Great place for a couple, especially if you plan to only use it as a home base while exploring the town and surrounding mountains. We basically only slept there and then used it to clean up for dinner. It was clean and had all the necessities required for comfort.

We stayed at this Vrbo while visiting family in Waynesville. The studio was simple and clean, sufficient for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us to set up the pack’n’play for our baby. The host instructions were clear, easy to access, convenient parking, and the studio had everything we needed to prepare coffee and breakfast. Wall ac unit worked well, and shower had hot water. Overall, comfortable stay and felt like a reasonable value.

The A/C vent is located right above the bed. It’s loud. We had to turn off the A/C unit in order to hear the TV.

Perfect spot and size for us. We traveled to Bryson City a couple of times to see family and stayed local for shopping and dining out the rest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and quiet. Little mixup on the check-in info (technology!) but VRBO helped us get in touch with the host. Great folks and great place.

Very clean and convenient location between Asheville and Great Smoky Mountains National Park with easy access to nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Description should note double bed, and rest of description and photos are accurate. Snacks were a nice touch.

My stay was more of a business trip, but it was convenient to everything. I passed daylight donuts every morning, and I had a very hard time saying no, since they were open at 6 AM as I drove by. Never felt unsafe quiet neighborhood, easy check in and out. Cost and convenience was better than a hotel! Definitely recommend!

The location of this place was very convenient to downtown Waynesville and the Parkway, which I was really pleased with. There were more than enough amenities for a 3-day stay, and I loved the notebook to write in. Loved staying here!

This property was located in a quiet peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the golf course and the hills beyond. And the place was immaculately clean and comfortable. The small handbook with a guide to nearby points of interest and local shops and restaurants was really helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

This place was exactly what I needed for staying near Cullowhee for a conference. It was very quiet but you might want to bring an eye mask if you need dark to sleep. There were hardly any cars on the road and the mountain view was lovely! Nice spot and very reasonably priced for the space.

The property served our needs. It was close to downtown Hazelwood and Waynesville. Location was across the street from Waynesville Country Club and Spa. Construction on the Club did not interfere with us.
Our only comment would be to have a queen size bed that would accomodate taller adults instead of a full size bed.

Needed an earlier check in due to screaming baby, done Tom made that happen. Walked in and the place was clean and very welcoming. Snacks provided. Had everything we needed abe more. Had a little trouble with the door and keypad and Bri called and walked me right through with no problems. Overall I would stay here again hands down. Thanks Tom And Bri

The studio is a cute, upstairs place with a little shared deck. The neighborhood was a strong mix of gentrified with non gentrified housing. While it is off of Main street, it is not in the downtown neighborhood of Waynesville. The apartment had everything we needed and was a nice size for a studio. Bed was really comfortable!

Comfortable, clean and a pleasant stay
Lovely spacious apartment, high end furnishings, exceptionally clean. I appreciated the pets allowed policy, there were even dog bowls, treats and waste bags provided. The host responded quickly.

Perfect Studio
This studio apartment was perfect for a mountain weekend with my pup. It is nicely decorated and super cozy, and includes lots of thoughtful little touches, like a French press, a sound machine, snacks, and even dog treats. Tom & Bri were easy to reach and quick to respond. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

Great studio
We were visiting family in the area and the studio apartment was just right for our stay. The owners quickly cleared the stairs and parking when there was a surprise snow storm. We didn't meet the owners, but interacted through text.
