Nice amenities--hot water pot, kuerig, selection of teas and coffee pods, soaps ample towels and blankets, comfy beds, clean throughout, quiet corner no pedestrians by this unit, bust street 1 block.ober quiets down at night. Park and playground next door are great for all ages and sizes of kids and dogs. Park is not fully fenced. Street parking doesnt guarantees a specifoc space but we were never more than 4 cars over from our section of curb.

The property was in a great location. We enjoyed walking around Ballard.
We found the Condo bright,clean and comfortable.
Communication and check in were easy. There was even a little supply of coffee and creamer which we really appreciated. Only con were the bed pillows that could use some refreshing.
We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

We were very pleased with our stay. We walked to nearly everything, enjoyed the fantastic rooftop patio (especially during the solar storm) and enjoyed the uniqueness of the condo. The park across the street is very popular but it was easy enough to find street parking with only a short walk to the condo. The area is really quiet despite all the hustle that's happening around you.

My friend Ross and I stayed at 920 NW 54th while we met with folks at the Nordic Museum and the Swedish Cultural Center. Ross and I are board members of a non-profit research organization that focuses on the history of Swedes in Oregon. The location where we stayed was perfect and made driving to our venues so easy. After a day full of activities, we enjoyed the luxury of relaxing with a glass of wine in our comfy unit. The arrangement of rooms on separate floors with bathrooms attached was the ideal arrangement for us. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was updated/remodeled. Parking was difficult to find the first night but better after that. Very engaged and responsive owner/manager!

We absolutely loved our stay at the property. It is an easy 15 minute walk to "downtown" Ballard and all the shops and restaurants there, not to mention the nearby coffee and amenities. Beds were super comfy and the place was just cute and fun. We were also within easy driving distance of UW and easy access to public transit for trips into Seattle center. Highly recommend this place, but must love stairs!

Had an excellent stay doing some sailing in the Ballard area. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is always top notch, well stocked, and clean. Check in is always super easy with great communication with management. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for us. The park was nice, close to breweries, shops and Sunday farmer's market.
Traffic on Market Street was just a tad bit noisy.

This was the perfect rental for my adult daughter and I and her two doodles. The townhome was situated in a safe neighborhood with a park across the street. This was perfect for pets. The neighborhood had great breweries with rotating food trucks. We also walked to target, cute shops and restaurants in Ballard. The rental itself was new, very clean, and stocked for cooking. The parking is on the street but we never had any difficulty finding a spot. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here if we were ever in the area again!

We were in the area visiting family and this spot was perfect. The townhouse is across the street from a park. Many of the original houses along the street are being replaced with townhome condominiums. It will be nice when the construction is complete. The unit was clean, well stocked and all communication with the host was perfect. Thank you!

Seamless check-in, communicative hosts, and very accessible stay in a family friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the rotating cast of food trucks each night. The breweries were close and surprisingly quiet neighbors!

Great Location
We had a great time during our week at this property. The location was great, walkable to coffee shops and breweries along with a large park across the street. The unit was very new and pretty well equipped.
The only feedback we’d have is that the 2nd floor bedroom with no AC was a little warm (it was in the 80s outside during our stay) and the furniture/pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Overall we’d go back if we stayed in Ballard again.

Serene Stay Near Ballard
Bright, modern and uncluttered; this apartment offers very comfortable accommodations in a nice residential neighborhood. There are stores and coffee shops close by, and tons of U er cars available for even the short hop into Ballard.

A very convenient, clean, and well-equipped space. Owner is very good with communication. Easy street parking at all times.
Suggest a set of coat hooks on first floor since there’s no guest closet near front door. Otherwise can’t think of anything I’d change.
