Cozy. Neat. Clean. Had great time with family

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this property! The living area was perfect for lounging and hanging! Having access to the beach club was amazing!

I have tried but I cannot find one complaint about this home. 😊 It was perfect! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We made good use of the shuttle and spent our days at the pool, the beach and the beach club. Thank you Mike and Julie for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We are already talking about next year.

My family recently stayed in this home and loved it! The home is spotless and in terrific condition. The furniture, appliances, A/C are all in top condition, so we were all very comfortable despite the late-July Florida weather. Beds and showers were comfy and relaxing There were so many thoughtful touches that made a positive impression immediately upon arrival. The little basket of essentials like coffee pods, dishwasher pods, and more allowed us to relax on our first night instead of making a frantic grocery run. The golf cart was a really nice perk (but be aware of HOA policy limiting to two riders). Most of my family rented bikes and rode to the beach club and pool. Getting around by bicycle is so easy in this neighborhood. The beach club was also a great perk. On our beach days, we enjoyed going up for a lunch, drinks, and a quick dip into the pool. Overall, I'd be thrilled to stay here again on a future visit to Perdido Key.

Booking was easy from the start. The owners were great at responding and helping accommodate some requests. The house is in a great location with tons of amenities. Beautiful home that is decorated both welcoming and Beachy. Would stay here happily anytime and rent from Mike and Julie 💙

Awesome property! Clean and looks just like photos. The owners were a dream to work with and accommodated us with some out-of-the-normal requests! We LOVED it and had a fabulous time. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I booked this property to celebrate my daughter turning 12. She had 8 friends and they had an amazing time. The check in was extremely easy and the layout of home was perfect for our group of 10. The girls had a great time at the pool. Even though the shuttle wasn't running, it was very easy to drive over to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids! Very nice with a sweet welcome basket. Comfortable beds and extra mattress for kids in the master. The food at the beach club was amazing! No complaints

The property was perfect! It was our first gulf trip not staying in a condo on the beach and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It was perfect for our family. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive! We can’t wait to return.

This is the nicest property we have stayed at on the Florida/Alabama coast. ( we have stayed at Turquoise and Beach Club to name a few). The host has thought of everything and is so great to work with. The unit is beautiful and we were very comfortable during our stay. The property is upscale with tons of amenities. If your going to the beach you can’t go wrong booking this property. We will definitely be back!!!

Our group of 12 enjoyed this townhome very much! The house was stocked very well with everything we could have needed. Loved that they provided nice, thick beach towels! We loved the golf cart although the HOA rule of only 2 people on it at a time was somewhat silly. We took advantage of both pools and had great beach days. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderfully clean home that has a well stocked and good size kitchen! Beds are comfy and screened-in porch a plus! Easy access to the beach with a nice community pool! Owner is very helpful and quick to respond! We enjoyed our stay and made great memories!
