We rented this townhouse for 4 nights for my son's wedding weekend. It is everything as described in the listing and reviews. The first few days were cloudy, but on the wedding day there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the view of Mt Adams was spectacular! The location is very good; a short walk into town, but also to Starbucks, Safeway and Walmart. East interstate access. The ONLY reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were the lack of instruction book (garbage days, operating hot tub and outdoor lighting, AND, the house seemed dark at times. Several bulbs burned out and/or switches not working (bedroom, bathroom, garage). But overall well equipped and a good value.

Family stayed here for a wedding in the area and overall it worked out quite well, however there were some repairs needed to the property that made it feel more run down than we anticipated, and so we thought it was overpriced for the quality. Grill in particular was filthy and unusable.

We came to stay for our son’s wedding and the house was great. The communication with the rental company was almost non-existent. We had questions during our stay that we immediately inquired about and no one got back to us at all. For the amount of money we paid to rent this home I would have expected better customer service than that.

While the home was nice and in a nice area. We had some issues. First, 3 months before the trip I had requested to add a day on at the beginning of the trip. It took 3 weeks for them to respond to my message, and when they did they stated we could add that day for three times the going rate. But the other problem was that by the time they responded it was no longer available according to their site. When I question them about the availability and the increase in amount, they apologized and gave us a new rate. By that time I had already booked elsewhere in a neighboring community. The day before we got to the place, we were notified that the hot tub was not in order. Since there was no water around the outside of the hot tub and the hot tub was totally empty, I'm assuming the new about this earlier than the 24 hours beforehand. We also found out after we did a load of wash so the dryer did not work. That time when we contacted the local management they did respond promptly however they said we should have been notified of that, which we were not. Not having a hot tub is unfortunate but not having a clothes dryer is a great inconvenience, especially when traveling with multiple people for many days. The dishwasher also leaked do we need to put a towel underneath the door. The blue throw rugs were a huge fall risk so we move them. They should probably replace some of their cookware. I think if management was a little bit better, the place would be awesome.

We came to do some mountain biking and the house was perfect for us—quiet, with a secure garage for our bikes. We loved sitting on the balcony, Mt. Adams and the nearby hills. It was really nice.

We had a great time staying here! Close to downtown. Beautiful views and comfortable home.

Open spaces for the group activity, but seclusion is available if needed. Neighborhood is serene and quiet. Safeway is an easy walk if you need anything.

Great view and the house was easy to get to. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Good set-up for 2 families.

Everything was very clean and well-arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was incredible! One of our favorite VRBO's in quite a while. We had a little problem with the hot tub, but it was addressed promptly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to get to Mt Hood area and River Gorge area. Spacious , nice accommodations, with beautiful views (you just have to block out the white roofs of Safeway and MacDonalds).

House super clean, well stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable and pleasant. Views were amazing!

The home is conveniently located to Hood River and the surrounding area. Beautiful views of Mt Adams.

A big hot tub, grill and outdoor table on the private back patio. Fun space with a view of Mount Adams and the Columbia River. Close to downtown Hood River shops and restaurants. It was perfect. Definitely coming back again!

From the pictures when I was booking the house I already knew that I was going to love if. But when I finally got to the house it was breathtaking I love everything about the place. It was clean, great view, everything was working like it was supposed too. That master bedroom was everything the bathroom was huge and spacious I was in love, I was so close to packing up all my clothes to move in.

Townhome was beautiful and well appointed. Our group has traveled together for 20 years so we know a great place when we see it. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would say it's a definite short drive to town, walking is an ambitious description. .

The condo was beautiful--just as described--with awesome views of Mt. Adams! The location was perfect, within walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect in this house. Super easy check in and out procedure. The house had plenty of dishes and cookware for us to prepare dinner. Loved the back patio with nice BBQ.
