We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The owner was responsive from our initial outreach and interest in the property, and remained responsive and in communication throughout our stay. The owner even reached out following our stay to ensure our family enjoyed the trip. Beyond the owner providing exceptional service, the property is excellent. The location is nearby to both Aventura and Miami Beach. There are a number of parks, activities and restaurants close to the house and within a short drive. The pool overlooking the intercoastal is a wonderful place to relax. The home has plenty of natural light, was impeccably clean and the grounds are well maintained. We would very much welcome the opportunity to stay again.

Kelly, the owner, communicated with me from beginning to end. She was extremely helpful in planning our first family stay (all adults) in Miami. The villa had everything we needed, just had to shop for groceries. The beds, linens, pillows were all high quality and we slept comfortably. I highly recommend a stay here! The only thing to note is the traffic going to and from South Beach and other locations in Miami. We spent more time in the car going places than anticipated.

Our time in this VRBO home was spectacular. It was exactly as shown/described. Comfortable, roomy, and a great vacation getaway. Convenient to the beach, park, shopping and restaurants. And our host Kellie was lovely. Friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs during our stay. Thanks for the memories. We'll be back!

Kelly and Jim’s home is beautiful. It is spacious and comfortable with great decor. The bedrooms are large and all have ensuite bathrooms. The master has a great view over the waterway with a window bench to look out. The kitchen is fantastic with plenty of space for many people to move around in. It’s fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. We had no need to buy anything other than groceries during our stay. There is a very open living with a large TV that has almost anything you can think of to watch. The couches are great to lounge around on and house massive ottoman. The living room leads to the backyard entrance that has a heated pool and a walkway out to a dock that runs across the waterway. I think we spent most of our time outback near the pool and waterway. There are umbrellas in the back for shade over the seating area. Kelly is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She has a lot of knowledge of the area and great recommendations for restaurants and sights. Take a moment to admire the wall art that is hung throughout the home, they’re all pretty neat. This home made our trip to Miami! We rented for 3 glorious weeks! The home was immaculate, modern, with fabulous beds in 3 bedrooms-the master had a King bed, extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was heaven! Grab this home for total luxury, convenience, and joy!

Location Location Location....this the spot to be. Quiet and secluded beautiful waterfront home plenty of amenities. Owner was available at any given time. Access to beach in less than 5 min. Many, many restaurants to pick from. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic time! Our family of six (including a toddler and a teenager) stayed for one full week. It is a beautiful home in a great location, just minutes from Collins Avenue and the beaches. The home was spotless upon our arrival. The check-in process was very smooth. Kelly (owner) communicated with us at every step in the process and remained available throughout our stay for any additional support/ information. The pool and terrace was a great amenity to have for the kids, we spent a lot of time in the pool, doing some grilling and fishing from the back dock. Multiple good restaurants and other amenities are nearby, along Collins Avenue (heading east over the bridge to Sunny Isles) or heading west to Biscayne Boulevard. The upscale Aventura Mall is just 10 minutes away. Oleta River State park is less than 10 minutes away, offering a multitude of outdoor activities such as canoeing, biking, fishing, swimming, etc. Halouver Beach Park & Marina on Collins avenue is also 10 minutes away, great for fishing charters and the beaches. Overall, an excellent home for a family vacation. The owners were very pleasant to work with, extremely hospitable. We hope to return next year!

Our family, which consisted of two young boys, absolutely loved our entire stay. The listing doesn't do it justice. The pool was perfect our boys to stay in and play all day. The house is incredibly well-stocked with everything you need and Kelly and Jim were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and just well-laid out for easy living during our vacation. We really couldn't have asked for a better house. Thanks to Kelly and Jim who went out of their way to check in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time at their house. We highly recommend this house!

Let me start by saying the house is immaculate! Everything is just as shown in the pictures: Kelly and Jim accommodated my family so wonderfully. If you forget anything, trust me, they probably have it there anyway. I loved it! My family and I had a great time and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation home in a safe community close to all the great finds in Miami.

Our recent stay in North Miami Beach was perfect! Kelly and Jim worked hard to make our experience as enjoyable as it can be. Communication was unbelievable from the moment we decided to stay at their beautiful home, before our arrival, throughout our stay and after. Kelly even customized our long list of attractions, on a short notice, into an amazing personalized guide including tips to save time as well as dining suggestions, which by the way were all excellent! The house, was perfect for our family including a teenager and a younger daughter. The elevator helps tremendously when you have in your party somebody who is not very comfortable taking the stairs. The house is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a trip away from home. The outdoor space and the pool are a significant plus, especially in the hot Miami summer days. The view at the water is phenomenal; we really enjoyed watching big fish at nigh gathering by the boat. The location perfect: a quiet, safe, gated neighborhood close to everything (great Sunny Isles Beach, shopping, restaurants), easy access to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale (centrally located and close to the Interstate). Thank you Kelly and Jim for offering us a superb experience. We are already looking forward to come back and spend more time at your wonderful house!

The owners of the property were amazing. Very helful with the local attractions and dining. House was amazing! Everything we thought it would be and then some. Very clean, amazing back porch, pool, and dock in back. We spent all our evenings at the house. We will definitely be back!

Words can’t explain how amazing my stay was. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The owner was very cooperative and even suggested nice places to visit with my family. I highly recommend this house. It’s very clean and the neighborhood was also beautiful. I give this a 5 out of 5.

Kelly’s home is spotless!! White towels are fluffy and numerous! Kitchen made for a chef! Ice machine kept me soo happy! Great off dock fishing! Better than private charters.

I can't say enough great things about this house! First of all, the location is perfect. It is just over the bridge from the beach, and minutes away from the grocery, restaurants, shops. It's between Bal Harbour shops and Aventura Mall, so perfect for shopping/restaurants. Having the intracoastal IN the backyard was awesome. We used the supplied fishing equipment multiple times/day. The fishing lights at night made it so much fun to see all the huge fish below us. We loved watching all the huge boats pass by on the way out to the ocean. We found ourselves swimming in the pool way more than going to the beach. The house itself is sparkling clean. It had all the kitchen items we could need, and more. The layout was great, with each bedroom having it's own ensuite bathroom. This way, my kids could unpack their stuff in their own bathrooms. Kelly was so great to deal with. She was so helpful from the time we booked the house, in giving us advice on where to go, where to park, how to get the best beach access, etc. When we got to the house, she called and walked me through all the details we needed to know. (Like the awesome outdoor pool speakers). She had great advice for daytime activities, down to the schedule of doing them (like kayaking to lunch, followed by visiting the sandbar, etc).. Given this vacation was during covid, being in a house vs a hotel was exactly what we needed. We felt very safe and clean, yet still pampered for a very relaxing vacation. Overall if you aren't staying in a hotel ON the beach, this is the only place you should stay! It has everything w/ the ideal location!

The property was spotless. Elevator, spacious bedrooms. Pool. TVs in all Bedrooms. Multi-level home. We had some problems with dishwasher and elevator but Kelly and Jim were quick to respond.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The cleanest house we have been to. Everything we needed was there. The back dock was great! Walk around to see a beautiful view of the city around the bay. The fishing was incredible. Hope to stay again!!

Kelly & Jim's home has everything a family could need, and is beyond well appointed (has everything you may need for nights dining in, for family game nights, or for whatever other activity one can think of). The property is just minutes to beaches in Sunny Isles and Hollywood, as well as shopping, marinas, and other amenities. Nearby restaurants feature every cuisine possible from American to Asian fusion, Georgian/Russian and Portugese. Across the street from the community's gated entrance off 826 is a wonderful state park (Oleta River SP, with kayak and bike rentals). I can't say enough about Kelly and Jim's attentiveness during our stay. From restaurant recommendations to beaches that are "must visits" - everything they advised made for a far more enjoyable & memorable experience during our Thanksgiving week stay.

This was our second stay in Kelly’s lovely home. Everything was just the same (or even better) than we remembered. It is immaculate. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Anything you might need has been thought of. The towels and linens are top quality. The master bed is SO comfortable! The pool and patio are our favorite. We spend hours relaxing, watching the boats go by, and listening to music on the awesome indoor/outdoor sound system. In the evenings we love to sit on the dock watching the different kinds of fish swimming by. We’ve made many wonderful family memories in this incredible home. We will be back!

From the get go, Kelly was amazing. Pictures sometimes can be misleading but in this case they were understated. Beautiful property, spotless upkeep and terrific location. We spent Xmas here with our children and greand children. They even decorated the home with a beautiful Xmas tree and other ornaments. Pool/patio was perfect for the kids and for the evening cocktails for the grownups. We had absolutely no issued during our stay. We order a pizza one evening and we were outside in the pool and got a text from Kelly advising me our pizza was at the front door. Txs Kelly. We are already talking about our next trip and are hopeful this property will be available.

The property owner, Kelly was very easy to reach and very accommodating. The modern kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, spices and tools so that we could enjoy home cooked meals. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool daily and used the on property grill. We stayed at the property with our two good friends and found the place spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

This is the best experience of all the rentals that we have done in the last 10 years, and we rented lots of properties. Kelly is an amazing hostess, extremely helpful and kind. This place is amazing! Huge 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, with balconies and elevator. Very very clean and super organized. Great new appliances and we loved the commercial ice machine! No need to buy ice or drag those cases of water all the time. The refrigerator has filtered water. They thought of everything. We decided to take a 2 day trip to the Keys and Kelly was extremely helpful making me a huge list with things to do along the way, places to visit and places to stay overnight. Every single one of her suggestions were great. She is a great traveler agent as well :) I have never been to a vacation place and felt like I was in my own house! Very comfortable and extremely clean. Location is awesome! Close to everything: beaches, mall, shopping, massages places and so on. My kids loved it so much that they didn't want to leave it. They are still telling me to ask Kelly if we can buy the house and move in right away :) We will definitely return next year! Thank you again Kelly

We had a wonderful time staying at Kelly and Jim’s house this past July. Their house truly has it all, including location, location, location. Did I mention location? Their house sits right on the intercostal, which offers a never-ending assortment of passing boats, both large and small, and all-around amazing views. The views can be equally enjoyed from inside as they can outside. My children enjoyed watching the action taking place on the water from the master bedroom bay window that looks right out at and over the water. It’s also a great place to read a book. I liked fishing at night right off the dock. The water just below the dock is illuminated and attracts all sorts of fish, including tarpon. There’s no need to bring any fishing gear as they have everything you would need. The beach is only a five minute drive from the house. Kelly provided many tips on where to park and how to make the most of our experience, which really reduced the stress that is typically associated with a trip to an unknown area. She also provided us with beach towels. The house itself is modern and offers plenty of space. The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious and appointed with modern appliances. Kelly was kind enough to leave detergent for the dish washer and washing machine. The elevator made bringing our luggage to the top floor a snap. The living room is also spacious and outfitted with comfortable seating, which makes enjoying their artwork while sipping a cocktail that much more pleasurable. I also had a chance to meet a few of the neighbors. All three were very friendly and added to the overall experience. One even took my family and me for a tour of the intercostal. We booked a two hour trip that ended up lasting three hours. The neighbor refused to accept any additional money because he was so happy and proud to show us the beauty of Miami. That it was, and made all the more pleasurable by staying at such an amazing house. Thank you, Jim and Kelly.

This place is awesome!!! Spacious House 3 Bedrooms rooms 4 bathrooms, living room with 3 balcony's Elevator and the view is spectacular. Clean and organized, new appliances. The pool is heated early in morning till evening which was great for us with kids. neighbors are Nice and quiet! Location is very nice top Notch Area (Eastern shores) 1 mile from the public beach of Sunny Isles. You can walk to Collins Ave, Inter coastal shopping center 1 minute away for groceries Etc If you are driving, also 15 minutes from Aventura Mall. We flew in at FLL and we were in the House in 20 minutes. Kelly is a great host, did an awesome job answering questions during our stay and also checked in with us too. Overall a Excellent experience!

Love.Love.Love... From the minute we walked in to this house, we knew our week stay would be so much fun. Kelly, the owner, was so attentive to our needs and so helpful with every aspect of our stay from the very first phone call to our departure. The house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, has all the amenities one would ever want, and is comfortable beyond words. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make great meals, have poolside barbecues, and cook as a family. The design of the house gives one the space to relax together, sit by the pool, or hang in your bedroom to watch tv on one of the many flat screen tv's in the house. The location is quiet, easy to get to from the main roads, close to the beaches, and many great restaurants. All in all, if you are looking to make amazing memories with your family or friends, this house has it all!! Thank you to Kelly for her hospitality and for reassuring us that her home has everything. Don't hesitate for a minute to book, as you will love this house and will not want to leave. We were sad checking out as we truly all loved our stay and wished it could continue. Overall, great vacation which I attribute in part to this home and all it has to offer.

We stayed at Kelly's house for eighteen days. Everything is exactly as described - even better! We felt as though we were staying in a five-star hotel. The only thing missing was someone to make the bed each day. If you want an immaculate, quiet oasis in the middle of an active area you won't be disappointed. This is a hidden treasure!! Elegant, charming and comfortable all in one. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom plus a half bath on the kitchen level for convenience. Close to everything but quiet and a great place to unwind. Sit on the patio or on the dock and watch the luxury yachts roll by. Drop a line in to catch some fish or just watch the natural aquarium unfold beneath you. Relax in the heated pool to top off your evening. This home has it all for a great vacation. The location has it all; close to beaches, close to inlet for boaters, quiet relaxed neighborhood. What more could anyone ask for. The property is wonderfully maintained and has everything anyone could wish for.
