Recently renovated, this 3-bedroom traditional Costa Rican style home, is conveniently located 1km from La Fortuna Park in a local neighborhood. The house features covered parking for 2 cars, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, grill, laundry room and free Wi-Fi. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people and there are trundle beds and sofa-beds for additional guests. The location is privileged, with very easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bakery and tourist attractions.

Upon entering my Tico-style home you will find a naturally illuminated living area from the skylight. The living room and dining area are spacious for families to get together and features AC and a smart TV. The kitchen combines nice wooden touches with wall tiles and is equipped with electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker among other appliances.
The main bedroom has a double bed, tv and closet. Each of other 2 smaller bedrooms have a single bed, tv and closet. Air conditioning and fans are found in every room. Like in most the Tico homes, my home has one bathroom with hot water. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people and there are trundle beds and sofa-beds for additional guests. After 4 people there is a $10 fee per night per guest.
For guests’ convenience there is laundry room washing machine, there is not a drier, instead there is a ceiling fan and clothes lines. The propane grill is located out in the garage.
La Fortuna town is centered on a beautiful park with colorful gardens and a large church. This charming park is located 2 minutes’ drive from the house. On the streets surrounding the central park lie many restaurants, tour operators, and shops.
From our home you can easily visit the famous Arenal Volcano National Park, many hot springs places, the Rio Fortuna Waterfall, and El Salto swimming hole.
