Great place, amazing views, place was perfect

Overall the house was an amazing house only complaint i had at first was that the water heater didn’t work the host came and met me at the property couldn’t get it to work blaming it on the gas hook up said they would send out the company the next day and didn’t and now are leaving a review saying we touched and broke it and i have text messages proving they came and looked it at even offered me my money back for the next day accused me of touching they’re boat i brought my personal jet ski never touched anyone’s boat so guess i wouldn’t recommend bringing your own jet ski or boat you might get accused of damaging something outside of that the house accommodations were nice had everything you needed !!

We were amazed at how how well-stocked this house was - we love to cook and there was even an immersion blender (much to my delight) when we decided to make soup from the Christmas ham! Small touches such as holiday decorations made our “home away from home” truly special for a family Christmas celebration. Great location and being lakefront was so peaceful. We will be back!

Excellent, best view ever!

Zena & George were wonderful to work with! This is a beautifully maintained, spacious & stocked home that offers spectacular views of the lake, as well as sunrises & sunsets. Quiet neighborhood in a very central location. I had everything I needed for working & relaxing while I escaped home construction for 5 days. If I had to list anything that would have enhanced my stay, it would only be more personal comforts, such as having a TV in the bedroom, perhaps some type of seating on the beautiful dock to watch the sunrise/sunset & having some type of furniture that allows you to recline or put your feet up in the living room. The current furniture is very beautiful, it is just very large & offered no ottoman, etc. I found myself sitting in bed while I worked, instead. The king size bed in the master was extremely comfortable. I did end up using my own pillow, as the ones provided - although numerous - were not super comfortable. Overall, an amazing stay & I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home with unparalleled views of Lake Tarpon. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this property with my adult kids for a long weekend. The home and view were beautiful! They also had all the amenities we were looking for and then some. Great location too as we were able to visit Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Would come back again!

View of lake is outstanding. House was spotless. Well appointed with all kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Well supplied with kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies. After a month we still had excess detergent, coffee, trash bags and toilet paper. Owner, Zena was gracious and accommodating. Need anything? Just ask her. Downfall of our stay was the bed situation. The king sized bed is about 12" higher than normal. I am 6' and had trouble getting on the bed. My wife is 5'4". It was impossible for her to do so. Frame is a platform bed so no amount of creativity would solve the problem. Queen size bed is not an option for us. We've had a King for too many years to be comfortable on a Queen. We resorted to the twin beds but the memory foam engulfed us, so that simply rolling over was a challenge. Not one good nights rest all month. Oversized living room chairs were suitable for Andre the Giant and friends. Could have been more comfortable. I bought cheap hassocks from Amazon giving us a place to put our feet. Again, Zena is a great host who will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Unfortunately the month we spent there was too short a time to address the issues of concern. Fix the problems and I wouldn't hesitate to return next year.
