Sea Star Villa was a perfect fit for our family of 5! We loved the location close to George Town and with the amenities of February Point.

This property is superb and exceeded our expectations. The host communicates with you as soon as you reserve and she provides in great detail all of the things you need to know about the house and the island. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

One of the most thorough and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever worked with! The house is in a perfect location for exploring Exuma, with many thoughtful touches throughout that kept us from having to pack beach towels, cooler, floats, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and well maintained. A restaurant & marina on site are a definite plus. Turtles and rays and colorful fish swim right up to the water’s edge behind the house. We would most definitely stay here again!! Wonderful, relaxing stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Seastar Villa. The house had everything we needed and plenty of beach towels which was great! We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the gorgeous view with our morning coffee. We loved the central location of the Villa to Georgetown and the close proximity to many restaurants. The added bonus of being in February Point in the gated community made us feel very safe on the island and the gate staff were just lovely! We went out with Captain Graeme and explored the northern exumas and that was by far our favorite day. We went out on clear kayaks with TT Water sports and enjoyed the views and learned all about Moriah Harbour and finished the afternoon with a must stop at Tropic Breezes for lunch. We rented a boat from Exuma boat rental for 3 days but it was returned to them damaged and had to have a part replaced so we only had the boat for two days and that ended up being fine with us as we ended up spending the day exploring beaches by land. We enjoyed swimming with the turtles at Hoopers bay and hanging out at chat and chill. We would’ve preferred to do another chartered boat day and only a daily rental of the boat since it was our first time on the island. We didn’t have reception in the harbour on our phones like they said we should and the boats don’t come with GPS so we did a lot of guessing as to if we were making it to all the hot spots we wanted to hit. I think doing a chartered day around Great Exuma first would’ve been better.

This property was exactly as shown. It was large, clean, very well appointed and in a terrific location. We loved being on the water, making it easy to swim or take out the kayaks that were provided. The amenities were modern and everything worked well with no problems. The gated community was safe with a good fitness centre, lovely pool and a very good restaurant. The location was good for exploring the island. We were about 40 minutes from both Tropic of Cancer beach to the south and Exuma point to the north. The property is right next to Georgetown so it was easy to get supplies. Margaret was an incredible host! She gave us lots of details about the property, surrounding area and local events of interest. She gave us many great suggestions for what to do and see. Check in was a breeze and the villa had everything we needed. We felt we were in good hands with Margaret. We had a wonderful 6 day stay. We highly recommend this property and Margaret!

Great place to stay. House was perfect. Community was safe and lots of amenities to enjoy the time spent vacationing. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Sea Star Villa. It was just as described online....and perfection once there. We loved seeing what sea life visited in the backyard-and the central location couldn't have been better. We cannot wait to come back in the future!

The house was exactly as pictured and we were pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities in the house that we didnt even think of. The beach bag, cooler, and water bottles were amazing as we rented a boat for the week. And the brita water filter was great so that we didn’t have to buy bottled water. There were plenty of beach towels and it was nice to be able to throw them in the dryer at night so we could use them again the next day. We were able to moor the boat at the house during the day which really helped for quick stops and for when we wanted to unload the boat before docking for the night. The location of the house to the February Point beach club and marina was a short walk and that proved to be very convenient. Margaret was the most attentive host that I have ever worked with and made us feel so at ease because we knew if we had any questions/issues, we could get ahold of her quickly. She was very thorough and proactive in providing us information. This was our first trip to Exuma and we plan to go back. February Point was the PERFECT location and Sea Star Villa was the PERFECT property. Now that we have been spoiled, we don’t want to stay anywhere else!

We went to celebrate our 45th anniversary. This place was perfect! There was everything we needed at the villa! Snorkeled in the bay behind and saw starfish and colorful fish. It was the most amazing trip!!

Wow - this home is amazing in every way! From the owner Margaret and host Anna, location and the view - I am not sure how you could improve this experience! We had a trip of a lifetime! Sea Star Villa is a great place to start all your Exuma adventures - rent a boat and moor it right at the house, walk up the hill to the club for an amazing pool experience or drive 2 minutes to Georgetown. Beautiful home with amazing views. Just a great place to relax. We saw small and gigantic starfish snorkeling and so many fish in so many colors, shapes and sizes. For a family with older teens it’s perfect for privacy or hanging out as a group. We’d love to go back or just move in.. So happy we stayed at the Sea Star Villa. I’d say better experience than staying at the resorts. Love the privacy and getting to go to the local shops. Also, shout out to Exuma Water Sports. Our second time with them and we were not disappointed.

This house was magnificent. It was as described if not even better than described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location to Georgetown was important for our group and made things a little easier to get to the market, restaurants etc. Having a restaurant on property was very convenient since it can be challenging to find places to eat at times. We used the work out facilities, the Marina. You just can’t beat having all of those amenities while still being in a remote place like Exuma. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

We had one of the most relaxing vacation getaways when we spent the week at Sea Star Villa on Great Exuma, Bahamas. The Villa was perfection personified with the owner having paid great attention to all the small details to make for a wonderful experience. The view of Elizabeth Harbour from Sea Star Villa is spectacular from February Point. Right on the water with its own mooring buoy and rental access to a private boat slip on property made our rental of a boat very easy. The Exumas were beautiful and the people extremely friendly. We made some great memories during this vacation.

Best vacation! Host thought of everything! Margaret was accessible and provided a packet with everything we needed from excursions to restaurants to helpful island information. It was a true gem! We will be back!

Our first trip to Exuma. Our first day floating in the lagoon…we saw a huge starfish and a turtle. ❤️❤️ The WHOLE process was easy, the house was exactly as presented and was clean and comfortable. The property is perfection! From the time you make your reservation to the day you leave the island the owner of this property makes your trip everything you hoped it would be and more! The home is beautiful and inviting and the location of the home is everything you could ask for! You are close to Georgetown and a short drive to small Exuma and other beautiful crystal clear beaches with white sand! This was the perfect vacation and it all started with Margaret and the Sea Star Villa! Highly, highly recommend staying at Sea Star! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!!

From the beginning to end of our trip the Villa, local community, and Exuma exceeded our expectations. The Sea Star Villa is absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning in the morning as well as the evening. An extra added bonus was the fact that we could have a rental boat delivered directly to the back of the house for our daily outings. The community February Point was great and at no time did I or my family feel unsafe, which was a big deal for us. The concierge services were terrific and very fast. Overall, outstanding experience and we will absolutely be back again in the future.

The Villa was terrific and the view was stunning. Margaret made sure to stay in touch with us every inch of the way before we arrived to make sure we were prepared. The level of information she provided, from where to go, to where to eat, etc. was amazing. We look forward to returning.

Sea Star Villa was beautiful and so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles come through each morning and my sons loved exploring the cove at Sea Star. Each day we were fortunate enough to explore a new part of Exuma and fell in love with the island's culture. Golf at Sandals, Robert's adventure tours, Chat 'n Chill and Sand bars were amongst our favorites. We highly recommend visiting Exuma and staying at Sea Star Villa.

A beautiful property that is sparkling clean, the owners have thought of everything. From beach towels and chairs to a cooler for boating you really just need to pack your bathing suit and cover up. We loved seeing the turtles in front of the house each morning, taking a paddle on the kayaks and walking to the beach club for a swim in the pool. The highlight of our vacation was renting a boat and touring the beautiful waters of Elizabeth Harbor. This house is centrally located on the island so you can easily visit beaches north and south and is a quick 5 minute drive into town. Beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was a delight to work with. My only complaint is our time went by too fast. We hope to come back soon!

Sea star villa was in a beautiful neighborhood and our house was located right on the water. The villa looked exactly like the pictures and was a treasure! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this wonderful home. We especially loved all of the beach accessories available for our use. And Margaret, the owner, made our stay even more special by being helpful, responsive and making us feel like we were her special guests. We miss the Exumas and Sea Star Villa very much and can’t wait to return.

Patty and Margaret were absolutely the best hosts I could ask for, on a girls trip with 5 of my best friends! The house is so cute, February Points is gated and very secure. The beach is right outside your back door, the pool and restaurant just steps away. Patty and Margaret were very communicative prior to the trip, and Wendy during for anything you need. I will absolutely be back! I can’t say enough about our experience other than THANK YOU, you really made this trip magical and a blast. We really didn’t have anything to worry about but having fun!

The house is very nice with an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room and laundry downstairs and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. there is one master bedroom with a private bath and king size bed which shares a balcony and stunning view with the second bedroom which has two queen beds and shares a bathroom across the hall with the third bedroom which has two full size beds. The house sits on a beautiful little cove that overlooks Elizabeth Harbor to Stocking Island across the most beautiful turquois water I've ever seen. The entire week was stunning. We decided to rent a boat for the week, which I highly suggest, if you know how to operate one. the property manager was totally accessible and friendly. We will be back!!

We just checked out and are planning our next trip already. The villa was perfect! The island is absolutely beautiful!! It’s a true paradise.

The rental process and property were fantastic. Patty and Margaret provided helpful information and assistance at every step. Our oldest starts college this Fall so we were excited to plan a family trip and could not have chosen a better spot. The home is everything it is billed to be and more. Even after being there for a week we couldn't get over the views. The house looks out across Elizabeth Harbor at the highest point on Stocking Island. It's absolutely gorgeous. Our entire family loved being able to snorkel right outside our door. We had been there only 20 min and a sea turtle swam right with us. We would see him every evening in front of the house. We enjoyed the incredible community beach and pools but also recommend renting a boat from Minns. Having a boat lets you explore Stocking Island and reach other great snorkeling spots. We enjoyed taking the boat to the various coves and sand bars as well as Chat n Chill and Peace and Plenty. We ate dinner at the Rusty Anchor (neighborhood restaurant) once, food was delicious but a bit pricey. Bottom line, we couldn't recommend Sea Star Villa any more! We had an absolute blast and are already trying to figure out how/when we can get back.

This property is better than the pictures. It is absolutely a beautiful property with snorkeling right out your back door. Patty was great to work with and responded back to me quickly with any questions I had about the island. Would stay here again in heartbeat.

We were 30 feet from water. My wife and I are in our 50s And have been on many tropical islands... This house and location was best rental decision ever. We like unique places that are off the beaten path and Exuma (specifically Sea Star ) provided. Margaret and Wendy very helpful. House is immaculate and everything works as it should. February point is also above and beyond what you would expect. Restaurant was excellent. Pools and snorkeling amazing. 2 ft Loggerhead Sea turtle 🐢 welcomed us and hangs close to private sea steps and beach. So glad we came.
