We love staying at this house it was large enough to house all 16 of us. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to family and friends.

The house was so beautifully decorated and had so much room for everyone.

We had two families with a total of 12 people. There was 4 parents and kids aging from 14 - 20 yrs old. The house is very large and accommodated everyone comfortably. This house is almost perfect. We found only a couple things that could be improved on; it was hard to regulate the temperature to suit everyone and some people were cold in their bedrooms while others were very hot. There was only a sheet and a very thin quilt on the beds. It would have been nice to have extra blankets. Also, there was extra pillows in some rooms but no pillowcases for them. The pool was great but the spa got extremely hot on times, almost burning your back if sitting in front of a jet. The only other thing (and most important) that should be addressed is there’s a section of flooring by the BBQ area that’s extremely slippery when wet. This is the same area that the kids had to walk by when using the outdoor washroom while swimming. We had one person slip and fall and bang their head on the ceramic tile and several other people almost fell. The traffic in this area was a nightmare most days. It would take over an hour to get to the SeaWorld area. Overall, everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay.

Loved the space. Large table seating 12. Large and comfortable corner sofa. Everyone enjoyed the poolarea. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was superclean. Plenty of pool towels. We had a great time.

Pros: Beautiful big house with pool in great location. It was great that toys and other childcare equipment were available for kids. Cons: HVAC system upstairs can’t keep up with set temp. HVAC unit needs repairs and home owners will adjust the thermostat temperature you set. Most closet doors were broken and not safe for the kids. Queen beds were extremely hard. Lack of kitchen towels.

This is by far the best & most accommodating Vacation Home we have ever stayed in & feel vacation home sick since we left, we never wanted to leave. Besides all the well thought out hidden resources & useful vacation items provided by the home owners ranging from Grill accessories, swimming ass3essories, toys & floats, games, comics, air hockey, pool table, fooseball, i mean the list is endless. There was so much to do there & there is an INCREDIBLE Coffee shop 10 min away, plus All of the Theme Parks & Disney is so close by, we went nearly every other day for our 3 week stay. Will be returning possibly on a yearly reunion now! AMAZING place if you have a family, kids &/or a large group! Dinky hotels near Disney cost more & we have stayed at the Swan/Dolphin... Incomparable!

Plenty of room for multiple families!! Nicely updated home in gated community. Close in distance to major theme parks- but traffic is a big factor. May have just been since it was spring break.

Our gas was shut off for non payment while we were in the middle of vacation. No hot water for 2 days…not a good thing!!

Couldn’t have been better. House was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed and the location was great.
