This house has everything - very well equipped and lots of "extras" from the host. We stayed over Christmas and were surprised by the special holiday decorating and personalized touches. We felt like friends, coming for a stay! The house is spacious, yet cozy. The backyard and lake view are wonderful. Can see the lake from every bedroom and dining room. We plan to return!

Perfect one story with the best backyard.

The property owner Sarah was very nice and accommodating, the house was in great shape and clean. Plenty of space for the entire 8 people. We are looking forward to booking it again. The back yard was perfect for the dog and the dogs were great for fishing and just sitting looking at the water.

What a wonderful time our family had in this lovely home. Our group ranged in age from 23 months to 71. The fenced back yard was perfect for keeping the little ones safe plus the water was easily accessible. The home had everything we needed and the host responded in a timely manner to any questions. When we arrived back home, we realized we had left an item behind. The host found it and will be mailing it to us. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Very clean, well-kept home and property. Beautiful grounds and amazing view. Kids never once said they were bored, so much see and do. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy. Nice touches too - soap, shampoo, clean white towels, dog treats, well-appointed kitchen, smartly furnished and didn't have to hunt for TP or paper towels. A lot of care went into ensuring visitors would enjoy themselves here

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, at Lake Hamilton and elsewhere. This is by far the best location and home we have stayed at. The owner, Sarah, was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The home was immaculate, the property was beautiful, and is on an ideal location on the lake for boating or just enjoying the view. The 4 bedrooms in the house are all large and have great views, and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Our pups loved both the indoors and outdoors, and having a fully fenced yard in back made easy to relax for everyone. The covered dock was perfect for our boat and it is an easy, level walk down to load and unload from the house. The back deck was definitely a huge plus, and we spent much of our time enjoying the view from there. Finally, if you enjoy cooking while on vacation like we do, the kitchen was amazing, with all the necessities provided, and modem high quality appliances. This home has all the small details that make a vacation a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location on the lake. Nice shady backyard with swim deck for everyone to enjoy the water. We loved all the room we had in the house and on the back deck.

Well appointed completely remodeled older home on the lake. Well supplied and lots of storage in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Every bedroom has a door to the outdoor deck. A mother in laws suite was perfect for our teens. Mini kitchen with fridge and living room. The only change I would make is to have a larger rectangular bbq grill. The grill is small and round and perfect for 2-3 people, but not cooking for a larger group.

The Lakehouse is nicely updated and perfect for our family of 9 and 2 infants! It is right on the Lake with a lot of nice outdoor area and deck space. Fenced in for our dogs too! The owner is super nice and accessible. Also, close to Hot Springs! Highly recommend this Lake House!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend at this house. We range in age from 7 to 69 and there was something for everyone. The yard was large and level and the kids and our dog had a lot of fun running around in it. We fished from the dock. The large deck and most of the yard were shaded by some beautiful trees. Beds were comfortable as were living areas. I can’t really think of anything bad to say about the place. I would definitely come back!

Great location on the lake. Quiet neighborhood with nice lake views. High end bedding and nicely decorated. House was well equipped and had plenty of space. I highly recommend as does everyone in our party of 6.

Wow, what a property! Every detail was beautiful, well thought out, and perfect for our family get away. We have been to Hot Springs several times, and this home was far superior to any place we have ever stayed. We will be back!

We came to Hot Springs to spend Christmas with our daughter and this house made our time together wonderful. We travel with our dogs and the fenced in yard was great . Our daughter is only in Arkansas in the winter but I am sure this home would be even more awesome in the summer. The home is very well stocked and the lay-out allows you to gather or take time to yourself. Our host was very friendly and responsive.

What a great place to stay! Sarah is so helpful and it was perfect for my doggies. Very relaxing and a beautiful view. Lots of waterfowl. We will be back.

The house was perfect for our family and the hosts communicated with us as soon as we arrived. It is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Lake Hamilton. Definitely a 5 star place from this family!!!!!

For her 80th birthday we surprised my mother-in-law with a weekend stay with her children and their spouses. This was the perfect home for the weekend. The bedrooms were great and the kitchen and living areas gave us plenty of room to visit and catch up. The home is close enough to town to get out and do things, but we also enjoyed just staying at the house with dinner and a campfire. It was too cold to get in the lake, but we enjoyed looking out across the water. Our host was wonderful and made check in and check out very easy. She was quick to answer my text and provided a helpful book about the place and the area. I would highly recommend this place as a VRBO rental. Our family of 8 adults certainly enjoyed our stay!

House is arranged perfectly for friends group or family with doors from each bedroom to outside large deck. Great extra dock for sitting on the lake. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

We LOVED this house and can't wait to go back. Every detail was tended to when it came to creating a relaxing stay--from cozy blankets to new linens to comfy outdoor furniture to dimmers on the light switches and so much more. We felt right at home. Kitchen was completely stocked, common spaces were roomy and the lake did not disappoint. Highly recommend for a family trip (would be great for two families or one family plus grandparents) and would also be awesome for couples getaway or girls trip.

Property is well maintained and exactly as described. Owners communicated well and we had a great experience. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet lake cove. We will be back.

Searched many listings to find the right fit for our family of 5 adults, a toddler and 2 fur babies! Didn’t need multi levels with stairs, bunk beds, tons of breakables, shared bathrooms or close drop off to the water. Did need nice size bedrooms with big comfy beds, private bathrooms, lake view, but secure, room for the toddler to roam but not get lost, dining for all to gather and seating for all to hang out & watch tv. This home checked everything we needed plus a boat dock and another area to fish. We rented a boat for the week. It was great having it at our disposal. I brought a baby swing to hang from a tree branch, we had a sweet time with our grandbaby watching the boats go by! The amenities, location and views are great! We hope to stay here again!

From start to end, this was the perfect getaway! The house is adorable and each room is spacious with its own door to the back patio. The view was amazing, fire pit was just right and backyard was just lovely. I would definitely recommend this house for all kinds of groups. Sarah is wonderful to work with as well! Great spot!!!

The house was perfect for our group. We loved the location and it was fully stocked with wonderful Kitchen supplies, toiletries etc. - much more than most rentals! Our favorite spot was the uncovered dock where we sat each night and enjoyed the sunset and cool breeze! Would definitely stay again!
