My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze. We enjoyed the pool and it was located within walking distance of the town beach. Our room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and the motel is in a really cute area. It felt safe to me (female traveling with a teenager). Owners were friendly and helpful - you can tell they care and are working really hard. My niece loved the pool which was very clean and a perfect temp! Room was also clean. The breakfast includes things like breads/pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee and oatmeal. It can get really busy down there/seating fills up quickly. You can indeed walk to the beach but we found we preferred visiting some of the bigger beaches which we drove to. Other than walking to the beach, I did find that I needed a vehicle to get to other points of interest (unless you bring bikes which we did not).
*I gave 4 stars for “accuracy of online listing “because our room did not have the updated bathroom shown in the listing pictures on VRBO*

Great place to stay to see Cape Cod. Very easy to drive to get ferry to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Proprietors are super lovely and helpful. Breakfast included was good. Lovely restaurant right near by.

The site was clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was fresh and hearty. The owners were very friendly, and helpful with recommendations- although we were familiar with the area we wanted to try new things. Norbert gave us excellent suggestions. We will definitely recommend this location to others and will return for sure!

We were a block away from the beautiful beach which allowed us to walk. Resturaunts within walking distance. Place was perfectly clean and in a great neighborhood. Breakfast each morning with conversation was the perfect way to start the day.

The place was shabby at best. Just pulling into the lot, I knew we were going to be disappointed.
The room was very poor in quality and needed a complete renovation. Embarrassed to even stay there… common areas( pool and eating area for breakfast was nice enough)
The walls and ceiling were patched … old carpet. Just gross
The property managers were nice though.
The area was pretty shabby as well.

Ocean Breeze was a great place to stay for our quick trip to the cape. Wonderful location in a quiet area close to the beach and a really good restaurant. Breakfast offerings were just right. The pool was clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony outside our door to read and relax. Norbert and his family were so friendly and we’re working so hard. You can tell they have pride in their hotel and take great care of it.

Very sweet little motel. The only draw backs were lack of parking in the evening and only double beds in the rooms. Two of us ended up sleeping on the floor. The listing wasn’t super clear about this. The rooms are big enough for 2 adults and 2 young children but not 4 adults. The rooms could be darker as well. No way to control daylight coming in in the early morning.

This little motel in South Yarmouth was a pleasure to stay at. The owners were both friendly and efficient and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Obvious They really cares about quality. They do a fantastic job running it. Many amenities including a clean, warm pool; all that are listed are actually provided. Thank you!
