this home to celebrate a milestone birthday of one of our friends. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. House is absolutely clean, stunning views and very organized. Jerry has been very responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is visiting the area.

We were a group of 14 girls on a girls trip and this was the perfect getaway. Jerry and Kelly were amazing hosts and were so communicative throughout the stay as well as before the stay. Also need to note that the pool needs atleast two full days to be heated fully. We didn’t realize that but the hosts were gracious enough to refund the heating costs once we realized it wasn’t going to heat up fast enough. Thank you Jerry and Kelly Pros: - Lots of games and entertainment options indoor and outdoor as well as yoga studio so you don’t have to leave the premises if you don’t feel like it - Beautiful views and sunsets are breathtaking - We were 14 girls but we still had room for another 3-4 more if needed so very spacious as well as guests are willing to double up - All bedrooms are pretty similar in size except the one with the bunk beds and they all have some view - All nearby options were listed in the welcome book along with detailed instructions on how to operate everything Cons: - Not a lot of restaurant options close by unless we drive 20-25 mins and no Uber eats/Door dash so had to pick up the food - Would be nice to have a water filtration system in the house so we don’t have to keep buying and replenishing water in bulk for large parties Overall - Definitely recommend it!!

Great for groups and kids of all ages!

I booked this property for a second annual family glamp trip with some friends. The amenities were perfect for the kiddos, especially the playground, putting green, basketball court and game room. We paid extra to get the pool heated but the weather was not the best to fully enjoy the pool. (Also note that the pool requires two days to heat up so if you want it heated for a day, you're actually paying the cost for two days). The location may be hard to find at night since it's not very well lit but the instructions that Jerry and Kelly provided was helpful. The space itself was just enough for our group. All of the rooms were spacious and some had nice views of the pool. I will say that the walls are definitely thin and we could hear chatter/noise from above; however, I did notice earplugs and water bottles were left in the rooms for us, which was a nice touch. My friend also found a dead spider in her room but the house was clean overall. We wanted to do something special for the kids and have an early holiday celebration so we brought a small Christmas tree and hung stockings on the mantle for each kid. We even set up a hot cocoa bar and had lots of sweet treats out. We appreciated the welcome treats provided by Jerry and Kelly, they matched what we had as well! Overall, our stay was great and the kids (and also adults) had a blast! Some of us even said another day would have been perfect. We'll definitely consider this place during the summer when the weather is nicer and we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Enough space to be all together, or break into age groups.. lots to do from games to swimming. Those who needed found quiet places to work remotely. Thank you!

The property is is even nicer in person! The is comfortable and cozy. Owner promptly responds to emails. Close to local golf courses. Would be a great place for family vacation.

This house is spectacular. The backyard offered our family so many ways to take advantage of the beautiful sunsets and location. We played pickleball, basketball and had putting contests. And indoors the house is beautiful and so well thought out. The kitchen has everything-and we could make dinners there easily. The living room lends itself to conversation and the game room downstairs hosted many shuffleboard games, as well as chess/checkers and other family games. And love to have all the bathrooms! Absolutely recommend for wonderful family memories!!!!

One of the really nice things was that there was plenty of gathering space for the family, plenty of space to withdraw to for “quiet time”, plenty of outdoor recreation, plenty of space for many people working in the kitchen. LOTS of conveniently placed bathrooms! THANKS for the delicious welcome basket!

Our group of 14 had a great stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Swam every day. Loved playing shuffleboard and pickleball. Enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. Comfy beds. Amazing view. Did a trip to Pismo. The only thing missing in our opinion is umbrellas around the pool so we could have some shade--there is a nice umbrella at the table, but would be nice to have some near the lounge chairs. Great communication with property manager and owners. Hope to return next summer!

Stayed here with a large group of friends for a wedding and was blown away by how gorgeous, clean and comfortable the property was both inside and out. You could never leave the estate with a pool, hot tub, putting green, corn hole, shuffleboard and foos ball. Jerry and Kelly were great hosts who provided a welcome guide and a delicious spread of snacks! There was ample space for everyone and we had the best time.

Clean, spacious and perfect for large families!

Stayed here with a group of close family and friends (13 adults total) while visiting the Pismo Beach area for the weekend, and this place was perfect. Some of the highlights: • The property was spotless, neatly organized, conveniently located, and felt even larger in person • The Welcome Guide tells you everything you need to know during your stay - from the check-in/check-out process to how to operate the pool cover, the directions were very clear, and everything was labeled and easy to find • The place really has everything you could possibly need - there were welcome snacks, earplugs and bottles of water in every room, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in every shower, extra propane tanks by the grill, smart TVs throughout the house, and plenty of extra towels (probably the softest I’ve ever used) • All beds, including the pull-out sofa bed, were very comfortable • The basketball court was in better condition than expected and got plenty of use Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would definitely book again. This home has everything you need! Cozy, quiet neighborhood away from all the noise but close enough to shopping and beaches if you choose to venture out. Clean and it was a nice surprise to have snacks awaiting for us. All questions you might have were all located in a binder, communication from hosts was easy. All in all we had a lovely stay and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to go back this would definitely be a place I would stay at again and again in the future.

We loved this place! The place was so clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Everyone loved the kitchen and amenities. There were snacks ready for us upon arrival. Each room had bottles of water. Jerry was very responsive. If you're staying here during the winter, you can still enjoy the backyard pool and jacuzzi as it was heated for an extra charge. Overall we loved this place and would come again!
