The location is great. A couple things to note: the bar stools and couch could use a good deep cleaning. I did notice a great amount of mold on the lampshade in the master bedroom as a dehumidifier had to constantly run. The closet upon entering had lots of beach supplies and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans.

The condo was clean and as expected from online images. Great location! Short walk to Cloginy and steps from the beach.

The condo was pretty nasty. The couch had big stains on it. The coffee pots were disgusting. Beds were not comfortable. It took forever to figure out how to work the tv. The best part of the condo was how close it was to the beach. We will not stay there again.

Overall everything was pretty good. The location is great. We appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. The complex is quiet and family friendly.
We had four adults from three generations and the space worked well for us. It was helpful that the building has an elevator.
The only issue was the second bedroom AC unit dripped water, probably because the outside temperature was in the low 90s.

We stayed at this property last year and the washer and dryer were a game changer for us. We loved it so much that we chose the week of visiting based on availability of this unit. Robert remediated the door lock situation within 24 hours which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked, keurig single or pot coffee maker, tvs in all the rooms, and comfy beds! The overall building is wonderful, small condo, nice/warm pool, lots of friendly families to encounter and most importantly, Steps from the beach!

Location was perfect. Walk to tons of restaurants and shopping. Walk to the beach was short and sweet. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because some dishes had to be rewashed and we vacuumed crumbs out of the sofa. There were also stains on the sofa but other than that, everything was very nice. Would likely return.

Enjoyed our stay! So great to be right on the beach with a pool available as well. Kitchen was good, Smart TVs great, kids enjoyed the bunk beds too!

We loved the location of this property. It was walking/biking distance to the shops/restaurants and just steps from the beach. It was close enough to be in the action if you wanted to, but far enough away that you didn't have to be. The condo have everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Location was great- walking distance to restaurants/bars. The actual place was pretty dirty- stains on the walls, stains on the bed, found contacts in the bed, air conditioner didn’t work in the one bedroom, and the patio door wouldn’t lock but I’m pretty sure you’re just paying for the location because it was an awesome location

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The condo is a five minute walk to the beach (including going down the steps and around the building) and a quick walk to Cologny Plaza. It is all we needed!

Beachwood is a perfect little condo building tucked in near Coligny, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved the nice porch furniture… perfect place for a cocktail while waiting out rainstorms. The washer/dryer set made this unit a hit over the other 4 units we have rented in this building. How nice to have immediate access within our unit to keep towels fresh. Well stocked unit, especially loved the beach wagon, and tastefully decorated. Hope to be back in the future!

Perfect Place
The unit was clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We arrived about an hour early and after our long drive, appreciated that we were allowed access to the unit.

Check-in process was easy and quick. Overall stay was good. Close to restaurants, park, and shops. Easy access to beach. Only Two things that were not so positive 1) no Wi-Fi. 2) condo was pretty musty.

great location
My Mom and I booked this property for a 5 night stay. It was perfect for the two of us. The property itself was very comfortable. Great location, we could walk to the shops and several restaurants. The beach access was amazing. Walking the beach at night was one of our favorite things we were able to do. Our flight arrived early and because we did not have a rental car, the property management team was able to get us checked in ahead of time which was very helpful. Beach chairs were provided, nice view from the balcony, comfortable beds, very nice beach location.
