Perfect for the 6 of us. Loved the luxury of each having our own bedroom and private bath. The home was impeccably clean and well furnished. Well located and walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Highly recommend the Bag Valet service especially when you have the entire day from checkout till your flight. Loved Charleston!

We enjoyed our visit to Charleston and loved this home. It was beautifully updated, clean and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to a few different restaurants and shopping, or quick uber drives to a variety of activities. This was a wonderful home for a larger group. We would highly recommend this property!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house is cute, clean, well stocked, and a good location. Walkable to King Street and the action, or a 5 min. drive. Cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing weekend at this brand new property . Location was a healthy walk or a short UBER. Never one enjoyed having their own bathroom . If I had to critique I would make sure the bedrooms without a closet had a luggage rack but it was not really an issues for 1 person . The garbage men do their thing early but that’s out of the owners control .

Our group of 5 stayed in this beautiful home during our girls trip to Charleston. Entry code to home was communicated through email. We were happy to find the home clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The space we enjoyed the most was the 2nd floor porch, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and plenty of sunshine. Property is located within walking distance of King Street (probably a mile), several restaurants, and neighborhood was easy to navigate. Communication with Stay Duvet was easy. The only downside we found was the bathroom in one of the first floor bedrooms was quite small (you could rest your head on the sink while sitting on the toilet) and the sink appeared to be pulling away from the wall. Also, I would suggest to the property management company to leave a “guest book” in the house with information about the area, as well as check out instructions. We emptied garbage, but it was clear the outdoor bins had not been emptied in a while-likely because no information was provided about when to put them at the curb. I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely lovely, and the downsides we noticed were minor-far outweighed by the cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, and well equipped kitchen. Definite 5 star home.

My team and I chose this place to stay so that each member would have their own private bedroom and bathroom, with collective work space in the outdoor porch and open space living area. It was perfect! Quick access to so many restaurants, we did an escape room close by, and even did a sailboat charter. All was well within walking distance or at most a quick Uber ride. The house is well appointed with linens, soaps, plenty of items like spices and other random needs like cooking spray, sugar, and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were in this location for my son-in-law’s Hall of Fame induction. It was a great location not very far from College of Charleston in downtown Charleston. Great food surrounding the area as well.

My family spent Christmas in Charleston and this house was PERFECT! We cooked and ate our traditional lasagna meal at the house. Sometimes its hard to prepare meals in a VRBO but this worked out great. All 10 of us sat comfortably at the table and played games every night. The location was nice for walking places. We had a group of 10 adults and everyone loved our stay at this house. This is my second time at a Stay Duvet property and it was wonderful both times. We will be back.

Pros King Beds in all 6 bedrooms, mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable Clean and well maintained Great location, walking distance to King Street and great restaurants/shopping Responsive guest services that communicate great by text and respond quickly to issues Cons No dressers or place to put clothes away. Closets are limited No towel racks in bathrooms and bathrooms with pedestal sinks have no storage No dimmer switches on lights in living room so either surgical lighting or very little. Only 4 wine glasses No directions for the TV which is complicated. Other Parking for 3-4 cars but difficult to juggle them around as it just a driveway. That said, this is typical so it is just nice to have off street parking.

It easily accommodated our group and very spacious. We had a girl’s trip.

We booked this house for a girls getaway for a milestone birthday. There were 12 of us and the house was absolutely perfect for a group of this size and for our busy itinerary. The house is very newly renovated and very clean at arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated with nice design accents, and have en-suite bathrooms for all of the 6 bedrooms. All of the beds are king-sized, which made it very comfortable for friends bunking together. The location of the house was also easy for our many destinations - we often walked, and would recommend Babas on Cannon and Sugar for coffee and baked goods, and Xiao Bao Biscuit was just phenomenal for food! Would note (and the listing is forthright about this) there was active construction on the property immediately behind the house. But it was not unduly bothersome for us and was not ongoing on the weekend days. Another standout feature of this house is the level of service from Stay Duvet. They were extremely responsive and helpful. Their recommended services were spot on, including Groceries Ahead for stocking the house pre-arrival, Charleston Bag Valet for taking care of luggage pre check-in and post check out, and CHS By Nelson, a restaurant concierge for hard to get reservations, especially for a large group of our size. The service and referrals allowed me to easily plan ahead for a perfect getaway that we will be talking about for years! We can’t wait to go back - highly recommend.

We had a group of 10 women all really enjoy ourselves. Close to coffee shop and walkable. Very responsive hosts. Had a great home for a great trip! no regrets!

All was good. Only concern was distance to bus route to downtown and returns after dark, Overall the property was a delight.

It was the best experience for all of our first time in Charleston. I love this house.

We loved everything about the house! We walked all day and did quick Ubers to amazing dinners. Everyone had plenty of space and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We will be back!

Loved the house, the location was perfect and near king street district. The Management company was super helpful and very responsive as well. Highly recommend.

Good stay, but lacked some info and proactive notice for check in. We figured it out and had a great stay.
