The property was nice however I thought that It could of been cleaner, We found items under the bed that didn't belong to us, dust bunnies under the couch. I had to clean hair off the drain in the primary shower. The table was broken and the chairs had cracks and didn't

Overall this house is very clean. Easy to access. Beds were super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in town for a baseball tournament at the Hoover met. Which was only 16 minutes away. Plenty of room to spread out. Safe area. Would stay here again.

I was just not expecting the neighborhood to be so very nice. It’s really nice to just take a walk down the street… then find a paved walking trail in the woods. We even stopped and talked to some of the neighbors to help them find their dog. Is this the Truman Show?
The owners are working with the cleaning crew to help them level up the cleaning. I would stay here again.

This house was perfect for 8 people. We came down for the weekend to participate in the Mammoth March 20 in Pelham. Conveniently located to oak mountain and hiking. Great place just wish we could have stayed longer.

Short 2 night stay, but well worth the effort. Neighborhood all decorated for Halloween. Wish we could hang around longer. House is wonderful, clean and just feels homey. Beds very comfy and quiet. We will try it again the next Game we get to.

Came in on an unofficial visit. The house area was all perfect. It was a very quiet neighborhood (which I enjoyed). Overall the stay was amazing. No complaints.

Upon arriving after a 12 hour drive we found the house had not been cleaned. I contacted Kristin and she and her mother immediately came to clean the house. After a couple of hours we were able to get settled in after a long day.
The house, neighborhood and area were excellent. It was a great location for our baseball tournament schedule as all of the games were held in towns that were within a 30 minute drive.
Being from Florida we loved the change of scenery.
After a bumpy start to our trip Kristin was very accommodating in making the trip a great time with our grandson.
I would definitely use this rental again.

We were sooooo happy here! Came to town with my husband, two babies under 3, 13 year old daughter and my in laws and this house was PERFECT. Neighborhood is fantastic, and super quiet and beautiful. One of the nicest neighborhoods around for sure!!! There is an amazing park at the beginning of the neighborhood, my kiddos loved it! We were in town to celebrate my husbands graduation from Samford university, and the drive was not too bad, about 25 mins or so. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Rooms were perfect, house was big, fully stocked with everything we needed!!! So grateful we found it. Thanks for your hospitality. If we ever come back to AL, we will book again!

We booked this property for my son's lacrosse event at Montevallo Univ. It was the perfect location for everything we needed. The driveway/alley is a bit snug but that can't be helped. Communication with the host was great, zero delays. Comfy beds, ample room for 5 adults, quiet neighborhood. Plus a Mexican restaurant around the corner and a Publix down the road with several popular fast foods places was awesome. I would absolutely book this property again.
