Grounds, pool, hot tub, pool excellent, everything you need in condo,

Great condo in the intercostal that has everything you need for your stay. Heated pool & hot tub with walk out to pier is a bonus. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, access to public transportation with plenty of Uber/Lyft if needed. This is a quiet location so if you’re looking for a more “exciting” stay, you should look towards St.Pete Beach. Residents staying in the other units there were mostly in their late 70’s . Would be great for a small family. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Owner communication was phenomenal. Will consider again if looking to stay in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The master bedroom - the bed: heaven. I slept great. Anything you forgot to bring, the condo had. It was well stocked with anything you needed. We were able to enjoy the grill, pool, and hot tub. Beach was just a short walk, like 2 minutes, and it was not busy at all. We loved it, would book again.

Condo was as described. Clean, a bit dated but pleasant. The setting was very nice. Met some residents who were very helpful. Loved the short walk to a nice beach. Lots to explore in the area such as John’s Pass. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was just as described. Anything we needed was right at our fingertips just like home. The beach is a very short walk just across the street. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. He was really helpful with everything. The pool was amazing as well. Nice and warm and clean! My family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into this place again next year.

Will definitely come back!
Not only was the location perfect, our host made sure the condo was comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available to use which saved us alot of money. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Condo was spotless when we arrived and everything was as expected. Host was nice informative and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything went okay. The pool area was great as well as the grill area which we enjoyed using. Only complaint for us was that the twin bed wasn’t very comfortable but it would be fine for a younger child. Overall the condo was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We never needed for anything. The condo was stocked with all the amenities you need. Was easy to get to the gorgeous beach right across the street. Perfect size for our family of 3.

Needs updating
Very run down and storage areas such as kitchen pantry were full of tools and supplies. Repairs were not completed while staying over a month. Otherwise, great location, pool and hot tub were nice, and parking was good.

Enjoyed our stay!
Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for three week stay in January including beach chairs! Property was very nice, enjoyed heated pool, hot tub, dock and proximity to beach. The 5th floor sun deck was awesome for sunsets!

Christmas in Indiana Shores
Great location! Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the dock and both are well maintained. The condo has everything you need for fun in the sun.
The Host is very responsive to questions
Suggestions:. Add lightning to the grilling area and drop the temperature in the hot tub so that it doesn't scorch you're skin.

This condo was a much-needed refuge for our trip to Indian Shores/Largo, FL area to take care of my brother's Estate. The condo was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a nice living room/dining area, and a full kitchen. The living room had a sofa and loveseat with electric recliners!! Much nicer than having to stay in two separate hotel rooms and eat at restaurants. The condo allowed the 3 of us to stay together at one location and have a common area to gather together to fellowship, eat and play games.
It is located on the Intercoastal waterway, with a nice pier to watch the boats and a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach. The condo also has a very nice pool and hot tub!! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend staying here:)

The condo was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a nice living room/dining area, and a full kitchen. The living room had a sofa and loveseat with electric recliners!! Much nicer than having to stay in two separate hotel rooms and eat at restaurants. The condo allowed the 3 of us to stay together at one location and have a common area to gather together to fellowship, eat and play games.
It is located on the Intercoastal waterway, with a nice pier to watch the boats and a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach. The condo also has a very nice pool and hot tub!! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend staying here:)
