The property manager was incredibly responsive! We had a VERY tiny misunderstanding - we assumed there would be extra garbage bags on hand but there was only one (really plenty!) and they were so apologetic that they extended our check out time. The place is compact but worked for 4 adults, since we ate outside. You wouldn’t want to cook for a lot of evenings, but for a few it was just fine! And the bbq outside was easy to use, and the shared outdoor seating just lovely. There are NO tongs or bbq serving utensils - so take some or use a fork carefully!

This apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and 9yo son for a 3 day short stay. Just a block away from the action and beach, we didn’t need to drive anywhere the whole weekend and there were so many activities for us to do with our son, all within walking distance. (Beach, boardwalk rides and games , waterpark, go karts, mini golf) While the apartment and patios were beautiful and impeccably maintained, the surrounding properties are less than desirable, and a little sketchy looking. We had an “uh oh” moment when we first pulled up, but within minutes we felt completely safe, realizing it was just vacationers in rentals (even the motel) and everyone we passed was super friendly. Don’t let google maps scare you away, the apartment and Convenient location was perfect!

My girlfriend and I wanted a couple days at the Jersey Shore and just needed a little condo to sleep, shower and have coffee & breakfast. This place met those needs perfectly. We had a great time and this place was nice and clean and updated. My mom joined us and took advanatage of the spare bedroom.

This is our 2nd visit lodging at this property, this time at apt 3. It’s smaller than the house but very cozy and clean. After staying here, the family agrees it’s much better than staying at one of the hotels. The best part is that it’s conveniently located 3 houses away from the middle of the boardwalk. Also, Jeannie is very pleasant to work with and pays attention to every detail to ensure her guests have a home away from home while on vacation. We’re looking forward to our 3rd stay coming soon in the house again (1st visit) in front of the property. I would highly recommend and hope that all guests respect this property. It really is a gem and they work hard to keep it clean and properly maintained so it feels like you’re at home. Thanks!

Jeannie's place was great for a weekend getaway to seaside heights. It was a block from the boardwalk which was perfect as we could stroll in and out as we pleased.
2 things stood out to me
- The place was very clean and well taken care of which was very important to us
- The hosts were so accommodating and helpful

We couldn’t be happier with our stay from check in to check out! Perfect quaint apartment steps away from the boardwalk & beach…the apartment was immaculate & decorated beautifully with so many little extras. This was our first time doing a Vrbo property for vacation and I was impressed on how clean and nice this property was. It is in a great location right near the boardwalk. The owner is very nice and provided us with information before we arrived at the property which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeannie, our host, was just great, and got back to us really quickly when we had questions. The location is ideal- just a block off the boardwalk/beach, and a good restaurant that serves all day called PJs at the entrance to the boardwalk on the same street. We loved our stay! We were nervous about Seaside Heights with a toddler but the house was quiet while still being very close to the boardwalk and beach. We would definitely return.

We had a great time watching football at all the different restaurants that are so close to the rental. Sawmill, Klee’s and Beachcomber all walkable to these place.s. The rental had a warm comfortable feeling and it was clean with comfortable beds. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved staying here. The place is very cute and the common outdoor areas are very cozy. The apartments are very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very equipped. Jeanne and her husband were great to deal with and very nice. The location is very good especially if you’re going to the beach or boardwalk. They have 4 apartments here and would be great if you had the people to rent the whole property.

Apartment was newly renovated and clean. AC was cold despite the weather getting close to 100 both days. Nighttime was quiet despite being less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk. All in all, couldn’t have asked for more. Very pleased with our stay.

Great House and Location
This property was an oasis in Seaside! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The outside space was beautiful and a nice bonus. The location was perfect, only a block to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We love our stay at Jeannie’s place!! The apartment was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. Jeannie was so great to work with!! From check in to checkout she was so accommodating!! The apartment is in such a great location too. Less than a block to the boardwalk!! We wii definitely be staying there again!

Terrible experience
If I wanted a play by play about what my family and friends were doing, I'd hire the host as my daycare provider. I was not aware that adults needed adult supervision. Renters beware, this host is a predatory renter looking for any reason to collect more money from you. Her house was treated with respect, despite her ruining everyones weekend. The neighbors warned us at check-in that the host was "crazy". following that, two hours from check-in she called me accusing of flushing something down the toilet and making it flood downstairs, then 3 minutes later calls again to apologize because it wasn't the apartment we were staying at, but instead the neighbors house flooding. This should of being a red flag. Also, If you don't want ants crawling on you while your sitting at the kitchen table, don't stay here!
