The Saturday farmers market was wonderful--Lovely Laurel was situated close to everything we wanted--it was quiet and peaceful once inside--highly recommend and would stay there again.

This was a short trip to visit family. The only issue was the kitchen-the amenities were limited. Overall we’d stay again.

Propert was in excellent location and very clean. Great communication with host and very accommodating.

I rented this location for my daughter and son in law for us to get ready for their wedding and then the wedding night. This place was roomy enough for bridal party to all get ready and then they were able to enjoy a night of peace after their wedding. It was a super convenient location. Very affordable and easy to access. Great job!

Best friends from college had a wonderful weekend reuniting here for EKU Homecoming. This cute home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for all activities. The neighborhood is nice, and quiet. We would love to stay again someday. Host is very gracious!

Property clean and comfortable and my guests from Colorado and Oregon liked it very much and were very complimentary ..There is much need for a safety railing from side door into house. No matter age of anyone who visits here, it could be a definite fall hazard. I would recommend this property for those visiting Berea. Location is great, close to the things come to Berea to enjoy..

This property is exactly as pictured. It is in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to all the things. Overall a 10/10 experience. We will be staying with Laura again!

absolutely perfect clean, well stocked, good bed, bathroom big enough, great AC. Only issue is the step going into kitchen, very tall for old people like me.

Cute little house. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Walking distance to Dairy Queen and Sonic. Comfortable beds. The only thing we would have liked is a washer/ dryer. The dry cleaners was closed and laundrymat down the street shut down.

The little house was freshly renovated, very clean, well furnished and equiped. It is in a good central position for a stay in Berea and environment, even possible to reach grocery store, food without driving. German website mentions washing maschine, but there isn't. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definetely come back when visiting the family.

We traveled to Berea as a family for my teen daughter to attend a camp at the college during the day. The house was as pictured and in a nice neighborhood. I appreciate the access to driveway parking. The house was clean and suited us fine. My only suggestion would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. 3 people staying 3 nights need more than 5 towels. Overall I am satisfied and would return.

This property was exactly as advertised and provided an excellent place from which to explore Berea. It is in walking distance to the college and main gallery areas, although driving might be preferable in the hot summer! It is also an easy drive to the amazing Kentucky Artisan Center. The house was clean, the living spaces were amble, and the bed was comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and made arrival and departure simple. No problems!

In town for an event. Property was close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for us while we visited family. The only negative was no full length mirror. A woman needs a mirror!😊

The property was very easy to access and the owners were amenable to an early check-in for a small fee. The interior is lovely and comfortable. If you have very small children, this may not be the best property for you. The house is well decorated and we were hyper watchful of our two year old and her shenanigans. My only complaint for the stay is that the AC wasn’t keeping up well on a very hot day. We had it set to 72 and rather than cooling the house, the temp rose to 78. Thankfully they have ceiling fans in every room that kept us comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend at the Lovely Laurel. It’s located on a very quiet street, the check in process was easy, and the house was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need if you plan to cook, and there’s even a Keurig with a selection of coffees, sugar, and creamer. We especially enjoyed the big, fluffy bath linens, and we both slept very well on the comfortable beds. I only had one minor issue with the extremely slow internet speed, but the owner offered to come to the house and call Spectrum to come check it out, but I declined because we were heading out to do some shopping. She did say that no one has ever complained about the internet speed before, so it could have just been a temporary situation. But overall, it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again! I have stayed in another one of her properties several times and had a similar great experience.

We really liked the place and will return. Only a few issues! Not enough pot holders, no dish cloths or towels and needed blankets since it was freezing in there but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
