Spacious, beautiful views, large house that easily accommodates large groups . The house was stocked appropriately for large groups . Communication. With owners was excellent. Very clean when we got there. The beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved the neighboring dog , that came to visit us every day . I have been to island a couple times and love the East end of island . Highly recommend this rental

Our extended family of 11 had a wonderful time at Mike and Erin's house. Each level has 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, kitchen and living room. Add in the large balconies and there's plenty of room for a big group to stay together, but not be on top of each other. We had a couple of issues arise during our week long stay, but the hosts were very prompt to respond and remedy the situation. Thank you, Mike and Erin, for providing such a comfortable place for our holiday get away!

Booked for 4 nights for 6 adults (myself, my wife, and 4 members of our wedding party) during the week of our wedding. What can I say about our stay here? It was wonderful, and Mike and Erin were fantastic hosts. This home is truly beautiful, and among my favorite that I've stayed in through many visits to St. Croix. It's in a very convenient location that allows for a very short drive to a large number of the island's many wonderful places to visit. Additionally, the house is set back a short way from the road and nearby neighbors, which gives a fantastic sense of privacy. The fact that the house has two kitchens made it exceptionally easy to cook for our large group, and each floor felt spacious enough for our entire group to spend time together, though we spent the majority of our time on the deck or in the pool. We had one small hiccup getting the lock to the upstairs entrance to unlock at check-in, but Mike was exceptionally quick to respond to a message, and personally came down right away to make sure the lock was working correctly. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay, and we would absolutely recommend this beautiful house as a rental if you're visiting the island.

There are not enough superlatives for this property. It was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and afforded everyone room and privacy, and space to eat and play games together. The pool was serviced daily, and any questions about local places or to-do items were easily asked of our hosts. This was the perfect spot for our group of 10!

The view was awesome! Loved sitting on the balconies or in the chairs in front of the glass doors. Beds and bathrooms were good. Furniture was comfortable. Convenient location. Pool was great. Would stay again.

The property was private enough to make you feel like only a few others existed, but close enough to the action. The house is clean,spacious, and absolutely gorgeous. Our host Erin is incredible. She was on point for our every need, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful, lovely, well stocked. Looking out the Caribbean Sea - the most awesome daily views ever. Well stocked house and clean. Lots of room for everyone. Please be aware that you will need a car or a driver because of the rugged terrain.

House was great, beautiful views of Buck Island. We had a few issues that are not unexpected when staying on the island and Mike and Erin were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and we surprised them with a week in St. Croix. After spending many hours googling and researching places to stay that would accommodate our party of 12 (age ranges from 18-75) we decided on Whispering Palms in Cotton Valley. The house was exactly as listed and our hosts Erin and Mike were great! The email they sent us about the island was super helpful and I found myself checking their information often! The house itself was super equipped and spotless! We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom and Mike was responsive and took care of it immediately! They were even gracious enough to let us stay longer than anticipated because our travel plans were delayed due to weather conditions back home. It’s important to know that you’re on the side of a mountain and the driveway is steep. The bottom part is not paved and is a little bumpy but thats to be expected and you can’t get these views otherwise! We watched the sun rise and the moon set almost daily! You’re close to Ziggys and Point Udall and about 15 minutes away from downtown Christiansted. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place for a large group! We’re already planning our trip back!

We had the best time staying in this home! The yard was nice and big for our kids..we played bags everyday! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children (3 separate families). The lower level was nice to be able to split up when we needed to. It is not connected to the upper level, but wasn't a big deal for us. The homeowner, Erin, gave detailed instructions to the residence and also a document giving us restaurant and activity details (names of restaurants, beaches, how to get around). Erin replied so quickly whenever there was a problem or question. We also used their sailing services one morning. If you have a chance to do so, we highly recommend it-book with Sandy Toes Sailing! The house is older, so there were a few problems that go with that, but nothing that made our stay a deal breaker or made it a problem to stay there. If we needed help, an answer was given quickly and efficiently. The house and views were as pictured. The view off the balconies (there are 2!) were absolutely breathtaking! If we get a chance, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location. Quiet area of the island. Close to Ziggy's, Castaways, and Point UDall. Love the split occupancy for privacy when traveling with adult children. We had our privacy, kitchen, and the girls had space too. Erin and Mike are responsive to any issue too. Oh! Check out their sailing options!!!

We had a wonderful time on St. Croix. The house has an incredible view, including Buck Island, and it is well equipped for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with, too. The only information a future tenant should know is the driveway is gravel, so a jeep is the preferred vehicle during your stay.

The property is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy and relax. Mike and Erin were super easy to communicate with and are so friendly! I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to! Our family had a wonderful time. We did a lot of cooking/lounging by the pool. The morning views are perfect and the stars at night are stunning. Some of our favorite beaches - Shoy and Jack Issac are only about 10 min drive. The road to the house is a little bumpy but we got used it! Thanks again !

Well equipped, loved that paper supplies, detergents, spices, etc. were all there. So nice not to have to buy and trash within a few days. Roombas throughout - nice touch. The first day we woke, we were stunned by the view. It is so much better than even the pictures. Nice that two families were separated by floors, but still in the same house. Some small issue were TV (not a huge deal since we weren't there for TV). There was a bit of a learning curve for the lights. :) Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Erin and Mike are the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking with! Their knowledge of the area, recommendations for great food, shopping and adventures! The tide pools, beaches, snorkeling, boating and overall amazing experiences have made this trip beyond special. Thank you doesn’t say enough!! :)

We had an amazing time at the house; the house is well equipped with everything needed. The view is priceless. The host was very easy to get in touch with and came to the house when needed. Our stay was extended 2 days due a tropical storm - the host understood and allowed us to stay. Staying here you will not be disappointed.

Myself and a group of friends went down and ended up having a fantastic time at this house. We loved how private the space was, as well as having so many rooms. Overall cleanliness was great, and the house had everything we needed from laundry detergent to plenty of towels. Will be recommending this property to everyone!

Mike and Erin have graced us with this beautiful home! The home was everything it said in the post but yet so much more. The views are simply breathtaking! We had 5 children and 4 adults and it truly was a dream! The location was perfect (we prefer the east end of the island. Communication from them was top notch.. even with them being away sailing! I was super impressed with that aspect. We had a flight delay and without hesitation they were willing to work with us. I would recommend this home to anyone (and will)! We can’t wait to come back! Great house with beautiful views. House was very clean and well stocked with condiments, cooking equipment and cleaning supplies as well as plenty of beach towels-all those things that are a burden to bring when you are traveling to an island. Pool was sparkling clean. Owner was very responsive to questions both before we arrived and when we were in St Croix.

The house is super clean with amazing panoramic views from both porches! The pool was an absolute bonus. There was plenty of room for our large family group of kids and adults. Loved staying on this side of the island!! Erin and Mike are incredible hosts!!! They were quickly available for to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot since it was our first visit!). Very knowledgeable about the island and gave us great recommendations on beaches, restaurants, and activities. We had the best time exploring the island! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing trip to St. Croix 😊

The accommodations were perfect for multiple families or a large family with children. There was a pool for the kids to play and plenty of space. The highlight were the spaciousness, the pool, the incredible view of Buck Island and at least this time of year the tropical breeze. We would definitely say there again.

Beautiful property

We loved this house!!! It is a beautiful home with everything you need for the perfect vacation. The house is perfectly situated up on a hill with the most amazing view. We loved drinking our coffee on the deck every morning. The beds were so comfortable. It was amazing having the washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our teenagers loved swimming in the pool. The hosts were amazing! Erin truly thought of everything you might need. She met us at the airport late in the evening so we could follow her to the house with a cooler of refreshing drinks. She provided us with many great suggestions. We can not wait to return to St. Croix and will definitely stay at this house again.
