The house and outdoor area are more than adequate for a large group. There are a lot of kitchen staples, but lacking a few cooking/baking items. Sound travels in this property. The property manager returns inquiries rapidly. Overall a nice place!

This house has everything we need at our stay. The only issues we have was the internet is out, power outage the day after we stay, but it came back on in the evening. Three days later a shower handle that turn off/on in the shower room fail. I contacted the property manager and she said she will get someone to fix it.

This property is amazing. You will not be disappointed. We had five couples, five Jeeps, two trucks and trailers. We had plenty of room in the house for everyone and parking for vehicles. The gas fire pit was wonderful for gathering around and discussing our daily adventures. None of us would hesitate about renting this home for future trips.

The house is large and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor gathering area with a gas fire pit and gas grill. All was in good working condition. The views from the property was very nice. Good neighborhood.

We (four families with kids from 3-9) had a blast at this property! The sand volleyball pit, playground and grassy area kept the kids busy when we weren’t out exploring Moab. The sleeping arrangements were perfect…plenty of space for everyone! The parking area was huge and accommodated our three UTVs and trailers with ease. This is our new place to stay each time we come out.

Our family shared a wonderful time in Moab with this amazing home. About 10 minutes into town. All the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Totally recommended and 5 star worthy

We've stayed here for years now! You will absolutely love the property and the location. It is a little outside town, but the peace and quiet along with the spectacular views around the outdoor fire pit are to die for! Kitchen is fully capable and the garage space is a bonus!

Absolutely love this house! Lots of room! Beautiful house! Great communication from owners! The only thing I would change in the listing details is making sure the bedrooms all say bunkbeds except the king room.... that kind of threw us off a little not knowing all the rooms were bunk beds.... but, it worked out just fine for us. Thank you for letting us stay!

The house was super nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit out by the fire in the evening. The views are beautiful!

The house has very ample parking for our equipment and RV! House was very comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and can see all the stars at night. We will be renting again here. Thank you for the great time here.

A group of four couples stayed at this beautiful home. The property, house and property manager exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for our needs. As an added bonus, the driveway had plenty of room for our full size trucks & trailers. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for having us! House was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, gas grill was used multiple times, super convenient to Moab! We visited Arches and Canyonlands and enjoyed shopping and eating downtown as well! We even put a puzzle together and signed our name on the box. Kids took advantage of the volleyball court and playground. Adults enjoyed the outside picnic table and sitting around the fire pit. Great memories were made!

This was a great place to stay, with plenty of room for the whole family. The only complaint that we have is that we couldn't get the TV to work so we had to watch Netflix the whole week. Other then that great place.

The house was awesome, and big enough for 5 couples. Wished it was a little closer to town, but not too bad. Tania (host) was great to work with. Would stay again if we come back!

The Breccia House was a perfect place for three couples, one single, and two kids. The house is spacious, comfortable, very well kept, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was able to have plenty of private space and their own bathroom, which made getting ready and out to hikes early in the morning very smooth. The beds were comfortable and each of the bunk rooms has a queen bottom bunk so all the couples were comfortable. We enjoyed eating outdoors, using the bbq, and hanging out by the fire pit and stargazing at night. The views to the surrounding hills were stunning. The kids loved the little playground, the beach volleyball court, the lawn games, and the board games and puzzles that were in the house. The house has one of the best-equipped kitchens in a rental property that I have stayed at – plenty of good quality cookware, dishes, spices, and even good kitchen knives! We prepared most of our own food, so this was highly appreciated. The property manager promptly addressed the few questions we had. Thank you for such a fantastic stay in Moab!

Breccia House was great. Comfortable for 13. Nicely equipped. The family enjoyed the firepit and the ability to see so many stars at night. It is in a quiet neighborhood. So it's relaxing.

Breccia house was the perfect place for 4 trucks with trailers. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. If you are looking for a quiet place outside of town, this is the place for you. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our 5 couples. The kitchen is well equipped and was great for dinner and preparing lunch for our daily jeeping adventures. There was enough parking for 5 trailers, (2 were double trailers) 5 trucks and 8 jeeps. The firepit was a great place to relax in the evening and talk about the days adventure. There was unlimited hot water and you could have multiple showers running at once. The bed situation was a little strange as all rooms were bunks except for the master but once we settled in the bunks were fine for a couple to sleep in. The beds were comfortable and the upper bunk made a great place to hang my tablet and watch movies before bed. The washer and dryer were used daily and kept us in clean clothes all week. The bbq worked great and the owner came over within an hour of me calling to let them know the propane had run out. The house stayed cool even on the 95 degree day. I would recommend this house to any group that wants plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy Moab.

This is a great place to stay while in Moab, Utah. The property manager is great to work with. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room in the yard for parking. The fire ring is great to sit around to visit with family in the evenings. We would highly recommend this place to stay while in Moab.

We had a great time at this home. The owner was very responsive to questions I had about trails for OHVs and the property was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and our stay couldn't have been better.

This property was perfect for couples. Everyone had their own bathroom and plenty of hot water to shower. Very clean and new. Also, plenty of room to park trailers. Great communication with property manager.

The property was adequate for our group but I would like to comment on a few things. 1) The ones using the top bunk beds had difficulty climbing up and down. Needs a better ladder. 2) The BBQ propane tank was empty but I called and the maintenance person replaced the tank after 2-1/2 hours. 3) The oven needed cleaning when we arrived. 4) We could not lock the front door from the inside. We had to lock it from the outside and then enter and exit through door at garage.

Plenty of beds, and great flow of the house for larger groups. The property has parking space for trailers. The outdoor yard has been set up nicely for late afternoon BBQ time.
