Beautifully renovated property. Home was spotless and very well stocked and provisioned with everything we needed (including thoughtful touches like coffee, spices, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and dish and laundry detergent). There was even a nice selection of books and games to borrow. Nice king size bed was super comfortable. Location is perfect. Just a block from the beach entrance, and a short walk to CVS and the Bearded Pig. This time it was just my husband and I, but plenty of room for next time if we come with our girls.

The townhome is one block from the beach and has a great beach vibe both with the decor and the neighborhood. Everything is incredibly close and the townhome is incredibly nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again. It was an easy walk to the beach and in a quiet area that felt safe. We were disappointed to not be able to see the beach as they are building a large high rise right in front of the view, but it's still enjoyable to sit on the balcony.

The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable & has everything you might need. The location is just a quick walk to the beach(cross the road & you are there). There is plenty of shopping in the area should you need something and many restaurants to choose from. Check in was easy as the key code was provided the Wednesday before our arrival. Check out was just as simple.

This town house was beautifully furnished, modern and clean. The rental had a fully stocked kitchen and a LOT of pantry items. We did not want for anything. More importantly, the rental was mere steps from a beautiful, quiet, and clean beach. The description on the website is very accurate.

Very modern spacious and well appointed. Very close to the beach with plenty of parking nearby. There is active construction noise during the day at a nearby condo building, but otherwise we loved the place.

We came for a week of testing at Mayo Clinic. This location was perfect. Close to Mayo, grocery stores and basically 1 block from the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off your feet, beach chairs and beach umbrella provided.

First time using VRBO--couldn't be happier. Hosts considered all the little things (all utensils in the kitchen, games in case of bad weather, beach chairs, etc) to make our stay special. The house was clean, bright and comfortable; check-in was easy and the owner was very prompt in communicating with us. Pics are an accurate representation of the property. There were four adults who stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. We give it our highest recommendation.

Just as Pictured
Wonderfully decorated. Inside exactly as pictured. So nice to have a beach property updated with modern styling. Annè the property manager worked miracles to get the a/c fixed after a large storm knocked it out over the 4th of July weekend. She deserves her own 5 star rating. Only marks against property is view is not really of the ocean and due to construction on the beachfront we were looking at a crane all week off the decks.

Pre deployment family time
Having two military sons living in the area and both deployments looming , my hubby and I spent time in JAX to celebrate Mother's Day and birthdays before they go. The property was pristine and the location to the beach was amazing! Such a beautiful neighborhood too! Definitely recommend this property.

We had the best time. This condo is absolutely lovely and had everything you could need. Litttle details were well thought out. Everything is brand new and perfectly clean. We will come back soon and hope it is available again!
