This is our second time to stay at this location and have stayed in two different condos. We love this location and it's ease of access to everything. Wonderful hosts who made the stay simple and fun. My only wish is that there was a way to turn off the night lights attached to the outlets in the bedroom and master bathroom. We had to block them with pillows so that the room would be dark at night. Aside from that one item, everything else was great!

This condo was perfect for me and my 3 girlfriends for a long weekend trip! The hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had and the check in/check out process was easy. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay on the Guadalupe River! Thank you!

The condo was clean and comfortable, in a fantastic location, and with reserved parking available. We really appreciated the added touches of the coffee selection, bottled water, and snacks. Entry instructions were communicated ahead of time, and responses were immediate. We enjoyed the pool and on property river access. I would definitely bring my family here again!

All I can say is Awesome stay! Andrew was a great host and kept us up to date with info needed. The condo was so neat and tidy. It was definitely home away from home. Definitely be back!

Condo was as described. Just did not realize at the time of booking it was on the 2nd floor, lots of stairs, however there is an elevator to use. Comfortable beds and lots of room.

Great weekend getaway! Condo was clean and well equipped. Short walk to onsite pool and private river access. Just a few blocks from Schlitterbahn and Comal River.

We were apparently there when no one else was on spring break, but we loved that. The condo was close to everything! Loved the private river access. The condo was clean, well set up, and perfect for our trip. We will definitely be back.

This was a great home base for us while visiting our children and grand children in New Braunfels. Very conveniently located to everything New Braunfels and Gruene have to offer. Nice place too!! Clean and well equipped for our down time. Thanks! We’ll be back

We had a wonderful time staying here, very clean, plenty of everything you need for cooking, towels, sheets and pillows. Pool & Hot Tub and of course the river, which we found a great spot on the river steps from the condo to hang out at. I will defiantly stay here again and recommend to others.

This is one of the 3 condo's my family booked. I loved this place. It is nice and clean and very well kept and decorated. It is close to everything you need and very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The owner responded quickly to all my questions I had. I will definitely look forward to staying here again next summer.

We took a short trip to float the river. This condo was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and quiet! We also enjoyed seeing deer walk around the property

The property was very nice! The condo had everything we needed, and it was very beautiful and clean! The balcony was wonderful with 2 tables. We loved watching all of the deer around the area.

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo and all its amenities!!! The owner is super nice and accommodating too!!! The view from the balcony is gorgeous especially when the deer are grazing. I will most definitely try to stay here again for my next vacation.

Condo was everything & more!! Clean, cozy, quiet, and in a great area!! TVs in every room & already set up with Netflix & Hulu so that was a bonus!! & Most importantly the property owners responded quickly and were very kind. Definitely made my trip perfect.

The owners were helpful and very easy and quick to communicate with and we had literally everything we needed in the condo to make our stay great, including extras of things that make a stay with kids great (games, extra towels and blankets, every kitchen utensil) Our kids loved it as well, we will definitely try to stay here again when we go back to New Braunfels.
