We loved this place! My family and I stayed there for three nights and absolutely loved the location and updates to this cabin (heated floors in kitchen and bathrooms!). We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Breckenridge but just far enough away from everything. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The humidifiers were a life saver since we were not used to the air being so dry. The heated floors were wonderful. Would definitely come stay again.

Could not have asked for a more perfect space for my parents and I. The cabin was clean, well equipped, spacious, cozy, and those windows gave us spectacular outdoor views daily, especially during snowfalls! I appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, even the humidifier I made sure to use. Though not dealbreakers, I'd update the mattresses downstairs and also add some trash bins in the bathrooms. The community this cabin is located at is beautiful, filled with trees and views, and secluded but only 7 minutes away from Main St. Breckenridge! The team from Summit Mountain Rentals provided excellent customer service by responding to my basic questions immediately. If you are looking for an opportunity to see more snow and nature, as well as have a spacious stay with your family, this is definitely your place. We had a memorable family dinner on our last night on the large dinner table, followed by gathering by the fire in the living room - all of it made for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. The house was wonderful. Property management was very professional with easy instructions through email and text. The kitchen was well appointed, even including a crock pot. Heated floors in kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely needed the 4 wheel drive to get into driveway. Our only thought was that it would be nice to have an additional tv in a bedroom. We would definitely stay again!

The house was nice and cozy. Floors were heated so that was nice during the snow storms we had. The only cons were that the dinning table was wobbly, the main bedroom had minimal lighting just little lamps that did not illuminate the room, the TV remote control did not work properly but since we weren’t home a lot it was not a huge deal. Overall we loved our stay, only 7 minutes to downtown Breckenridge!

We were very happy with our stay, just outside of Breckenridge. We had more than enough space for our family of 5 and it had everything we could need in there. Just a short drive into town and easy to get to and from. Great communication with the property team. Would definitely stay here again!

As came up to spend a few days 4x4ing on the great high altitude trails. This house is beautifully located for that. House was outstanding and clean and ready for our arrival. Roomy and airy with high ceilings and wonderful island kitchen. We like to prepare our own meals and the kitchen had every amenity you could want. House is not air conditioned (just heat) so you just open the windows and let nature keep it cool. We haven’t slept with windows open in years and it was wonderful. The loft bedroom for the kids was cool and they really loved it. Although the listing says room for only 3 cars to park, we parked a F350 with an 18 ft trailer and a suburban and could have easily parked 3 more vehicles. (That might be an HOA thing so check with the manager. I highly recommend this Blue River house and will try to stay here again on our next visit

It was a nice enough cabin. It was a little annoying that there was no garage door opener, and no code to open the garage. Took us 3 days to find the remote to turn the fan on in the living room. The fridge would not keep food very cold. Not a big selection of pots and pans, seasoning or anything like that. 2 wash rags in the entire house. I feel like there should be a welcome basket with all the detergents and things like that, instructions for garage codes or any quirks with the house,and a reminder of things to do before leaving. But there was nothing like that, so you have to figure it out on your own.

Everything was seamless, house is gorgeous with a fully equipped kitchen, meal prep was a breeze, full spice rack, Bottle of EVOO , super sharp knives, ect….., we were very happy, but it’s proximity to Breck is perfect a short 3 mile drive means you can come and go at a minute’s notice, nice for shuttling skiers back and forth. Wish I could give it more than 5stars!!! Truly exceptional!

This cabin was even better than expected! Well kept, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 8 and the location was close to anywhere we wanted to go. I hope we can come back and visit soon in this very cozy home away from home!

Stayed here for a week over Christmas. Very clean and cozy. Beautiful cabin. Livingroom is all glass and lets in sunlight and views to nature. The main bedroom was also a dream to wake up in. Areas without carpet had heated floors. The bathrooms were very modern and updated. Hot water was not a problem. I did a big grocery shopping in Denver but no need. Breckenridge has a lot to choose from near by if you need food or groceries. The cabin was about 10 minutes from Main street. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. (2 couples and a single adult). Christmas by the fireplace was magic. The snow that fell right before we arrived made the cabin something of Christmas movies.

Super cute cabin, great kitchen, door wall in loft tricky hard to close,, at $500+ a night and a fire burning stove in living room and doesn’t come with firewood… have to buy at local grocery and with holiday and cold, they sold out..we left fire starters for the next guest, to pay it forward.. No battery back up lights for when power goes out (crazy dark Jin blue river when they loose power) and single provided flashlight came with basically dead batteries, so be sure to keep your cell phone with you just in case, master bed is a bit too soft, Queen in 2nd bedroom much better. Kitchen is well equipped with spices and past guests coffee and sugar. We would stay again and we saw a family of Moose… best part!

This place is so special I would rather keep it a secret!! About a 15 minute drive south of Breck in a very nice area called Blue River where you feel secluded but it is actually a neighborhood. Up against the National Forest with hikrs & climbs within walking distance.

This house is even better than the pictures! The updated kitchen and bath made the stay feel luxurious. The cabin has a ton of charm and the location was great. Close to downtown Breck (8 min drive) but you have as much privacy as you want.

Peaceful surroundings. Neighbors, but not too close. Quiet. Nice size kitchen and all beds comfortable. Clean. Close to Breckenridge and easy drive. Perfect for our family of 4. Bathrooms nice. Property management very responsive

The size of house is great for our family of four. It is not as secluded as we hoped with neighbors closers than expected and from pics online. The windows, including the large one in master bedroom's, open directly to virw the next house. The cleanliness was okay. We found a sock under the lot bedroom at arrival, goldfish under sofa, and the master toilet not fully cleaned since still had visible residue. This is more a housekeeping issue rather than the house though. We play family games almost every night that could have been nicer to have main lighting in living space. Would recommend one for the owner for future renters plus having outdoor seating/dining especially for summer visitors. The definite pros are the kitchen (that's fully furnished and large if you enjoy cooking a lot), had big dining table and living space. The location is close to Breck and many hiking trails. Overall, great price & size for a Blue River house for a family vacation.

Spent one fantastic week in this beautiful home visiting with family, cooking, and relaxing. Couldn't have had a better time and this was the best house for our needs (age range from 5 months to 88!). There was even a great trail within walking distance and the distance from Breckenridge was great.
