House was beautiful, some issues with small things not working properly but we still really enjoyed our visit and the house was beautiful and mostly comfortable to stay in.

We were so happy to be staying at this house! It was spotless and had everything we needed! The views were amazing from the third floor. Got plenty of sunset pictures from there! Property managers were attentive to any questions we asked! The Legacy Trail bike path was just a 2 miles ride away and allowed my husband to bike 41 miles almost everyday. The tiki bars and hot tub and fenced yard are a huge bonus and the pool will be ready soon! Highly recommend this house!

We were in town for a family emergency and this property was the perfect place for our family. Having the master suite on the top floor made it nice so that we could all separate when needed. We have a condo in Placida that was damaged during hurricane Ian. It is not habitable right now. Finding this property was just what we needed. Location was perfect. Love the decor. Can’t think of anything missing. Highly recommend.

This is a great house and great location and Bud the property manager was always easy to get in touch with. Property was clean and in a great location. Kayaks were also nice to take out. The backyard has a nice place to hang out a night with the family.

Beautiful house
The house is absolutely beautifully decorated. The teens loved the tiki area and hot tub. We loved having the privacy of the entire 3rd floor. It was disappointing that the S Venice beach ferry is no longer accessible to weekly vacationers, as this has drawn us to the area for the past several years! Unfortunately not having a pool was disappointing, given the lack of private beach access. Venice has many beautiful beaches, so we did not miss out, but the shark's teeth finding is not as abundant as at the private beach. The bikes were a nice addition. Bud is always fast to respond to your needs!

Beautiful home with amazing views!
This home is nothing short of lovely! Modern layout with updated kitchen and baths…fully stocked with linens and essentials for food prep…relaxing back yard with unique tiki area and hot tub (big hit with our teenage kids). Excellent location as Lemon Bay is not a particularly busy road. Only small disappointment was not having access to South Venice Ferry/Beach which is directly across the street, but other public beaches are very close by. All in all, everything was exceptional and Bud is a very accommodating owner. We hope to be back!!

Great Place!
This was an amazing rental! very clean, open concept was great for the people we had, the decks were perfect. Loved the master suite and the outdoor area out back! Would definitely recommend to family/friends and we would stay again!

Perfect trip
We came to Venice for a friend’s wedding. This house gave us the perfect area out back to hang out with several of our friends. The house was clean and very well kept. Decor was beach perfect. The kitchen is great for entertaining. The master bedroom was amazing. The view was gorgeous. Be prepared for the stairs, they’re not bad, but you do have to go up and down to get to the living area from ground level. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything was perfect.

Great stay!
Bright & inviting - amazing master suite. Very clean - perfect getaway. Absolutely phenomenal time. If you are staying in Venice, this property should be considered. The back yard is extremely charming !

Spotless and well stocked
The property was pristine with all the amenities we needed; fresh new towels, brand new beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, dish soap, spices and baking needs, paper products, kayaks, life jackets, and bicycles. It was so nice to walk it and start relaxing. Beautiful space indoors and out with a tiki hut lounge space and hot tub. Walking distance to the beach ferry and park. We really enjoyed our stay.
