We had a great weekend staying here! Fit our family + a few friends perfectly. Everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms, towels and linens! The kids loved the foosball table & ping pong!! It’s close to St. George and Snow Canyon!! We loved the pool & hot tub! Definitely would recommend this place for a family or large family!!

Grandparents, parents and kids (11, 8, 6 yo) really enjoyed our vacation to Utah. First, the location is fantastic for visiting Bryce, Zion, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We also went biking at Snow Canyon State Park nearby. Very easy on/off access to the freeway but still located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.
Next, the layout of this townhouse is perfect for multiple families. The upstairs living space separate from the downstairs common space, as well as the garage play area really helped give our family space to enjoy different things. This was very helpful for grandparents to get a break from the noise of the kids!
We had two days of rain during our stay and weren’t bored at all. Ping pong, Foosball, many TVs, hot tub, and a pickle ball court across the street all kept us entertained at home.
Finally, the downstairs master suite was easily accessible for grandparents while the three bedrooms upstairs (plus an additional 3 bathrooms!) were plenty of comfortable space for all of us.
I can’t recommend Rachel and this property high enough. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy, nice and great location!
We had a great weekend staying here! Fit our family + a few friends perfectly. Everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms, towels and linens! The kids loved the foosball table & ping pong!! Perfect for mixed-age Families
