Very quiet neighborhood close to everything. Bedrooms we a nice size and kitchen was lovely. The pool was warm and very clean. This was our favorite rental in Wilton Manors thus far.

Everything of what you see what exactly what it was, I love everything about it, the bed was my favorite so comfy. Pool felt amazing! Please make sure before checking in make sure there is toilet paper and paper towel stocked and also pest control was done for ants. Above all I love it here and will go back. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Great house and pool. Easy door code access on arrival with no issues. Perfect location to walk back and forth from the local bars and restaurants in Wilton Manors. 6-7 minute walk to all of the action.

This house is recently remodeled, very well equipped, and in a quiet location a short walk from bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would certainly book this house again when we return to the Fort Lauderdale area.

The location was perfect for our trip. Pleasantly surprised to find a pool heater as the listing says, unheated pool.

We are very familiar with the home and property, we stayed for 24 days. The home is fully renovated and beautiful inside and out. The home needs a Dyson or some type of cordless vacuum for quick cleaning on a longer stay. Their are no lights outside on the back yard, only one in the pool. So, if you plan to spend a lot of time lounging in the back, maybe bring a light. Ants were a small problem a few days after we stayed, but the manager dropped traps for them. Bugs are very typical in Florida, do not be shocked or concerned, it is normal. The home is set up with everything you need, including fans in each room. The couch could be leather and a little better, also needed to be cleaned in the cracks before we used them. The thermostat is preprogrammed and set to a good temp. There are all the amenities you will need provided in the home. The area is Wilton Manors. Very clean and safe. Some of the best restaurants locally in all of South Florida. This area is inhabited by a very specific group of people, just as a note, not a warning. All the restaurants are packed, there is always parking in the rear. We had a small issue with the pool pump malfunctioning, but the owner/management was very attentive and made sure to accommodate us for the issues. The pool looks small in pictures, but in reality, it’s huge. Absolutely perfect for kids or adults with the shallow area and the layout. The backyard is perfect for a small dog. But please be aware, there is a split in the fence along the back stretch where two sections meet. We used a folding table to close up the gap for safety. We would definitely rent this home again, we had a wonderful time and it’s a great location.

What you see in the pictures is what you get! All bright new shiny and CLEAN! Lots of surfaces for all our stuff, plus stuff for a 3 year old. Swimming pool was divine! The very safe location could not be better for stores and entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our time here. The house was beautiful and clean, great location for the purpose of our stay, and we loved having a private pool. A few notes- there was no glass on the outdoor dining table which was a bit inconvenient but we made due. On a day during our stay there were three separate maintenance people that came without our prior knowledge (we were only told pool maintenance comes Thursdays, but they came Wednesday afternoon, in addition to pest control and what appeared to be another pool repair gentleman/groundskeeper in the early am). The pool net was also broken so we purchased a new one to properly clean the pool (it was windy so debris flew in frequently and there is no pool cover). Still, overall a beautiful and relaxing vacation and would definitely recommend.

Love the house. The only problem was is that there were ants by the laundry room and no lights in the backyard. We were not given codes to park in the gate nor for the alarm system and.it went off and the police had to get in touch with ADT

We loved the house! The only thing that we would have wished there was, was a vacuum. The bed in the primary bedroom was also broken making it harder to sleep at night.

This house was everything! it is just as it is in the photos. super clean. Had everything we needed. soaps, towels, dishes, etc. had a group of 5 and it was perfect for us. it was close to everything.
