We traveled to Cedar City for a play, and just needed one night. This place was perfect for our group. The property was super clean, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Would definitely consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cedar City. The basement apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts have really gone the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable with the little thoughtful things they provide. This is our second year staying here and hope to again next year when we travel for Shakespeare.

This place was perfect for our annual trip to Shakespeare. It was close enough to campus to easily go back and forth to shows and workshops. It was clean and comfortable.

We reserved this location for my in-laws who came to town to visit. They raved about everything! Clean, quiet, comfortable and very nice. Their words were, "if it's a five star scale, give them six. If it's a ten star rating, give them eleven!"

It was a wonderful stay. Great rooms, beds, kitchen ... it was perfect for us. We choose to prepare much of our food, so the stay was perfect. From the the rental we visited 3 national parks, 3 national monuments, 2 state parks, many trails and treasures. We had a blast. Cedar City was nice too. We even went to a Pow Wow. My 11 year old told me it was the best family adventure so far. Thank you for the memories.

We stayed in this home during the Utah Summer Games to watch our daughter compete in Softball. It was the perfect location near all the fields, and close to restaurants. The home fit our family perfectly.

Clean and comfortable basement condo that doesn’t feel like a basement. Plenty of light through the windows with large rooms. The kitchen and eating area were nice enough that we ate most meals on sight.

There were toys and games for the kids. The kitchen was nice and had the things we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable.

Our stay here was so pleasant! We are clean freaks and this property was perfect for us! Not only was it immaculate but well stocked! Everything we needed both kitchen and bath was available. Great location and excellent price! Will stay here again for sure!!

This location was exactly as described in the listing and in reviews. Very nice and updated with plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked and has anything you could possibly need. The coffee bar was well stocked, as was the spice cabinet. Perfect location for anyone coming to Cedar City. The location is very central for anything you might want to do.

This place is not what it seems from the street, but it is everything you’d want in a place to stay with family. It’s a super cute and updated basement, but you don’t feel like you are in a basement. There’s plenty of lighting and lots of space to relax, cook, dine, sleep, play games, etc. It was absolutely perfect for our family of seven. I could tell that the owners put a lot of effort into making it comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye! We loved staying here and loved exploring bits of Cedar City. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cedar City. The apartment was very clean and well planned out. There were so many details that made a great stay. I particularly liked that lights came on automatically down the sidewalk when would come home late at night after a performance. Also, the openness of the living area and quality of kitchen. The bathrooms were great because the shower and bathroom area was separate from the area you would use from getting ready. Very light and bright and met our needs perfectly. As a matter of information, it would not be handicapped compatible because of stairs going into the apartment. Great experience!

Very clean. They have taken measures to make sure you have what you need for being away from home. It is a basement apartment with little ventilation aside from the AC and you can hear steps upstairs. If that won't bother you, you are good to go. Great location to visit the many National parks.

The location was perfect for going back and forth to the college. The house was great for our family gathering and the dining room was spacious for our family celebration dinner. The kitchen is big and roomy for many of us to prepare food and they supplied us with abundant coffee😃

Check in was easy. A very spacious, clean location. The rooms were nice and large. It was great location for us to explore southern Utah and the national parks. Cedar City is a great town also with lots of things for the family to do.

This property was is in a great location for the National Parks in SW Utah. It is in a nice neighborhood and the property is clean, has lots of room and all of the amenities were new and met our needs. It is obvious that they did a great job on renovating this space and they added nice special touches. It was great having a laundry area since we stayed here for a week and everything was provided to do laundry so we did not have to buy stuff that we would only use once. When I first reserved the property the listing did not indicate that it was in the basement of the owners house, however it has since been undated to include that information. Although it is in the basement there is plenty of natural light and a separate entrance. You could occasionally hear people moving upstairs but it was not disruptive. The hosts were great to work with and we had everything that we needed including a well supplied kitchen for preparing meals if you prefer to eat in. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

This rental was fabulous. The place was clean, neat, spacious. It was located in a nice area. We cooked a few meals there and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and wil definitely rent again if ever in the area.

The basement rental was wonderful. It was beautiful and very nice. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms (2) and open space for eating and hanging out in the family/tv room. Great access to the Cedar City area and safe neighborhood. Was a wonderful place.

When you look at this home, no where does it tell you that your are living in the basement of the owners house who live upstairs. You have to park on the street, follow a path along the side of the house, through a gate, continue to follow the path down the stairs to the basement of the house. It’s not at all convenient to bring in your luggage or other items you have brought with you. You can also hear the owners upstairs and their little dog barking. This living space in the basement however was very clean. Some of the reclining furniture in the living room doesn’t work. The toilet in the master bedroom also produces a high pitched noise the entire time. We had to shut the water off to the toilet to make it stop so we could sleep. They do provide great convenient amenities. For example K-cups coffee and creamer and your basic home staple items. If your okay with living in the owners basement while they are living upstairs then book this downstairs living space.

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, it provided everything we needed (even laundry soap!), and there was plenty of room. The beds were so comfy and the shower had nice hot water. We will hopefully stay again.

We had a great time staying at this Cedar City property. The living area and dining is HUGE. my family of seven was able to spread out and enjoy very well. The bathrooms are spacious as well. The master bed was very soft/springy and the pillows were insubstantial, so that made for less comfortable nights of sleep. Also, for the owner... You may not be aware but your dog was loudly whining all Thursday night while you were probably out... You may not know, but it's quite loud and distracting in the basement. Prevented me sleeping as early as I would have liked. Just fyi

We spent two nights and were very pleased with our last minute booking for this basement apartment (really a house). Very clean and roomy, everything you need for short or long stay. We make many trips to the southern Utah area for various activities, this trip was ice fishing at Panguitch Lake. This rental worked very good for us, location is easy to find and close to everything you need and can visit. We will keep in our favorites. Thanks.
