Wonderful property on the river! Love the scenery! Close location to Broadway. Gave this 4 stars for cleanliness because floors could have been cleaner. The beds were really comfortable. Would have liked a toaster in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again next time we're in Nashville.

You cannot beat the location for downtown Nashville. It is away from the chaos and crowds but within walking distance to everything.

Loved the balcony overlooking the river. Convenient Uber ride to downtown with sports bar/restaurant, baseball, and bowling's in short walking distance.

6 Women stayed in the great Condo. Had everything exept a toaster. We used the oven. bathrooms were great! CLEAN. When you look at the wall cabinets you can till the cleaning lady is short. she can reach the topof the cabinets. Locations you can tell it will improve after some of the construction is done. people had trouble with the codes to get into the garage and elevator, but we had no problem. loved the outside patio with the boats going by, it was so relaxing.
everything was perfect!!! loved the place and would stay again. 15/20 minute walk daytime only otherwise i would uber at night. uber$18.00 for 6 people

Ok unit but the CSX train blew the horn 2-4 times a night about 100 ft from the condo. Not much sleep.
Beds and furniture were not very comfortable. Good view on the river though.

Very good location, close to downtown. The apartment has been decorated with taste. The place was very clean. We stayed with our children (3 and 5) who loved watching from the balcony the boats on the river and the trains on the bridge !!!

Great location to walk to downtown or Germantown. Close to highway so easy to get to Grand Ole Opry or Andrew Jackson Hermitage. Had a drain problem with one of showers but management was responsive and we were only there 2 days. Place was clean but has appearance of not being clean bc of scuff marks on walls. Painting with gloss rather than matte finish would take care of that. Overall great stay. We didnt mind trains.

The condo was beautiful! Loved the view! (Trains did go by a few times a day but we got use to it) I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony every morning! It’s perfectly located to walk everywhere!

About a 15-20 min walk from downtown, this condo avoids the loudest of the crowds. Some party-goers coming home later and loud can be heard from the master bedroom. The train nearby is also noisy.
Spacious condo and clean. Sparsely stocked in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn’t even have any coffee filters. 😒 That was probably the most irritating part. We brought our own grounds but never would’ve thought we’d need to bring our own filters.
Beds on the firmer side, which I prefer.
Overall, satisfied with our stay.

The apartment was in a convenient location and was clean when we arrived. However, our first morning a main pipe in the building burst causing damage throughout the building, flooding the garage where we parked, and causing the elevators to no longer work. The unit is on the 4th floor which created issues with access and transportation of luggage. After requests for an update we were eventually told the elevator would be out of service for weeks and "sorry for the inconvenience."

Positives: great location, plenty of space in unit.
Negatives: very difficult to access garage and unit. Given codes that change constantly. Make sure you write down codes daily in case you can’t access your email. Poor communication: Toilet seat was broken, called for repair, no one showed. All soap containers provided were empty. One bed had dirty sheets, asked for replacement, none provided. Unable to control air temp in unit. It was set at 73 and was extremely hot the entire stay. Requested to decrease temp and was ignored.

The unit was beautiful. Very nice. The only thing I would have liked is a notebook or binder with information about wi-fi, where things are located, dishwasher, thermostat, the area, etc. I know there were emails and texts but it would nice just to look at a it written down. This would help older guests who aren’t as phone savvy. Thank you.

Great location, beautiful place. Loved that it overlooked the river. Only drawback was the security apparatus that you put you code in. Would not work on the garage and took awhile to enter the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Eve on the River. Great location to explore Nashville. Super clean and modern apartment with fun view of the river and train bridge over the river. Can’t beat the location. Only a short walk to the main part of downtown.

Condo was super clean. Condo was in a very quiet part of town on other side of government buildings. Downtown was about a 15-20 minute walk but the area near the condo is very quiet and deserted especially at night. Scooters or Ubers are easy to get and not too expensive. Great view of River. It is located next to a working train tressel with trains running at all times of the day and night. Not too disturbing but you can hear them. Overall we had a great time here.

Perfect place to stay. More spacious than the pictures make it look and only about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Love that there was a place to park our car.
