We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice layout; tv's in all bedrooms and main level, nice fenced in yard. Our dog enjoyed as well, nice yard and nice paths along nearby canal for walks.

This house was awesome, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The home was very clean, organized and very well-stocked. Location next to grocery store and walking/running/biking trails was SO convenient! Backyard was quiet and peaceful. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was well-furnished. We'd stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay. House is conveniently located to all attractions. The fenced yard was great for the grandkids and our dog. Enjoyed that the house was well equipped. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked and had all of the modern amenities you would need and more. Fast wi-fi. Grocery store within walking distance. Close to the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had 9 people staying at the house towards the end of our vacation and we had plenty of room. The layout of the home is great. Laundry on-site was very convenient. Kitchen is very nice with plenty of counter space and updated appliances. The fenced-in backyard was great for the young ones and pups. This home is located on a busier road but the owners are very upfront about that. It didn't bother us. The home is set back far enough away from the road and we spent more of our time in the backyard anyway. We would definitely stay here again!

Upon our arrival, the house actually smelled clean! We were able to check in early. Loved proximity to walking trails, although it sits on a busy road. The fenced in yard was awesome!

We were so excited to find a vacation home for us and our pup. The house was roomy, clean with a large fenced in back yard. It was only a short drive to beaches, activities, groceries and great local restaurants. A small downside is that the house is on a busy road. We would happily stay here again!

The days were very hot but we found a lot of nice hiking trails to keep you semi-cool.
We also found Ecobay to be a hidden treasure!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was just as described and very clean. It worked out well for us and our two adult children and their wives, plus our grandson. We each had our separate spaces upstairs and on each side of the house on the first floor. The backyard was perfect for the two dogs to run around… really great! Love the hammock! One caution… it was pretty buggy in the backyard so bring mosquito repellent and citronella candles!
It’s a short walk to the nearby trail along the canal but it’s a little dicey getting there. You have to walk about 50 yards along the shoulder of the road with traffic whizzing by. It’s not bad as long as you’re careful. If you’re a biker it’s easy to get to Route 1 to ride there.
The owners were very responsive to all our questions and very nice.

This is our second year in a row here and our stay was as good as the previous year. The rooms are well furnished and the furniture is comfortable.

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. We loved the fenced in yard, deck and the layout of all the rooms. It was nice for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. The house is also perfectly located and not too far from downtown Bethany and the beaches! We would definitely stay again in the future and enjoyed our stay!

We had a great week here with our family of four and two dogs. House was just as described and perfect layout for our family. Great communication with hosts. The location is great and while the road in front is a bit busy, the backyard is a relaxing oasis. We loved having space for our dogs to safely play. Easy drive to the beach and local restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Great property with very attentive owners. We rent from VRBO quite often and this was one of our best experiences! The house was very well appointed and comfortable for our family. We really appreciated the little things they provided that make a huge difference, like soap and Keurig coffee in the house for when we arrived late. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups. The location was also very convenient to grocery, restaurants and most importantly, the beaches! We will be returning to this property!

We had a great experience at this house. The house is exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for my husband and I, our parents & our 6 month old son. Amazing fenced in backyard to hang out in with family and your pup. Hosts were nice and checked in with us and we had a totally seamless stay. We'd love to come back!

The house was as described. My family and our pets really enjoyed the house and the beautiful yard. It’s only 8 minute drive to Bethany Beach. Restaurants, grocery store and walking trail all within close proximity. Owner was very responsive. I particular appreciated their flexibility 😊

Well maintained, comfortable and nicely decorated. Ideal for couples as there are only 2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom for the kids. Plenty of bathrooms. The master suite on ground floor is outstanding. Fenced in the backyard is ideal for dogs and was the deciding factor in my rental decision. The house is on a busy road and a short drive to the beach (appx 2.5 miles). I would stay again.

This property was spectacular. It was beautiful inside and out. Everything on the property was very well maintained. It was perfect place to relax and spend with our dog, he loved the back yard and lounging in the sun on the deck. It was a very short drive to Bethany Beach.
There is a very nice grocery store (Hocker's) within walking distance.
The only negative is that the road it's on was quite busy. There were many places to walk with the dog, but it could be a challenge to get to them walking and feel safe. But this would not stop us from staying here again in the future.

The rental house was spotless, roomy and beautifully decorated. The large fenced in backyard was a super plus for our little beagle to run, play and sunbathe. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Super nice home, spacious and very clean. Loved the yard for our dog. More mosquitoes than expected as we’ve stayed annually in Bethany snd never had quite this many, but could just be the week we were there. Great location, close to grocery stores and close enough to bike to beach or drive Our only concern was that home was located on more of a main road. I was expecting home would be more in a neighborhood or back street. This was fine for us, but for families with kids and having a dog with us, I did worry about the traffic on street in front of home in case he ran out front door.
Otherwise, everything was outstanding and we had a wonderful extended weekend.

We had a lovely time at this home. The backyard was awesome. I had to force my dog to come in. It was close to beaches, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this place and would go again.

Clean, spacious, well-stocked home. The fenced in backyard is a pup paradise. The home is about a 7 minute drive to the beach, 20 min bike ride. Highly recommend renting or bringing bikes, that was a fun part of the trip. Owner communication was awesome - they were available at all times of day and night and proactively checked in which was really nice. Thanks for a great week

Great rental! Close to beach and bay. We very much enjoyed having the fenced in back yard for our Golden Retriever. House was very clean and owners very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to hopefully renting there again. The house is as pictured in the listing and is well maintained. The house has lots of charm and was very comfortable and relaxing. Laura and Jim were great to deal with and were very prompt with answering any inquires that we had.

Wonderful Home
A great home for a relaxing vacation. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable furnishings. Bath soaps and shampoos are provided and are such nice touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality gadgets. Location is very good with the grocery store within walking distance. Our dog (and us) loved the large fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfection
This home is beautiful, spacious and impeccably clean. Beds are super comfortable. Close to beaches, grocery store and restaurants yet still in a quiet area. Owners have literally thought of everything and are fabulous to work with. Nice fenced in yard for the dog . Hard to leave!!

Lovely home near the beach
Things started out on the right foot with communication from the property owner. Check in was convenient. The property itself is perfect with a fenced backyard, plenty of warm touches, and everything you need for a relaxing trip. We will definitely be back. (Don’t know who enjoyed themselves more, the people or the pooch.) 😊

Very nice property
Home was just as it was described in the listing It was very clean with nice decor. The house had everything we needed for an end of summer getaway. Great location for us since we like to bike. We are looking forward to coming back next Summer with our Golden Retriever.

We really enjoyed our stay. I looked forward to spending lots time on the incredible back deck - the only problem were the mosquitos. It's been damp so it was not a surprise. I'd love to go back in the early fall and soak in that deck. Our dog was in love with the backyard - our yard at home is very small, so he just roamed and roamed.Laura and Jim are excellent, and the house is quite comfortable - which was fortunate as the weather didn't exactly cooperate. It was a little further from the ocean, but at the same, not in the middle of the beach craziness. Great place to stay. We highly recommend!

Bethany Beach house review
Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. The owners were super responsive to all of our needs. The home is spacious, nicely decorated and had lots of great amenities. We loved the Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach area and did lots of biking and walking. We would definitely return.

Our family had a very relaxing stay at your beach home. The beds were SUPER comfy and all of the sheets and towels were soft and clean. Plenty of TVs and we loved that the central living room did not have one, so that we could gather there together screen-free! The bar table was perfect for doing a puzzle together and the back yard was perfect for our dog to run around, with plenty of shady spots and a lovely deck. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!
