Clean lakeside accommodations! Great location, great views! The only disappointment was that the dock was destroyed during a recent storm. Good waterfront dining nearby. Plenty to do in the area within a 30-45 minute drive We had a great week!

We loved staying here...the location, accomodations, host...everything was ideal. Location couldn't be better..so picturesque..we spent mornings on deck or lower dock enjoying the scenery and ended days relaxing as the sun sets and birds/osprey/jumping fish entertain us! Plenty to do right in the area or a short drive over to Burlington and surrounding area. Great for cycling including the Island Rail Trail...enjoy local restaurants/parks beaches. We particularly loved cycling the coastal and rolling farm roads on the island. Kayak right from your dock or take a boat tour out of many local areas. Plenty to do...or just chill and enjoy. The host really cares about their renters and it shows in this property..inside and out! We will be back.

Gorgeous location and fantastic owners! We enjoyed the quiet lakefront and nearby South Hero town. Walks in the morning, friendly people. Would come back in an instant.

This is a comfortable private one bdrm unit perched literally on the Lake Champlain shore. It’s run by an outside mgr which I like, full accountability and professionalism. Unit has 2 kayaks and 1-2 bikes. It’s all no frills but clean and comfy. Kitchen is good. Good mattress. Excellent water pressure in shower. A lot of gnats and non stinging bugs outside around the doors and windows, fitting for a place right on the lake and backed up by a big marsh. It was raining the whole time I was there which probably contributed. Not a complaint just a heads up for people who are not from the area and sensitive about any bugs. I’d definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to spend a weekend. The view was lovely. The comfortable bed and furniture plus a full kitchen made it feel cozy. We enjoyed the calmer atmosphere of this frozen beach town. We would highly recommend.

I bet the lake is nice in summer, but it's a nice quiet spot in winter too. We skied downhill and cross country and did some winter hiking. Downhill areas are where they are, we knew that going in... and one day was Cold with a capital C, but alas, it's winter. Our Jeep was a good choice for this trip. Winter weather blocked the sun the first few days, but our last morning was clear for sunrise - briefly outside then inside for viewing from the breakfast table - gorgeous.

This property was clean and well appointed for our stay, a beautiful location on Lake Champlain and 15 minutes tops from Burlington. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place for quiet relaxation. Lake views from every window in back of house. Enjoy sunrise on lake from deck with morning coffee. Descend to a lower deck with chairs closer to lake. Amenities include kyacks and a row boat. I suggest water shoes if you want to swim and bringing camping chairs in case chair cushions provided become damp. I highly recommend this beautiful, cozy home away from home!

Super comfortable suite with tremendous lake views. Perfect relaxing spot. Really peaceful and quiet. Very welcoming but not intrusive host.

This is an excellent option for a stay on the lake. It’s well appointed, functional, clean, quiet with good access to the lake. We took advantage of the included kayaks and the beautiful weather. The ac worked well and the internet was very good. The large tv in the comfortable living area was a bonus. The bed was too firm for us but all other amenities were very good. The host was quite personable and helpful. Great stay

We had an excellent stay on the water of Lake Champlain. The views from inside the apartment were beautiful. Walk right outside to the dock where the fishing was perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and our teenage boys did fine on air mattresses set up in the living room.

Great setting on the lake. Property was clean great views sitting on deck or down by the water. The property owner was very friendly. Totally enjoyed our stay.
