Quiet neighborhood. Home is just like advertised.

I really enjoyed staying here. When I arrived it was easy to let myself in. The lamps had been turned on so that I could see when I came in. The a/c was running and set at a comfortable setting so when I arrived it was not too cold or too hot. When you open the door you see that it is very clean and smells clean. I was there to move my daughter into college and it was only 2 mins away. Great location so close to the town. You have the feel of being in the woods but you are not far from anything. I had my little dog with me and she loved the place as much as I did. Had everything we needed. The space was perfect. It is very quiet and cozy. Plenty of room for parking. Nice yard for your dog to walk around and run. The host is very quick to respond and very pleasant. I will be returning and staying again.

We came up to ride our SXS in Wolf pen cap. There were four adults, two truck and two trailers. We had ample room to park, turn around, etc. The house is super cute and super clean! There was even a bag with S’mores supples😊

The host at this property have truly thought of everything, down to a box fan for us white noise sleepers! The kitchen and bath were stocked better than any place I have stayed before. 10/10 stay!

I booked this cottage for a quick getaway just to reset! I absolutely think it is the most precious place! I loved the driveway, the entrance, and the beautiful cabin!! I could not say more about this place. Linda was very responsive and it was much appreciated. ❤️❤️

An old friend and I met in Mena to plan an event. This property caught our eye because of its cozy and inviting decor. It didn’t disappoint - lovely with comfortable beds. Tucked away behind some houses, it felt secluded and was quiet. Great stay.

A great place to stay. Very clean and a lot of thought had gone into supplying everything we might have needed. The pictures don't show how really cute and cozy it is. Definitely recommend

Cute, clean and owner made sure every detail covered. Nothing we wish the house had that wasn’t there. I saw older post on train noise. Having stayed in several VBROs in the area while my son was in college in Mena, this house was by far the quietest!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and in perfect condition. Quality appliances and cookware. Short distance to Wal-Mart for supplies. Very comfy and cozy little getaway.
Downsides were a local train that likes to blow its horn throughout the night. Didn't bother us much, but if you're a really light sleeper, you might want to bring a fan or some other "noise" to turn on during sleep. The other minor inconvenience is that the heat and A/C are centralized to living area. If you prefer to sleep with bedroom door closed, it's going to get cold or hot in there.
Neither of these took away from our enjoyment of the property. I was looking for a quiet place to study and work on online college coursework. The internet was sufficient for me to remain logged onto my college website, use our phones, and stream TV via our YouTube TV account without any lagging or connectivity issues.
Owner was responsive to the message I sent within a couple hours. We had no problems at all. We will book again if the need arises.

Wonderful Cottage
We rented this property for our kids and grandkids when they came to visit. Honestly, this property and cottage was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have ask for more. The cottage was clean, cozy, had everything that was needed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. A cute outdoor area is also available for use. Do not hesitate to make this your home away from home.
