Listing was just as described. Location was great, literally a couple of steps from beach access. We tried using the elevator the first day and my husband got stuck in it (probably user error lol) so we didn't try anymore after that. Property manager was very responsive and if u needed anything she was right next door.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We took our annual family beach trip here and this house had plenty of rooms and space for 6 adults and 4 kids. One of the most comfortable beach house stays for my immediate and extended family that we’ve ever had. Fully stocked kitchen, steps to the beach, and a pool in the back yard was super convenient. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space to socialize. Elevator made it extremely convenient for check in/out and older guests to avoid stairs during our stay. Would definitely recommend for larger families seeking a great stay in Holden Beach! One nit recommendation to the owner/property manager would be to have an electrician in to have a look at the microwave and oven as well as all kitchen outlets right of facing the stove. The microwave and oven had to be reset a few times at the breaker during our stay due to an error/beeping noise, and all the outlets to the right of the stove weren’t working. Though, that likely had something to do with a broken GFCI near the sink (mentioned to us during our check in). Again, very minor, but something worth looking into.

Beautiful property 3 minutes from the beach. Property manager was very responsive and available to us when needed. Easy check in and check out process. House was fully equip with beach equipment, kitchen equipment and pool floats. The house itself had some electrical issues that were slightly inconvenient and the layout of the house was a little unusual in regards to the main floor not having an overlook of the pool area. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We so enjoyed our family time and thank Rachel for sharing her lovely home with us for the week. Everything was as it was advertised and having the house manager right next door was a huge plus. Everyone was so nice and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was located on the quiet end of the island and close to a beach access. We were sad that the bicycles were not there but, we got by.

We enjoyed our stay very much! House was very clean and spacious. Quick, convenient walk to the beach! Property Manager was very responsive! Cons: Sadly, we had unseasonably cold weather (end of May) and pool could not be heated under any circumstance. (I didn’t read the fine print). So unfortunately we could not use the pool or hot tub. Also, house was stocked with a lot of items but some “go to’s” like toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms were not well stocked. All in all a great place to stay! I would recommend!

Gina was so quick to answer all ny questions and was extremely helpful. All made for a easy and great weekend.
