I would give this condo 5 stars if it wasn't for the construction next door. The location is walkable to everything. The condo was clean, and comfortable and had great amenities. The only negative was the noise from the construction that started very early in the morning. I would not hesitate to return once the construction is completed.

The apartment was everything we needed for our weekend in Auburn. The listing was spot on, the apartment was clean and well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better! I lived in the apartment complex (different unit) in the early 90s as an AU student and thankfully many updates have been done since then. It is a very comfortable space for an enjoyable weekend.

Owner was very accommodating. Nice place, convenient to campus and downtown. We parked our car and never needed it again.

I rented this condo for moving son into his dorm. So glad we did! Host was super sweet and accommodating. We are from out of state, so we had to purchase many of the dorm room essentials after arriving. The living room provided ample space to stage and organize before the big move in, had a 1 min walk to Target for what was missed, easy parking, and was able to cook a 'last meal' of choice. The couch and beds were very comfortable, too. All in all a great choice and lovely stay.

This is a great, comfortable 2BR/2BA property right in the middle of all the action. Central to everything and very walkable. The condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely (and hope to) stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our CWE visit to Auburn. We stayed over a week so our son could rush both weekends. The location was perfect, quick walk to downtown or to campus. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Gail was very quick to respond with any questions, highly recommended! War Eagle!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It was just me, but there is plenty of room for 2 couples, with two private bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee pot (very important!), dishwasher, washing machine etc. Keypad entries always make me a little nervous as I've had one fail in the past and was locked out without my phone. This one worked fine, although it did require that I enter the code twice each time to get in. Hence, some of my nervousness. It's on the second floor and would be very quiet except that there is currently a large construction project just adjacent. It didn't bother me much as I was out most of the day, but the times that I was there when construction was going on, it was very noisy. If you're looking for peace and quiet during the day, make sure that construction is complete. The main Auburn campus is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are enough nice restaurants within walking distance that you could stay an week and not eat at the same one twice. All in all, a very nice stay-beats a hotel room ANY DAY!
