It was clean and much larger than I thought it would be. Everything was well-appointed. Close to several amazing golf courses, (which is why we went there), but also close to grocery stores and shopping. Quiet location and easy to find. The garage was one of the best features because of how hot it can get there in the summer. We will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful property. We enjoyed the hot tub and poo, the grill and fire pit! Great amenities. It was close to Zion where went to hike! Great location!

Great property with garage access. We felt right at home. Jacuzzi and pool were very relaxing. Loved heading down to the trail system along the river - perfect for morning runs/rides/whatever you are into. Close proximity to all the things, and would definitely stay again.

The house was beautifully decorated and as the listing said. Very comfortable. The location was great. Backyard was a bit over grown but cozy and was a good space. Great spot to vacation!

The place was very nice and close to the pool. We liked being in an end unit and it was very quiet. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the front door lock not working. Had difficulty getting through on the provided phone number so I texted instead and they called me back fairly quickly. The lock needed a new battery and they sent someone to service the lock within about 15 minutes. It was a bit if a hassle but they addressed this issue fairly quickly. We were disappointed with the back patio area. The photos all look so lovely but in actuality, there were a ton of weeds everywhere. Some were 2 to 3 feet tall and from last year or even the year before! I took photos that I can submit if Im able to. This is something that could easily be addressed in a couple of hours of man power so I don't understand why the owners or management company haven't cleaned things up. The back patio was one of the main reasons we booked this rental over others. The hot tub and gas fire pit were enjoyable though and in good working order. Everything else was very nice, clean and in good working order.

Came to hike Zion with our grown children and needed a place to call “home” while we did so. This place delivered. Absolutely loved the ambiance and space it provided as well as the hot tub and the video games. Was a great place to wind down and hang out after hiking all day. Great location, easy on/off I9. The pool was awesome and perfect temp. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The property was very clean, had all the amenities and was in a great location. My teenage son loved the acrade games and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. We enjoyed time together talking and joking in the hot tub and around fire pit area. It’s close to the freeway so excursions were convenient and easy to head out on. Overall a clean and fun home base for a spring break getaway to southern Utah.

It was great to have a hot tub, garage, and two living rooms. The teenagers loved the video arcade. There is a nice bike path near the property too.

The place was lovely and gave the 5 of us more than enough space. It was convenient to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

We loved the property for our short weekend trip. Everything was as described. We will be back!

This property was perfect for us, our grown children and our grandchild to spend some quality time together. The location was very convenient, the neighborhood was quiet and the layout of the home allowed us all our privacy while giving us a place to all be together. The loft was where we spent most of our time. The townhouse was nicely designed and the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dogs. We will definitely be back!

This was a great place for families with different spaces to gather and all the accommodations for a great vacation. Close to so many beautiful sights! The hot tub was awesome and pool fun for everyone.

This was our second trip out to Washington,UT. We enjoyed staying at this house and enjoyed the amenities. We had a minor hiccup with the access code not working but the property manager was friendly and readily available to help us out. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and we can’t wait to be back.

We spent 4 days exploring the Washington/St. George. This property was amazing. There were trails into the Red Cliffs preserve less about a mile away. The Virgin River trail was about a half mile in the other direction. We used the kitchen a modest amount, it is well appointed- but we enjoyed several meals from amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Great vacation loved the amenities and location

It was a perfect location for accessing amazing trails - from right across the highway (bike out the door) to a 15/20 minute drive to Hurricane/JEM trails one way or Bear Claw Poppy or Santa Clara snake hollow bike park.

Everything was perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable too. Hot tub and fire pit was so nice to wind down in and around!

Such a cute end unit. We enjoyed the private hot tub and we had everything we needed.
