Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homestead 1470 in Steamboat Springs. It was quiet, clean, well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and everyone bedroom had a bathroom with huge showers. I highly recommend staying here. Would definitely choose to stay there again. We were offered a late check out which was a added bonus

This condo was an awesome place. We really enjoyed our stay.

On our way to the airport heading home we decided to return and hope to have the very same experience! Our location was phenomenal, the shuttle service was spectacular and all of the people were so kind! We had wonderful restaurant experiences as well. 10 out of 10! Thank you Steamboat we will see you again!

This is such a beautiful property and close to everything. The kitchen and living space were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the unit and location. Very nicely decorated and felt like we were in a luxury resort. Only issues were ice maker still doesn’t work (saw previous reviews on that) and the master ceiling fan has a mind of its own 🙂 Maybe leave instructions for that cause still couldn’t figure it out after a week. Also when we checked in, it wasn’t clear that the code is for garage door to house not front door and had to get garage code from front desk. But would definitely rent here again. So convenient with the gondola to the mountain.

This property was as beautiful in person, if not more beautiful than the photos! Amazing location, impeccably clean, gorgeous views and proximity to skiing and to town, it was everything we could have wanted. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean and spacious. We were staying with 2 other adult couples and each bedroom and bath provided privacy to each couple. The townhouse is located within walking distance of the gondola, tennis/pickleball center and many restaurants.

Open, spacious, well furnished and clean with numerous windows for wide views from inside as well as out on the deck. Well furnished but master bed too soft for us. Kitchen well stocked. there are enough towel rings, rods and hooks in master bath, which can't be said for vast majority of places we stay!

This condo is in the perfect location - sunrise, sunsets, close to town but not too close, it I. The really co vested part of the ski slopes. The amenities were great except for the ice maker that did t work and the sofa that could definitely use some padding. Otherwise a perfect place! Thank you!

Garage is handy, but on the small side, mid-size SUV might fit...but not a large SUV. Nice views from balconies. Overall, this place was better than expected. Only one slight issue...one side of the sofa is not so comfortable, sinks way down (might have to do with the sofa bed inside). Very quiet, restful location in the off season. Look forward to staying here again.

The shuttle service was such a nice benefit and usually they would show up within 5 minutes. Having the wild horse Gondola within a 2 mins walk was so handy to get to and from the base of the mountain. The shared pool is heated and you have 3 hot tubs to choose from. Our group all agreed the only negative about the house was the couch, however I enjoyed taking naps on it because you sink into it. We went out on the deck a lot and took in the views because we got lucky with spring type weather. We would definitely rent this place again.

We appreciated the views from all over the condo - worth getting up to watch the sunrise. We had so much space (drawers & closets) to store our items and truly live in the space. The location is perfect and the gondola access made this place the very best. We will stay here every year if it’s available. We appreciated the small touches — the bath robes, the board games, the cozy blankets, the coffees, — our trip was wonderful and we all agreed (including picky teenagers) that the condo was a huge piece of making it so great.

We had a great experience at this beautiful property which started right off the bat as the property manager was very responsive and communicative when I had questions. The townhome itself is very nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our entire group (4 adults and 1 toddler) and had large modern bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need…A few things to note regarding the kitchen / cooking (I found out via property manager): there are two types of coffee makers (Keurig and traditional) and the grill is electric. The location is convenient to downtown, plenty of areas to walk around in the morning and close to lots of helpful conveniences (liquor store, grocery store and Starbucks). We would love to stay here again in the future and have no complaints or issues.

This property was everything we expected’. We had 3 couples in our group and we all had our own bed and bath and the common areas were plenty big enough for all of us. The home had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool and hot tub area was great. Overall a great home for a group of friends or family to hang out summer or winter!
