This property is absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be better. Wash walk to Starbucks, shopping, and dining. We toured through many of the small towns along 30A and were refreshed to come back to the property, sit with a book and soak up the sunshine. The property was very clean and updated.

The location can’t be beat! Loved having the pool right outside our patio! Walk to beach is very easy if you don’t catch the tram. Walkable to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Would definitely recommend!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We traveled with 2 small children and our in laws. It was a huge plus for us that there was a pack n play at the condo so we didn’t have to travel with one. The bunk room was also a huge hit with our 3 year old. She did test out every bed and had no complaints 😂 With 2 small children the location right next to the pool and right next to the tram for the beach was amazing. The owner Laurie is very attentive and checked in on making sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at several locations in Seacrest and this one was our favorite. We will be back.

This property is conveniently located and has a lot of space! Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was no need for a car or even bikes with this property. The pool did have a lot of rules which prohibited our kids to throw a football and also adults weren’t allowed to have any drinks within 4 feet of the pool. The pool was a large space with multiple pools, so wish they had designated pools for kids, adults, etc with would allow you to relax and have fun. The condo was equipped with a lot of towels but didn’t have any cleaning products, soap or extra paper towels. All of that we had to purchase on our own. It also lacked a vacuum or anything to clean the floors. We only found an old broom and dustpan. The outside area was convenient as well but was filled with mosquitoes so we weren’t able to enjoy it much. Overall the space was large and fit 8 of us well. The location is fantastic! We will be back!

We have stayed here with our 4 kids (ages between 1 - 7 years old). The unit is absolutely perfect to stay with younger kids. Our kids loved the bunk room, it's very clean and safe. The view on the lagoon pool is amazing; while our youngest were taking a nap the older kids could swim. it's just perfect and we definitely wanna go back. Also Laurie is a great host, easy to communicatie with and she also sent us a message during our stay to check whether we needed anything. We arrived early and we could even do an early check-in as the condo has been cleaned already. It was amazing how flexible they were with the check-in. The neighborhood is also very nice, with great restaurants, live music and a very very short walk to the beach (or you take the transportation which goes every few minutes). The only thing what we didn't like much was the crowded beach. Especially as people put their stuff at the beach around 8am while not being there until at least 11 am. It's a shame! we always went very early to the beach with our kids. the beach was already fully packed with chairs, towels and parasols while only a few families were actually there. But besides that it was more than perfect!

The condo was in a great location. It was even more spacious than the pictures suggested. It was clean, comfortable, and well decorated.

The property is amazing and the location off the pool is perfect for families with kids. The house was clean and everything we needed to cook family meals. My three kids loved the bunk room! The only problem is the pool in this community has a lot of rules, which restricted my kids to throw a football or any ball larger then a golf ball, which for my boys was hard! You also can’t have any drinks outside of a clear water bottle within four feet of the pool… this put a damper on the pool with the adults. Just something to be aware of! But condo itself was great!

Best of both worlds with the largest swimming pool area in the Rosemary Beach / Seacrest area and a short walk or Tram ride to the beach. The property was perfect for our entire family and worked so well for our grandchildren! Just a short walk to the best restaurants and retail too!The owner of the property was also excellent to communicate with and we may be rescheduling for next summer.

This home is perfect! Beautifully decorated! Most comfy beds ever! Clean fully stocked kitchen! Walks directly out to a lagoon pool which is so convenient for little ones and Adults too. Pool Cafe is so handy and has yummy food. Close proximity to the beach, bikes and nature trails. Close shopping. Laurie(owner) was wonderful to check on us and attend to our every need! Love it! Our family just left there and we are ready to go back!

We came down for the Digital Graffiti Festival held each May and loved the place and its location. It was a short walk to and from the festival but also had the big resort pool right off the back porch. We loved it. This place is also an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach as well as the beaches. We will be back.

Laurie's condo did not disappoint. It felt very spacious and cozy and the location was great. We didnt get to use the amazing pool right outside the backdoor due to the cold front, but we definitely plan on staying there again in the future. Laurie was also very responsive and was a great host. I would highly recommend!

House was clean and close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous time at Hello Sunshine! The community and condo are both immaculate and the location can't be beat. We could easily walk everywhere (including the beach) with our 3 small children without issue. Check in was very simple with the host and concierge made it easy and welcoming. Our kids especially loved the bunk room. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Location! Beautiful Condo!

We loved the condo and the location. The only negative would be the rigid pool rules which are enforced by people working there.

This condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The bedrooms are very nice and if you’re traveling with kids they will love the bunk bed room! My kids had so much fun sleeping in there and watching a movie at night. I cannot compliment the owner, Laurie, enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. We walked to the beach every day, which was an easy walk. The entry to the beach does have a lot of stairs and there are no alternative entries, so be aware if traveling with someone struggles with steps. This was clearly conveyed to me ahead of time though. The community pool is very nice, if it’s open. It closed A LOT the week we were there, for a minimum of 2 hours each time. Hopefully that gets addressed in the future, as it’s just steps from the back doors of the condo. Overall, we loved staying here!

Fabulous condo that walks right out to the large swimming pool. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. We also rented bicycles which was a lot of fun. Safe and secure area with security.

Communication was great with our contact. Had someone there right away to fix a fan. The place is just comfy and cozy. Everything they said it would be. Thanks!!

We loved being so close to the pool with the little kids. We were able to run in and out all day. I also was glad to see a high up lock on the back/pool door so the kiddos could not open door by themselves. Seacrest beach was very very crowded so I would recommend booking private chairs ahead of your arrival because those also sold out quickly the morning of. I believe beach chair rental place was called Seas the Day. That’s the only thing I wish I knew ahead of time. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Hello Sunshine. The pool is just steps away the beach is a short walk or quick tram ride. The condo is extremely well kept. The kids loved their bunk bed room! The concierge service was very helpful and the owner was friendly and helpful too.

Worked great for our family. Larger table and island comfortably seated all 12 of us (8 stayed elsewhere). Walk out 15 steps to very nice pool meant no schlepping towels, toys, etc. Kitchen best furnished with utensils, cook-ware, flatware, plates, glasses and tools/knives of any we have used. Furniture comfortable and total gestalt of condo top drawer. Easly walk to beach, shopping and farmer's market. You will love it.

We just spent an amazing week at this property. I am very picky and this rental was very clean, well stocked, and super close to everything! We rented bikes and left our car in a parking space! Laurie and her property managers were so helpful, so friendly, and so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is so spacious and our teens loved having their own beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms! My husband and I enjoyed spending time on the patio- coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings! A trip to Grayton beach is a must! Thank you so much for everything, Laurie!!

The location couldn't be any better. The decor and comfortability were top notch. I woukd recommend to all age groups. I hope to book again. It was my first time at seacrest and because of this experience, it won't be my last.

Fabulous! The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Everything is as good as or better than advertised. Great family atmosphere, with no wild Spring breakers. Going back!

Hello Sunshine was as the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful. The bedding was crisp, clean and comfortable. Lots of square footage to live in. Stocked kitchen of everything you need (except salt and pepper). We took several of our meals in. A good selection of board games. Dominos were our favorite. The site manager and owner were so easy to work with and timely in their communication with us. Very helpful with recommendations when needed. Our one disappointment was we did not get to enjoy the beautiful lagoon water area out our back door. It was under maintenance repair. Beautifully landscaped. We highly recommend this home.

Amazing property!! The condo has literally everything you need for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is the way more equipped than your average rental. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. And best of all is that you’re steps away from an amazing resort caliber pool. It made for the perfect setup for little kids that still nap and big kids that get tired and need a break. A little slice of paradise! We will definitely be back!!

This is our 2nd time at SolShine 30A. It is perfect for us, the pool is right outside the patio and the beach is about 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants & stores within waking distance that make this place super convenient. My family (husband, 3 kids ages 6, 7 & 11) & I just love it here. We plan on making Seacrest Beach one of our annual vacation spots & staying at SolShine 30A every time.

We loved staying here! The place is so spacious and clean! It had all the things, pack and play, steamer, hangers, cooking supplies, and much more! We loved the pools being right off the porch the kids had a blast! Just make sure you get out and save a place in the beach, it gets packed quickly and space is limited! Overall we loved and look forward to booking again in the future!
