Highly recommend this property. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay & loved the lakeview & beautiful sunrises. The lovely home was large enough to comfortably handle our group (6 adults 4 children). We were greeted with a nice welcome basket & the home is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Outside activities were plenty with a nice sized pool & hot tub. The boat lift worked great to accommodate our boat & the fishing around the dock was really good. The host provided detailed information on area activities & how to manage home appliances. All questions we asked were answered promptly which is important to us. Hope this home will be available when we schedule our future family vacation.

Outstanding house with beautiful view of the lake. We brought our boat so it was great to use the boat slip. The boat launch was right around the corner from the house.
The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. My son caught a number of catfish which made his day.
We’ll be back in the near future.

The house is amazing. The host communicates well and fast. We really enjoyed the stay. It was trip for our graduate. Many family memories were created. We have stayed on the Lake before this by far was was the best experience! We will be visiting this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had extended family visiting together and we had plenty of room for 12 people. The host was incredibly helpful with all my questions ahead of time and with the us having our boat there. The home was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The triple bunks are best for kids. Our family had a wonderful time. The pool overseeing the lake was a hit. We also enjoyed the large table to play games and the pool table. It is a beautiful home and plan on coming again.

My family and I stayed here over the long weekend. First of all, the home looked amazing inside and out. Master bed/bath were HUGE! The two rooms on either ends of the upstairs had fantastic views! The rooms with bunk beds were a treat for all the kiddos. Bathrooms were super clean and large. Everything was spotless and well taken care of.
It was freezing cold so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it was crystal clear and beautiful. We did get to use the big hot tub though. Perfect for the cold weather!
Richard was a wonderful host! He was attentive, kind, and replied to any messages we sent quickly. The gift basket with goodies for making smores over the fire pit was a BIG win with the kiddos… and me. 😁
If you’re looking for a house with a pool, hot tub, and access to a lake, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Can’t imagine even looking for another house in Conroe.

We were all very happy with our stay. The owner was great to communicate with. I really enjoyed the guest book provided with all the information we needed on the house and the area. The extra towels that were provided for the pool were such a great touch. The pool table, ping pong and board games were a hit! There were plenty of indoor towels, soap and other touches provided. The welcome gift was an extra special surprise! We would stay again! Thank you for a lovely time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️2nd time staying at this property. The house is beautiful and accommodates many. Couldn’t ask for anything more with everything at your fingertips (fishing on the lake, pool and jacuzzi access, cooking out on the patio) games, table tennis and pool table. Grocery stores were near! Fun for all age groups to enjoy! 2 washer/dryer/refrigerator was a plus with fully stocked kitchen appliances! My guest and I def enjoyed our stay! Management was excellent and responded to all correspondence quickly. We’ll be back, Thank you! ☺️

We spent the 4th of July here at this beautiful home and also celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday with family. This is by far the best home we have personally stayed at while at Lake Conroe! Having the pool is a huge plus, as well as the beautiful lake view, and we also enjoyed seeing all the fireworks displays.
The home is very well set up with everything you could need. Bedding very comfortable, plenty of soft fluffy towels for bath and pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was the perfect place for our family to get together for our annual cousin camp. Sleeping arrangements were all clean and comfortable and suited us perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games, watch the Astros or have ping pong tournaments. Looking forward to booking again. Richard was always available if we had a question.

We had so much fun at this house. It is absolutely beautiful, clean and is in such a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and made the stay very peaceful. Beautiful home!! Amazing view of the lake!! Fantastic stay!!!! The owner Richard was absolutely phenomenal!! Everything was set up so nicely with perfectly detailed instructions. Anything we needed, he was just a phone call away. My husband and I are expecting our first baby and Richard and his family were so kind in allowing us to have our family celebrate our new bundle of joy, our baby girl! He helped us make this weekend a really special moment for us and for that we are truly grateful, thankful, and appreciative! This is definitely the place to have a great stay!!!! You will LOVE it!! We chose this listing because of the size of the home, the number of beds, and the fact that it has a pool/hot tub - very few options in the area that have a pool. This home exceeded all expectations. This house is amazing. It is nicely furnished with tasteful décor as well as being very clean and well appointed.
Communication with the owner was always fast, responses within minutes, prior to and after check-in. We all felt very welcome and comfortable. There was even a hospitality basket with items to make s'mores and cocoa, nice touch :)
We have vacationed in many places and have rented several properties. We hated to leave this one and would not hesitate to recommend this listing. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you, Richard!

This house had everything we needed to host the best family reunion. We held an Italian sauce cook off and the enormous kitchen was perfect for this! Steaks on the grill, music on the patio, right on the lake! It was amazing!! The owner was absolutely great! Very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. We will be returning next year!

The house was clean and well kept. There were ants on the counter and on some of the utensils, so you had to pay close attention before using them. During the day, it was perfect outside, but at night, all the creepy crawlers came out around the pool area and outdoor kitchen area/patio, as well as mosquitos. Making it difficult to enjoy outside in the evening. We did catch a large catfish off the deck area, so that was a surprise! Owner answered right away and the stay was good other than the bugs/pests. Just part of staying near water.

The owner, Richard, was great to work with and he has thought of everything...he put together one of the best informational packets I've ever seen in a rental. Richard was a fantastic host and a fast communicator throughout my family’s stay! The home itself was perfect - right on the lake and the pool/hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. Treasured time at Lake Conroe
The house, pool and location was great. Richard was very responsive when contacted. There was plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking items. Loved the waffle iron! We would definitely Italy stay here again.

Amazing house & host
This house is huge! The views are awesome. The host Richard is so friendly, available & welcoming! The house was stocked enough for our whole stay. The neighborhood is quiet considering how big it is & it being water front. All in all we had a great time!

The home is at a great location on Lake Conroe. The boat ramp was very convenient as well. Richard was very good with instructions and communication. Overall the property was clean and family friendly. We will return for our next stay on Lake Conroe.
