This was our second time staying at this property. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, waterpark, and the beach. Property manager was very accessible and attentive. Looking forward to staying next year!

House was clean and great location. Needs major update. Beach equipment needs replacing and some furniture very worn. Kitchen in good shape. The property manager very responsive and knowledgeable.

6 friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the most wonderful time! The table in the kitchen is bigger than you expect, there were plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone, having 3 full bathrooms was perfect, and there are so many fun things in the garage to use for biking and the beach. Truly had a wonderful stay and will absolutely stay again!

Great house, great location, cleaning service needs some improvement. Need to vacuum steps and bedrooms and under couch.

The location is perfect, in the heart of beach haven and walking distance to everything. It was plenty space for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The house needs a little TLC (couches were a bit old) and lots of sand on floors and showers (but i guess it should be expected for a beach house). We spent most days out and at the beach, out do dinners and really only used the house to sleep. We would rent again!

The house, location, beach, chairs, and bicycles are all great. Only thing that could have been better is house could've been a little cleaner and we had some ants in kitchen sink.

My wife spent four days with our son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, comfortable and up-to-date. It is also within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the shops.

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed our time there, Very clean, cozy, and has nice decor. Extra pillows and blankets in the closets.

We had an outstanding time staying at this property centrally located in Beach Haven. Walking distance to some of our favorite LBI restaurants. The townhouse was extremely comfortable and cozy. We will definitely plan on staying here again. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved this property & would highly recommend! Stayed for the weekend with my husband, my cousin & her husband. House was super clean, beds were very comfortable & loved the decor. Enjoyed using the fireplace & sitting around the kitchen table…. And location was perfect. Went to Tuckers for dinner Friday night, Buckalews Saturday night & of course the Chicken or the Egg for breakfast. Everything was in walking distance. Looking forward to staying again.

We had 4 adults and an infant stay comfortably. The house was very clean and in the perfect location. Once we arrived, we were able to walk (or bike) everywhere. Definitely recommend this property to families or friends, with or without children!

This property is perfect for a family and in a great location - walking distance to whatever you may need.

This unit is in a good location but the property itself is in need of some TLC. The fireplace doesn’t work, the upstairs TVs don’t work and we couldn’t get in touch with the property manager. The mattresses and pillows look like they’re ancient —- nothing and when I say nothing is provided it’s not. Definitely paying solely for location here.

The property is conveniently located close to the beach as well as plenty of food options (b'fast, lunch and dinner), bars, liquor store and a well-stocked grocery store. There was plenty of space for 5-6 adults. Everything was neat and orderly and all the basic kitchen items are provided, including a nifty Keurig that uses pods OR ground coffee (house doesn't have a grinder, so you need to bring ground coffee). Not noted in the listing is the fact that there is an iron, ironing board and 2 blow dryers. The house has good water pressure and super hot water. We were there off-season, so it was quiet and calm in the neighborhood, but I'm sure it's lively during the summer. As noted, towels (and sheets) are not provided, and that includes hand towels in any of the bathrooms, so be mindful of that when packing (the disposable paper ones from a dollar store would be great for the owner to supply. Just a suggestion.). The bed pillows are a bit sad and could use a good machine washing (or be replaced), so you might want to bring your own. I would recommend this property for both adults and families.

It was an awesome location to stay for our sons wedding at the Sea Shell and rehearsal dinner at Tuckers. Place is very homey and comfortable to stay at.

The location is just perfect for everything and the place has everything we need for a great stay with the family!

For a two night stay for a rehearsal dinner and wedding, this property was perfect! My family and I were able to come in and out of the property very easily, parking was right out front, and the townhouse was spacious. My grandparents were able to navigate the stairs, bathrooms, and TV with ease. There were supplies in the kitchen if needed as well as an iron and steamer which came in handy for the groomsmen. We also enjoyed having a bathroom on the first floor for guests and not having to climb the stairs each time, even though the door did not lock. My only "complaints" for this property was that I wish in the listing they suggest to bring your own pillows and hand towels. I had brought sheets and bath towels but after washing our hands there were no small towels besides the two in the kitchen. The pillows in all bedrooms were overly used and very flat. This understandable as it is a beach house but if known, I would have brought my own. Only 4/5 blocks from the Sea Shell and 2 blocks from the Gables which was perfect as that is where the wedding I was attending was. Thank you for the stay it was lovely!

Lovely property, great location.

First off, this property is a beautiful Victorian structure and is well appointed inside and the location is AMAZING! You can walk to everything! There was no problem contacting the owner, who in turn referred me to the property manager for a couple of immediate problems which was the gas grill wasn't working and no 2022 beach badges when we got there. This property needs a serious deep cleaning. The refrigerator freezer side is dirty. The ice maker does not work and was too dirty to put ice in the container. The air conditioner vents and filters were filthy. The outside of the cabinets all dirty. We turned on the oven to bake vegetables and the whole house filled with smoke. There was a pool of grease in the oven. This was reported. Outside, the grill had tins and leftover items left behind along with a pail of cigarette butts which was not ok with children around(also says this property is smoke free?). The beautiful wainscoting in the kitchen and living room was filthy. I believe the floors are only vacuumed especially the bathroom floors never washed. The towel bars and towel rings not wiped down. No incidentals such as garbage bags, one sponge for the week and 2 dish towels. We had to wash the comforters because they were dirty, yet there was also no comforter for the pull out couch to be found. There was no instruction booklet listing garbage and recycle days and no information for the bike locks. Also, this property claims to accomodate 8 people. The front porch only seats 2. The back porch had a table in the driveway that accommodates 4 and a small table next to the grill that seated 2. The seating in the living room could only seat 4 people comfortably, thus our family was never able to be outside or sit together indoors. Beware it says there is bikes. There is only ONE beach cruiser, ONE mountain bike, and a tandem bike which no one was interested in (these bikes have seen better days, but they do work!). There is 5 chairs that could use a little TLC. Despite all the negative, we had another great year in Beach Haven. I did not report all this to the property manager because we were here to enjoy each day. I'm happy to provide additional information or photos upon request.

this property was just what I needed for a Friday wedding, a total of 3 couples.The 3 bathrooms works perfecly.1 bock from the main street( resturants, drugs etc.) Literally walking distant to everything, one minor issue was tv's in 2 spare bedrooms I could'nt figure out. very nice place

This house was the perfect place for my family consisting of my husband, two children, and mother-in-law. It was close to both the beach and the bay with ample parking. The best part was the ice cream shop directly across the street!

I have a family of five and we are not typically hard-to-please people, but do NOT risk renting from this owner. She never sent me the access code for entrance to the home and my family and I were stranded outside for 5 hours on check-in day. VRBO eventually told me to book a motel for the night after spending hours on the phone with them, which they've yet to reimburse me for, and 8 hours later the owner finally reached out with the code after I got my 3 kids settled into the motel. The next morning, we returned to the property and the owner ignored me for the rest of the week when I asked if she was going to refund us for the night we couldn't stay there. A week later, she still refuses to respond to me. Oh one more thing... the listing promised beach badges. However, the badges there were from last year, and we were stopped on the beach and had to buy 2022 season beach badges... Another stressful, embarrassing experience. She refuses to even acknowledge that she ruined a whole day of our vacation, causing incredible stress. We looked forward to this all year. I am a teacher and my husband is a software developer/project manager. We are hardworking, honest people and remained calm and patient the whole week hoping she would make it right. But it appears she couldn't care less.

Lovely house, nice location!

This house is ideally located a block from good restaurants, a great grocery store, and some very pretty historic houses, as well as only 3 blocks from the ocean. The downstairs setup allows cooking and conversation and the second floor (where all the bedrooms are located) is spacious. The house is far enough from the main road on LBI to be quiet. The house was clean and the property manager visited us very soon after we checked in to make sure everything was in order. He left us his card and told us to get in touch should we need anything. No problem connecting to wifi - just remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. All in all a great place.

Had a great stay at this property! Wonderful family weekend getaway close to everything the island has to offer. We will be back!

The owners were quick to respond to some questions we had when we first arrived. The house is very roomy and is walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, bars etc. Thank you for a great stay!
