This place was just as advertised. Super well stocked, very thoughtful decoration and furnishing. The loft was perfect for our baby’s pack n play—not too far away from parents. We really liked the proximity to the Lake Club workout facilities and rode our bikes to the equestrian center to see the horses. Access #2 at North Beach was our favorite beach spot. Thanks to Tom for a great week!

Our family loved the villa - it was just as advertised. The views of the marshes were beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location - near a pool, the beach and Charleston. We'd love to come back again sometime.

What a great villa for a first time trip to Seabrook Island! The home is exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable, and the proximity to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus. The place was spotless and the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. Tom was very responsive when I called about door access (thanks again :) Seabrook is a gem of a community and I will be back to stay in this lovely place. Additional bonus are the views from the screened in porch, splendid! Thank you!

We love everything about this beautifully decorated and spic and span vacation home. You will enjoy comfortable beds, roomy showers, a well equipped kitchen, and best of all, sitting on the screened in porch watching gorgeous sunsets across the salt marsh. Tom, the owner, was very easy to work with and responsive to every question we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully stocked and decorated townhouse with all the necessities for a relaxing stay on the marsh. We had a great time kayaking and biking around the island.

This property was excellent! It was just as the pictures showed. Extremely clean. The kitchen was awesome! The view from the screened in porch was wonderful as well. Overall, would 100% stay here again!

This property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking tool/pan/pot you could want. The highlight of the property is definitely the back porch. The view is spectacular and furniture is quite comfortable. All accommodations inside are excellent. The property owners were very responsive. We had such a fabulous stay!

From the time we walked in until we locked up to leave, we were in love with this home! So clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The pictures don't do it justice. We had five in our party and there was ample room for everyone - and everyone loved their stay. The mattress on the king bed was amazing...so comfortable. Beautiful property over looking the marsh! First visit to Seabrook and definitely will not be the last. The sunsets from the screened in porch were fantastic. The property owner was great to work with. We hope to visit again soon!

We were able to take a last minute weekend getaway and the owners were very accommodating to our request. They communicated quickly and everything was ready for us when we arrived. As mentioned in a previous review, the pictures do not do this home justice. It was beautifully decorated and had such a warm and comfortable feel throughout, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had about almost any gadget you could need during your stay. While the weather was a but chilly, we were able to take the bikes out around the island. The views of the marsh were so peaceful in the morning and the area surrounding the home is very quiet. We are already planning our next stay where we can take advantage of the pools, pickle ball, kayak, and fishing. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Honestly, I could’ve sat out there all the day long. It’s screened in and so peaceful. Neighbors are quiet, no one bothers you. I kayaked the marsh at sunset one night and that was a dream. I biked around the island each day I was there because all the live oaks and Spanish moss (I think?) were too alluring to resist not spending as much time under and near as possible. So, thank you to Tom & Louise for allowing your guests to use the bikes and kayak, it made my time there so amazing. The beach is a short drive (or bike or a longer walk) to the boardwalk of your choice. We liked 9 and 6, but it’s all the same. The kitchen in this wonderful condo is stocked with it all. This is actually a real family’s getaway and it’s evivdent they trust guests with this home. Examples include an entire thing of laundry detergent, all the baggies your heart desires, spices galore, even Pam cooking spray. We used and we replenished, so another thanks to T & L (who, by the way, are the greatest VRBO owners ever). I could go on and on, but I shouldn’t. Just trust me, I travel as often as I can because life is short. This place is the place. Cue The Talking Heads song.

Pictures do not do this home justice! As lovely as the photos are, we were even more impressed in person! This home is solidly constructed with upgraded fixtures, lighting, and hardware throughout. The flow of the house is comfortable and easy. It has the appearance of being professionally decorated with attention paid to every detail. All furniture, appliances, linens, towels, etc are top quality and in like new condition. The beds were so comfortable that my husband wished he had checked the label before We came home! The kitchen has everything the casual or professional chef could desire and comes stocked with essential seasonings, oils, and more. My daughter was so inspired that she baked two loafs of salted caramel banana bread from scratch while we were there! The view over the marsh and bay is peaceful, restorative and absolutely breathtaking at sunset. Our daughter and her friend took out the tandem kayak one afternoon and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. We all loved watching the various birds visit during the day and stargazing at night. The owners were incredibly gracious and attentive during our stay for New Years. They were there for Christmas and thoughtfully left us a few lovely centerpieces for the table, a vase of greenery so beautiful that we wondered if it was real (it was), and a touching welcome note and gift. Truly above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this property for large families, families with children (plenty of toys/activities in the loft), a girls’ weekend, or even as a romantic getaway.

Very nice unit and fully equipped with kitchen stuff, bikes and more. Peaceful setting with beautiful view of marsh. Great spot to host our 3 adult children who come / go during the week.

This place has everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation for a couple or more. In our case, we were two couples at not exactly the same level of adventurism. While some enjoyed the clean cozy home, with beautiful views, others jumped on the bikes and kayak and explored the island. We made some wonderful dinners with a kitchen that has all the bells and whistles, and a nice grill too! There was plenty adventure, pools, beach club, tennis and golf, and several nice restaurants nearby. We only stayed three nights but wished it had been longer!

We enjoyed at our stay at this villa. It had everything we could want including bikes and kayak. The location was a good walking or biking distance to the Bohicket Marina and close to other amenities. The villa was beautifully appointed and decorated and the owners were wonderful to communicate with! We can’t wait to return!

My family and I had an incredible stay at this amazing Seabrook villa. The view simply cannot be beat, and the immaculately kept and beautiful interior made this villa the perfect spot. Overall, my family considered this one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The property owners thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Every morning we would take the 2 person kayak out in the creeks looking for crabs or go fishing off the dock right out our back door. We loved spending the mornings beaching and fishing and wrapping up the day at the amazing Seabrook Club pool. What an incredible place and amazing stay! Book with confidence.
