We love going to 30A and staying in the Cottages at Magnolia. This was a very clean and well-equipped property with a short walk to both the pool and the beach. The 4 bikes and beach gear in the shed were also very handy! The property manager Eric and his wife were also excellent to work with. We'd totally stay here again!!

We enjoyed out stay at the Ocean Pearl. The house was very clean and exactly like the pictures. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 teens and had plenty of room. The house was also super close to the beach access and pool. Our teen boys love the provided bikes as well.
This was out first trip to the 30A area so we learned a few things. There are approx. 50 stairs to get down to the beach. No problem for us, but would be if traveling with older adults or anyone with a disability. We also didn't realize that we would have to rent chairs if sitting on the beach just in front of the house. The public beach is a little bit of a walk. Both of these things were not a problem, but definitely would have been great to know before we came. Just a couple of tips for anyone else that may be new to the area.
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay somewhere quiet and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Pearl. The location was great with easy beach access. We loved being in a quieter area of 30A, but with easy access to Alys and Rosemary. The cottage was so clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We had no issues whatsoever. Thanks for a wonderdul spring break!

This was an amazing location. Eric the property manager was amazing- so willing to help in any way possible. This beach was by far our favorite- close to everything but distances enough that it was still calm. The chair rental company was great, Sean was so willing to work with families while visiting. I will 100% stay here again. “Sooo clean”

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage. It looked exactly like the pictures online. It was also very clean. The walk to the beach was short, and we were close to the pool as well. The communication from the property manager was excellent. I had a minor issue with the lock on the shed and he came over and helped me with it in person. I really appreciate that kind of service and consideration. I absolutely loved the screened in porch and spent lots of time out there. It was so peaceful. We also had every kitchen appliance and gadget one could need, plenty of places for storage, lots of hangers, etc., etc. overall just a fantastic stay. I would love to return!

We had a great time at this house and Walton Beach. The bikes provided were fantastic and the kitchen was very well stocked! I would recommend you replace your mattresses (especially the master bedroom mattress).

Amazed by how much we didn't need to bring and the shed is packed ! We did rent beach chairs from beach staff because they did not allow us to bring the provided umbrella/ and tent for baby. Would stay again !

This house was the perfect place for our fall break vacation. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen and LOTS of beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, etc). Loved having the bikes as well! We will definitely plan to visit this area and this house again. 30 A and this sweet cottage made for beautiful memories.

This house is great - it’s small but arranged perfectly to make it all work nicely - we had 6 of us for a few nights, then our adult kids left and it was just the 4 of us. Sleeping arrangements for 6 worked great. The bunk room is a win! A quick walk to beach…I’d recommend calling a few weeks before your vacation to rent chairs and unbrella- they were all booked. We brought our own chairs and tent but the convenience of renting is worth it IMO!!!! Love the location …easy bike ride down to Rosemary Beach area …as well as the other way to the Hub …and even Seaside !!!

Perfect 30A Getaway!
Beautiful and spacious bungalow - immaculate and cozy. Bedrooms are spacious. 3 full baths so our teen girls each had their own which was so great. Nicely decorated. The inside of the house was relaxing and comfortable, but our favorite part was the screened-in porch surrounded by foliage. Made us feel like we were far away from the crowds and busyness just around the corner. We spent as much time on that porch as we could. So relaxing! The beach is so close it took only 2-3 minutes to get there on foot. Loved having the backpack style beach chairs provided for our beach time. The beach was much less crowded in our area than down the road a couple of miles where our friends were staying. We even had a stretch of beach all to ourselves for one day and that was downright magical. Our host was great - we had questions several times during our stay and he got back to us very quickly every time. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We will definitely book this gem again when we return to 30A!

Great vacation house
This house was great to stay at. It was clean, a good location, and had what we needed. It really is just a short walk to the beach. The only downside was the stairs to the beach, especially with kids. It was manageable though. The storage shed had good umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to carry everything. The beach itself was great and not too crowded. The pool was also nice and there was hardly anyone there when we were. We would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect in every way
We loved our stay and will definitely book here again. It was nicely decorated, the size was just right for our family of four with room to spare, and it had everything we needed to make packing and planning easy. The two minute walk to the beach was so convenient, and the bikes that were included were such a fantastic addition. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing. No need to search for a different place to stay next time we visit Florida because this place was perfect! The management, Eric, was so friendly and accommodating. He made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to book with him again!

This was our second year staying in this community. After visiting 30 A over the last 5 years, we found our happy place! We will definitely be coming back. The house was designed and decorated so well. The master bed had pottery barn bedding and was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything you want to make. Living room furniture was comfortable for family movie nights. The walk to beach is less than 5 minutes and so convenient. We will be booking this house again next year. Love love love everything about this location!

Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect spot
Loved the property—perfect location with a 2-minute walk to the beach. Close to the Hub, restaurants, and other great spots. Immaculate home that was super comfortable for my family. We had a wonderful time, walked to the beach a few times each day, felt like we had plenty of privacy and comfort, and would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and our adult daughters enjoyed the week at the beach. Cottage was only a short walk from the beach but secluded and off the main road (30A).
Enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning as well as some cocktails in the evening.

SUNSHINE AND LOLLIPOPS
This home was perfect! It is super close to the Beach, and it is super close to the pool. THE SUNSHINE! The bikes were an added bonus and we took the short ride to Rosemary Beach a couple of times for a visit to the Sugarshack. THE LOLLIPOPS! (oh and milkshakes too) The house is clean and VERY well stocked. We could not have asked for a better vacation. THANKS JANE!

Just as expected
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was near the front of the neighborhood, so it made walking to the beach pretty easy. The only drawbacks are not with the property itself: there are a ton of stairs down to the beach (58), and the pool area leaves a little to be desired. All in all, great place, great location on 30A. We would definitely choose the location again.
